As it got later in the afternoon I sent two text messages for an ETA, both were ignored. At 8pm I received a text letting me know they would be out the next day in the morning. Arrived the next day at 3pm, no apology for not showing up the day before or earlier in the day. Not reliable. Certainly not reassuring when water is shut off in your house. Dave was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He worked on the problem for 1 hour then went to the store for a couple parts (took about 30 minutes). Came back and finished up the project in less than 15 minutes. He arrived at 3pm and left at 5pm (this includes shopping and waiting for my husband to find tools they did not bring). Charge was $700, for 1.5 hours of work, plus shopping and travel time. Yes, two people showed up however only one did the work.
