Second, loved the time they took and the way they cleaned up. It was quick and the result was awesome and professional. Third, although had a tiny leaking issue, they came right back next day in the morning and fixed it quickly. Last, I was worried that I would get some feedback regarding to like "it will be hard to do etc, so the estimate price will need to be adjusted. But turned out I worried too much! They went with the estimate they provided in the beginning, worked on the job without a single complain, and provided fast response and help after service. There was nothing I could complain!! They are awesome! It was a A+++ business with them. I'm just so glad that I was able to find a professional plumber that I could trust for my house.

I tried Grossman due to good Yelp reviews & a friend in Mahwah recommended them. I met with Grossman to swap out a toilet & the water controls in a shower (non-emergency service call). Matt came to my house to provide an estimate. We scheduled a time for him to return a few days later (11/2020). They came and they did a good job. There were no economic surprises. They cleaned up their mess and everything works fine. I've attached a picture of his neat workmanship of the shower cartridge (hidden behind the wall). IMO, he did a good job & I will be using Grossman again.

I'm not making a ton of money yet- in fact I'm scraping by though I'm growing. My A/C conked out and a company charged me for 2 visits totaling 1000.00 and said it was unfixable. I tried to use Gold Medal and they couldn't actually do the type of work I needed (huge chiller on the roof). But they listened to my story and still inspected and diagnosed the problem with my unit and gave me advice and information. My sales person was Tim and the technician he brought was Mike (or I might have those names flipped!)... They were so helpful and not condescending- which I have experienced in the past with other technicians. I was so impressed by them and will absolutely use them in the future and want everyone to know how honest and trustworthy these guys were. I'm so grateful!

Doesn't seem normal compared to my old American standard AC. Unacceptably annoying, these types of noisy models are more suitable in an industrial or commercial setting, but not in quiet residential or bottom of my kid's bedroom and living area. To top it off my neighbor is complaining the unit is loud at night. The cooling in the house is perfect, it works as expected, but the unit outside is loud and noisy. At the start of the unit, it makes a loud bang and clatter and after running for a bit it loud rattle comes and goes. This noise can be heard from sidewalk, which is 50 to 60 away from the unit, my neighbor can hear the noise of going on and off clearly and texted me complaining about the noise. My kids notice same noises that are dead at night coming and going. This is not what I've ordered and certainly not normal.

I decided to call Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning based on two things: Seeing their trucks driving around Rockland County all the time, and positive online reviews stressing their professionalism, promptness, and honesty. It was a pleasure scheduling, from the polite office staff, to the confirmation call that my tech was on the way, to the actual appointment with my technician Randolph. Randolph, an energetic and polite young man, greeted me with a firm handshake, and friendly smile. He confirmed the job scope, and price, and got to work and diagnosed the problem, and immediately solved it! He also gave me a tutorial, based on the questions I was asking, on how to use my existing system more efficiently, how best to set each thermometer, and when and how to change air filters if / when I wanted to do it myself. I'm satisfied with my service, and hope my 2nd appointment later this week (for a separate issue) goes as well. I was charged $109.00 + tax for the AC Diagnostic Check.

The installation of said unit caused the condenser unit to overflow and shut off, so no AC because of their maintenance, and no value of maintenance contract because they cant honor their 24 hour service guarantee. It as installed Thursday, Shutoff on Friday, and they can't service it until Tuesday. They dont honor their contracts. Beware... you are paying for nothing but problems for an expensive contract.

They first…read morecame out to provide their service on 8/7/23 after I contacted AHS about a stoppage that I had in my bathroom sink. I was not at home so I had my dad go let him in. When I got home that afternoon I immediately went and checked the sink. The stoppage seemed to be gone so I was happy. Later on that night I went to get in the shower and the tub was filled with black water. I immediately called AHS and informed them about the situation. The representative tried calling Mr Plumber but was unsuccessful so she sent an email and told me that they would give me a call soon. The following day I called "Mr Plumber". The person that picked up the phone which is the only person that ever answer when you dial (845) 634-6000, got loud and said that AHS lied to me and they never contacted them. Again I called AHS and was able to get them to come out today 8/9/23. They were suppose to arrive between 0900-1200pm. At 2:03 I called them but got no answer so I left a message. I also called AHS who placed me on hold and stated that "they" were on their way. At approximately 3:50pm they showed up. I said "hello, were you the person that came out before?" The guy said "no that was someone else" and proceeded like he didn't know where to go so I walked him to the bathroom and showed him the tub filled with black water. He asked if I turned it on? I responded and said no I haven't used it since you guys came. This is how I met it. He scratched his head like he didn't know what to do and keep saying "what happened?". At that point he started saying something like I know maybe upstairs used it and caused this. I responded and said no I've never had this issue before. He then started yelling saying "I know". At that point I said "don't raise your voice at me". He bolted out my house slamming my door and left. He was there for maybe 3 minute. Something told me to go check the cameras to see if that was the same person that first came out and low and behold it was. So on top of being dishonest, he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Again I called to report this blatant act of disrespect to AHS. The representative placed me on hold and reached out to the company. When she came back on the line her exact words were "he was also rude to me and hung up". I'm still trying to figure out how I called to get one issue fixed and was left with an entirely new issue that never happened before? It was obvious that they knew that they messed up and still refused to even try to resolve the issue. They chose the right one because this review is going on every single platform that's associated with their company along with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM MR PLUMBER. Read the reviews. Update: After the rude guy left, he wrote up a report stating that there was an issue because there were wipes in my drain...WHAT???? If that were the case why not say that the first time that you came out? No one on my house uses wipes. What he did find was 2 balloons and hair. He also stated that the problem is from the 2nd floor even though he never looked at the 2nd floor. There has never been any issues with the tub on either floors so for him to make this up is very low and disgraceful.

Contractor sent by AHS refused to open the tankless heater unit until customer insisted.  His reason being there is no leak happening currently. 3. The inside of the unit showed significant rusting which indicates water is getting into the unit somehow 4. Contractor closed the unit and walked away slamming the door on his way out and would not speak with the customer. - Unacceptable customer service. 5. Contractor did not adequately assess the situation and inaccurately submitted a claim to the home warranty company as no leak to close the job. DO NOT USE THEM!
