I'm not a big McDonalds person anymore because they are longer a value. I figure I would stop and get something for breakfast while passing through town. You walk in and there is NOBODY THERE. There are only those stupid kiosk. They have a register with nobody behind it and NO MENU to view if someone was there to take your order! I stood there for 5 minutes but nobody bothered to show up. McDonald's is now just a cold, empty, hollow experience. I did not want to eat in my car while driving and wanted to relax for bit so I avoided the drive through. Since nobody bothered to show up I said screw it and left. I went to the Sonic down the road where there was a friendly staff, WOW real people!!!! They nailed my order! I did wind up eating in the car but they at least there were workers. Another reason to hate McDonalds. read more

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The girl that waited on me today at 2:00 was hateful at best. Had a bad attitude and acted like we were a problem because we didn't use the kiosk to order. Then I went, after she rudely called my number, and picked up my food and sat down at a table in the back. Then she basically yelled at me through the restaurant and ask if I had picked up money that was lying on the counter. I responded no and with an attitude, "are you sure?" Some of the employs hew work at ours are jerks but thay get the job done. It looks horrible on the inside and it's far to popular and you have to wait forever. Sometimes thay get your order wrong. WOW! Tea is still a dollar here and it is very good! The service is super fast and friendly and they always greet you with a smile and always a THANK YOU every single time! I would much rather give zero stars than even one star. We visited on 6/24/12 and the place was packed. We waited forever in line to order, then when we got up there to order the kid working the register did not eve acknowledge us. We ordered our food and again he didn't let us know that we were done checking out, he just stared at us like a deer in headlights. As we walked away to go sit down while we waited the manager (orange shirt)was telling the kid we just placed our order with to go on break......while there was still 10+ people waiting to order and even more people waiting to get their food. Who in their right mind sends someone on break while there are that many people waiting? We got our food and go figure it was wrong. We got it corrected and say down to eat. Our burgers were so nasty we didn't eat them. The bun was hard the meat was as dry as card board and the cheese wasn't even melted. We knew better than to go back in to have it made correctly. This is a poorly ran business i buy a salad at least 3 times a week from here and recently they have been charging for extra dressing they never have the same ammount on extra delressing it up to the person at the window. They held me up at the wundow for 5 minutes for .39 cents wanted to run my card for .39 i was like i dont want to run my card for .39 cents so after telling them why are you charging for dressing she said ill give it to you this time but not next time.well there will never be a next time because i now go across the street to subway where they are friendly and give as much dressing as i want. the service is fantastic and I appreciate how fast I get through the drive through. I am disappointed though that the only cold drink without caffeine is sprite, milk, or water. I choose water but every time they give it to me with two or three cups. Why? I'm guessing because the cup sweats. I feel this is very wasteful. Worse than straws. I would rather they fill my cup instead. I'm sure most people don't care about this issue but I say our environment suffers for every bad and wasteful decision we make.
