I finally found my chiropractor that I'll sticking with. I went to 2 other ones that recommended with one office charging me $4,000 and suggested I do 24 sessions. Dr. Pirmann said I should do just 1 a week for 8 weeks and reevalutate. The deep tissue massage with Cary was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life. Great experience here. Came here for an adjustment due to some pain and the chiropractor here did a good job. Called and and was able to get an appointment in about a week or so time. They are busy. Came in and got xrays done to see my bone structure and problem areas. Then after reading the xrays which didn't take very long, I got my adjustment and that really helped. Dr. Pirman is absolutely amazing!! Due to life's craziness, and 3 family members passing, I had put off needed visits telling myself "I'll just go tomorrow" over and over. We drove over 15 miles away to come see Dr. Pirmann. Every visit was worth it. He saved my grandmas back! She had back pain for over 10 years! Her PCP is to give her steroid shots for the pain! I cannot believe that the PCP never referred my grandma to a chiro. So for many years we could not figure out where the pain was coming from and we finally decided to try a Chiro. I purchased a groupon for X-rays, a consultation, and a deep tissue massage. I was very satisfied. Dr. Pirmann was very attentive and explained everything clearly. He is a magician with alignment. I cracked like a glow stick and feel great. Leasa gave me a very effective deep tissue therapy. This is not a fun and relaxing massage for those who have never had one. I was crazy sore after. Thank you dr. Pirmann for coming to my rescue when i blew out my back. I came to him when i was 10/10 pain, bed bounded, can barely walk. I purchased the $29 groupon and let me tell you it was worth every penny. I first called the office to schedule my appointment and the lady up front was very nice and really explained how the appointment would go. The day of my appointment 6/24/19 I walked in and had to do a bit of paperwork but nothing too overwhelming and then I went in to see Dr. Pirmann who would be examining me and doing my x-rays. The Dr was very gentle even when I explained that it was my first time going to the chiropractor. He took his time explaining why I had the aches and pains that I did and he went on to take my x-rays. He then sent me into Karen's room where I was given a 1 hour deep tissue massage that went well! Karen, though small, was very strong and gave me a thorough massage. Lastly, though I was nervous about the actual adjustment, it went very smooth and I heard lots of cracks. Living Social Deal... I am a bit leery of chiropractors adjusting me, so was going to get the xrays and the massage. Front office was awesome, even showed the office before I met with the doctor (always a number one when done). Consultation: he was more thorough and explanatory than a primary care physician had EVER been. My back and neck get very tight from carrying my son so many years ago and a car accident with a rig. So, to first see the amount of holistic/preventative literature and that I didn't have one recommendation to take a medication-I was immediately comfortable. Exam was beyond thorough! Can't wait until my follow up appointment so I can FINALLY see what's wrong and what to do WITHOUT taking pills. They get a 5 but a 4 was given because I wish they were in laguna area!! : D The massage I received made me feel like my body was woken up and reattached at all my weak areas. I asked for an appointment at 6:00am via their website. I had a confirmation on my appointment request by 7:00am even though their office hours are 9:00am. The staff member that checked me in was extremely nice and comforting in my time of need. Dr Pirmann is One of the best chiropractor I have ever met. I had clicking in my neck and shoulder for 2 years. My neck was very tight. He adjusted me in few seconds and pain was gone. I regret staying this long bearing neck and shoulder pain. The masseuse Leasa was more than amazing!!! I woke up this morning with a huge neck ache and upper back ache. This usually happens a couple time s a year and progressively gets worst through out the day so I decided to call dr Pirrman finding his info on yelp with a great deal. The information he gave me was very valuable. He gave me a correction/adjustment and at the beginning it felt really good but didn't fully help too much with the tension. I've been having back pains lately so I came onto yelp to find a good chiropractor to go to. I came here for two reasons: 1. good reviews and 2. awesome yelp deal! I liked how Dr. Pirmann explained a lot of the spine/neck areas and what they should look like normally. Although he used scientific words, he explained them which was really helpful. He really tried to get down to why I have been getting these back pains recently and gave me an adjustment. (My first time getting one and the cracking sounds sort of scared me! haha) After my initial exam and adjustment, I went in for a 30min massage with Marla. I didn't know I was so tense, especially on my thighs...go figure. She did a really good job and helped loosen the tension. Wish it was an hour massage.. In two weeks I'll be going in for some x-rays and a follow up so we'll see how it goes. