Found gluten free foods, pure coconut oils in great quality. Then I walked to the rear of the store where I smell cooking food. I found a great place for my healthy eating for a quick lunch with no hassles. 2 different great soups every day. Gluten free, dairy free, +++ and cooked brown rice .... mmmmm .... for a easy healthy lunch and I bring some home at times. Or I bring it to the beach and enjoy my soups and rice. Friends told us about this store and it lived up to all the hype. The first row is all wheat free and some dairy free...it's well priced. They're also the only place we can find butter made from soy. I met one of the owners and he told me his wife had food allergies so they are very devoted to my daughters issues. My wife shops there all the time now--she says they always have new products for our daughter to try ...it's a godsend for us.
