This is an easy to find spot, located near many other eateries. You feel the Vegas vibe, with the local bars music just feet away, and this being located outside . The staff was very quick and friendly. As for the food, it was not that great. It was filling but didn't offer much flavor. The Strip was absolutely packed the night we stopped in, but the team here handled the rush so well. We were greeted by one of the nicest employees (I wish I had caught his name). He went above and beyond to customize my pizza, making it extra hot and crunchy just how I asked, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. This is a really convenient pizza by the slice spot on the strip. It's a walk up stand so it's perfect for when you need something quick and filling. There are different seating arrangements outside shared with other stands so you can sit and eat. I was so hungry after driving from LA to Vegas and needed something quick. I waivered so much on my last night in Vegas to find a place to eat. Waiting on friends that never followed through on plains I found myself in need of a quick meal. I walked up and down the stalls here until I decided pizza was going to be the meal for me. I liked that I could get pizza by the slice and take it to go with me. I walked up, placed my order for two slices and a drink. Paid the Strip pricing and waited for my order to be ready. You get to watch them take the slices and place them back in the over to crisp up the crust and warm up the cheese and toppings. I went with two slices of pepperoni. Once they were warmed, I went on my way back towards my room. I dug into this as I walked and when I got to the casino floor/lobby area of it I had about slice gone. I noticed people eyeing it as well and asking if it was good. Of course it was, it's pepperoni pizza where the pepperoni slices curled just a little and had that salty bite to it. read more

It's been a few years since grabbing a slice here, and I regret not leaving a review sooner. They obviously partnered with Istanbul Med next door, and created the best pizza I have ever had. It was a gyro pizza they had by the slice, and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I think about it constantly. Seriously. Around this time last year a Saturday early evening I was on a pre gaming walk for our night's plans. This review is delayed but I was reminded of the poor action and remembered to locate this place. We opted for this restaurant out of convenience and no prior knowledge of it. Pizza was good enough. However, dude at the take out window was so quick to ring up our order spin the tablet around for my card and then spun it right back around and added his own tip. Had to remind him for our drinks which he had quickly served to others before us no problem which he did produce quickly after.I know in Vegas tips are a big thing and bigger than ever now that tourism is down. And great service earns a proper tip. But just because your service line is long and busy and people are possibly intoxicated doesn't warrant adding your own tip. Nowhere else in Vegas did this happen. Had I had the time or patience to hold the line up, would have been better. Alas the owner better make sure his employees aren't pulling this kind of shadiness any further. Had I kept the receipt or gotten the employee's name after this long this review might have been a total single star. read more

I wish I could tell you how the garlic knots were, but he wouldn't share them. They looked really good! My daughter's cheese pizza was fine... wouldn't be my choice but I helped get finish it off. Down on the food promenade near formerly Ballys (Horseshoe now) there are a bunch of food vendors. One of the cool ones we were all happy to see was Pizza. This was the closest we were going to get to NY style pizza. There was cool music and people behind the counter that intrigued us to go eat there. The food took a couple of minutes to heat up in the ovens. I had the pepperoni slices along with a chicken bacon Alfredo slice. I wanted some garlic powder bc NYers put garlic powder on our slices. One of the cooks heard me and git me a small portion cup of granulated garlic for my slices! This made my experience & time in Vegas, so thank you to them for that!!! Fyi, days later and at night, we kept coming back for the pizza bc it was really good! So if you want a cool atmosphere like ya in NY with a good pizza; drop on by Pisa Pizza is mad good! Service... the staff are actually pretty good for what's mostly a thankless chore of half-drunk tourists, but they are also a perfect study of indifference, so it kind of goes both ways. Horseshoe or whatever it's called is sort of a sad row of outdoor/semi-covered shops, the vibe is decidedly tired county fair, and the pricing, while not bad, is still Vegas pricing. Might be more memorable if everyone's pizza was hot, but mine was, while my friends... yeah... still kind of cold, since the sole employee working when we arrived took my order, then kind of went back to making pizzas because my friends were too shy to make enough noise to get his attention. read more

Just because someone opens up their own food spot in Vegas does not mean they're good. There's an "all sales final" sign which says a lot. My son and daughter got the pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni Stromboli. The pizza was horrendous, it tasted as it had been sitting there for hours. The Stromboli was red and black. Black. As in burned. He would not remake it and that was that. One of the most rude customer service workers I've ever met. Once we got there, we greeted the guy, he held up a finger to us and said "hold on", as he was finding very vulgar music to play on his annoyingly loud speakers. The food was burnt, old, and disgusting. I don't have any idea how this little spot has positive reviews. Avoid at ALL costs!!! read more

I walked well over 30 minutes to try this spot. No one was there when I arrived. None of the food advertised was available. I would have waited for them to be made but I wasn't offered that. Was told "might have them later" so I basically got stale leftovers. The garlic knots have very little garlic and the hot dog was burnt. The marinara sauce tastes really off too it tastes spoiled. I've been coming to this pizza place for a few years and I really like it. The employees are super nice and they work fast. I have never gotten the single slices that they already have in the heating trays, I order a whole pizza, specifically the pepperoni pizza.. They take 15 minutes to make which is not a long time to wait for a fresh made pizza. They have tables outside where you can eat it but usually I take it to the hotel. We buy it after we've walked through the strip so we rather just take it and eat it in the room. The pizza was $35 for an 18" I think it's a good price to pay considering it is on the strip. They give you plates, crushed pepper and cheese. It's really delicious and i would definitely keep coming back. It is one of the best pizza places in Vegas. I stayed at the Horseshoe hotel so this place was a good stop before heading back to our room after partying/drinking all night. Decently priced but the pizza is real greasy. It gave me heartburn the next day but that's alright I had tums with me. Service was straight forward, nothing special. I would stop by here because it's open real late. read more
