Unfortunately, the owner of the company had a family emergency leaving my husband and I on the search 5 months before the wedding to look for another linen company that would have the availability for our wedding date and were also within our budget. We happened to stumble upon A Linen Valley. Zee helped me with choosing the right color for our wedding and perfectly set up the reception. I had wanted each table to alternate between the two colors of the wedding: cornflower blue and regency purple (as based on David's Bridal colors). The cornflower blue was lighter than my blue but it worked out perfectly and the price was absolutely right!

We rented a tent with air conditioning from Fiesta Solutions Party Rental in Tampa for my niece's wedding, and what should have been an exciting and memorable occasion turned into an absolute nightmare. The air-conditioning unit smelled horrible from the moment it was brought to our location. We were told the equipment had been picked up from a farm before being delivered to us, which honestly made the condition of the equipment even more concerning. What is even more unacceptable is that NOWHERE IN OUR CONTRACT did it state that we were limited to 16 hours of air-conditioning use. There was no stated hourly limit for the AC. Yet, halfway through setting up for my niece's wedding, we were suddenly told that we only had 16 hours of use. That is absolutely not something you spring on a customer in the middle of their niece's wedding setup. On top of that, the machine was provided with limited DEF and diesel fuel, and now we are being hit with an additional $800+ charge that was not disclosed in the contract. If there are additional fees, usage limits, or fuel requirements, they should be clearly stated BEFORE someone signs a contract--not conveniently brought up after the equipment has already been delivered and the customer has no reasonable opportunity to make other arrangements. We attempted to speak directly with Jesus, the owner, to resolve the situation, and instead of professionally addressing our concerns, he was extremely rude and threatening. The way we were treated as customers was completely unacceptable. A wedding is already stressful enough without having to argue with a rental company over surprise restrictions and charges that were never clearly disclosed. Read your contract VERY carefully and get every promise and fee in writing before doing business with this company. Based on our experience, I would absolutely never rent from Fiesta Solutions again, and I would strongly encourage anyone planning an important event to think twice before trusting this company with it. Terrible equipment experience. Terrible communication. Surprise charges. And completely unprofessional customer service. I regret giving this company our business.

I placed a rental request for my 1 year old daughter birthday which was in my backyard. It was a $320 rental to which I was not asked for a deposit but told to pay the full amount and I did (happily). Unfortunately, the weather 1 week before went from 40% chance of rain to 90% thunderstorm and lightening. I called the company early on Monday morning told them the situation to which the lady on the phone told me they do not do refund (which I was never advised off) but that the owner would probably give it to me due to the circumstances. I called again Monday afternoon and the owner never answered. I called again Tuesday and went to voicemail which I did leave a message. I now called this morning (Wednesday) 9am to ensure we can get situated. I could tell the owner knew the situation and was already off putting on the phone. He informs me that he will not be refunding me but that he would give me 6 months to use tables and chairs as if I am an event space. I told him with this economy $320 is a lot of money that I really do not have to just give away if he would be open to a partial refund. He said I am not going to be on the phone going back and forth, I will not be doing any of that. He said everyone is having money problem and I do not change because of weather that is too bad. Again this was for my 1year old. I do not have a money tree out back and I would have been completely open to even 50% refund as I also understand that he has a business to run and that in this economy having a private business is hard. However, he was so unfriendly and not flexible. So I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE especially if you are planning any event outside as they will not be flexible or understanding.
