Because of the size of the job we got some estimates from several plumbers in the local and Seattle area. At Your Service wasn't the least expensive, but it was the most fair, thorough, and transparent estimate we received. Andy and Brett went through the entire house and crawl space to really understand the job to prepare an absolutely reasonable estimate. We were so glad because we already really liked working with them. Once we agreed on the work and estimate, they took care of managing all of the permits and recommended a company they worked with and trusted to help us open up our sidewalk. The original installer was no longer around and it turned out they had made some mistakes in the installation causing the breakage of a part due to water and dust in the coolant because there was no filter dry installed. It was not an easy thing to find because it looked just fine at first. I had 2 other companies over to try and fix it but they could not find what was wrong and more or less abandoned me. Then I found 2 sons and I am so glad I did. 2 SONS sent Steven over and he really knows heat pumps. He went through the entire system very carefully and finally found the problem.....which he fixed beautifully. He went above and beyond helping me and trying not to cost me too much money. Noah suspected a supply line issue and noted it would cost the same for him to replace the faucet as to repair it. We decided to replace the faucet (sooner than we had planned) and Noah recommended Delta touchless as reliable, great warranty, and a one-hour or less install, which we could buy online. Noah didn't charge us for the service call and told us to call and schedule an install and he'd come back and install it whenever the faucet arrived. While we waited for the faucet to arrive, we did notice that a tightening of the faucet's pull-down connector was all that was needed to stop the deluge, but we were happy to have the replacement due to the faucet losing water pressure rapidly after our move-in. Noah was prompt for the install appointment, cleaned up after himself, stayed masked, and installed a matching air gap for free.