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but prices seem reasonable enough. My adjustment was $45. With the yelp deal, I got an exam, 30min massage, and x-rays for $39. Not to shabby. BTW, they moved to a new location and haven't changed their address on yelp yet. I had been considering seeing a chiropractor for a while since I've experienced chronic back issues and scoliosis for years. I initially found Dr Pirmann through an Amazon Local deal, and the timing worked out perfectly as my back was hurting more than usual from a recent workout. Dr Pirmann took great care of me, and had my back feeling so much better after just a couple adjustments. Another Living Social massage + adjustment deal. Nice little office, felt bustling and active. I believe my masseuse was Lisa. Right away she got into my problem area: my glutes/hips. Dug an elbow in and let it sit. Good pain and eventually huge relief. Knowledgeable about the human anatomy as well as massage techniques/oils, she was nice to chat with. Great emphasis on lengthening the muscle to relieve tension, good techniques, and it seemed like almost everything she did was very effective. I finish in a daze and groggily move on to the next room to see Dr. Pirmann. He comes in with a enthusiastic energy. He tells me his background and how he used to work with athletes and humongous powerlifters--that really appealed to me because lifting will sometimes wear me down. He talks fast, covers all the bases, and knows his stuff to a tee. I'd never had an adjustment before and had no idea that my body could make all those popping sounds haha. Quick, efficient, safe. Just went in for the 1st time in over a year and a half after having some pretty serious/scary headaches at the back of my head/top of my neck. Jennifer was able to squeeze me in despite the busy schedule and Joel saw me immediately. After discussing the problem he X Ray'ed my neck, compared to old X Rays they had on file, and began eliminating potential causes of the issues. He determined the two most likely culprits, walking through the entire thing in detail, and then performed a quick adjustment. I have to go and get a CT scan done to rule out a more serious cause- and they were both quick to help and advise me on finding the most affordable option. Jennifer even called a facility they like to use and promised to follow back up with me when they return her message. So kind of her to go out of her way! Having an L1/L2 spinal fusion, I was always scared pain would be around for the rest of my life. Decided to give a chiropractor a go even though I do have to say I was quite skeptical. I went to a chiropractor about a month ago and left with new pain that escalated until I couldn't bear it anymore. reluctant to go to another chiropractor, I decided to give it a try since I didn't know how else ot fix the problem and simply stretching wasn't working. Dr. Pirmann was incredibly patient. He listened to what was going on with me and gave insight on what he thought might be happening. He then took x-rays and explained everything from what the spine should look like to what was happening with me - and it confirmed his thesis. Dr. Pirmann is, by far, the best chiropractor I have seen. I have been seeing him for over a year now and have implemented all of his recommendations. I have tried others in the past, and I just was not able to trust them because they were never able to answer my questions about the WHY I need to be doing what he recommends. Dr. Pirmann ALWAYS answers every one of my questions and makes sure I understand. He doesn't dance around the question either, like I have experienced with other chiropractors. Let me tell you, I tend to ask a LOT of questions because I like to know the science and why behind everything. This is why I trust him so much and have referred him to every person I can! Mind you, I am also in my 20s, and have not been in any major car accidents or anything, but I think it is SO important to see a chiropractor early on rather than waiting until you "need" it. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! I have ever referred him to a friend of my who is VERY SKEPTICAL of every type of doctor/practitioner out there. She has been to about 6 different chiropractors in her life and she said Dr. Primann was the first she actually trusted, and also the ONLY one who actually took xrays and showed her what her skeletal looked like, along with what it needed and WHY. He also does not push anything on you, nor make you feel awkward if you don't think you want to do what he recommends/cant afford it at the time. I find this to be an invaluable trait as well. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I also recently saw Leasa in the office for massage therapy on a tear in one of the muscles in my rotator cuff (of course because of Dr. Pirmann's recommendation, and after me asking why and how that would benefit me). She is amazing!! I had an aching pain in my shoulder for about a week, and was not sleeping well because of it. The next day after her massage, that aching pain was almost totally gone. Something to note, the massage may not feel good while she is doing it, but that is because she is doing it for a purpose. Afterwards it felt so much better.
