I've seen this place many of times and walked by it as well. Actually looked at the menu one time and didn't go in. Well, this visit we actually decided on it. Vegas has places that's open all hours of the night. There's somewhat cheap eats, affordable to fancy and overpriced. You can get it all. We were walking back from a show at the Sphere and didn't have anything booked for dinner afterwards. A late dinner so trying to finding something open along the way was pretty much a challenge. There's loads of places but if the menu doesn't looked pleasing, there's no point in going in. Walking along the Linq promenade there's a good amount of restaurants available. But some didn't look busy so that didn't entice you to walk in. Also it was getting late so some places did look like they were about to close. Our optioned ended up being Yard house, In N Out and this place. Didn't want fast food so we gave it a try. There was a decent amount of people which we did ask one of the waiter working if they were still open which they were. The only downfall, we stood there at the just counter for a good while waiting for someone to help us out. Even waiters were walking by with food to their tables. We finally got someone attention which they were apologizing as they didn't noticed us. They were helping with the food order. Anyways that little mishap didn't ruin our meal. Menu had a good amount of Italian dishes. Oh the place is pretty decent in size. A good amount of tables inside as well as nice outdoor patio which I didn't think people were utilizing as it was pretty hot still in the evening. Our waiter was excellent. Didn't get his name but he was a doll and the sweetest. Food wise, trying to see what everyone else had order and going from there. There was three of us which we ended sharing so we could sample their items. Started off with the Caesar salad, as it. You could add protein but I was craving the classic way. Let me say, it was quite nice. The lettuce was nice and crunchy and perfect ratio of Parmesan cheese and dressing. As well as croutons which I only like a few. It was delicious so that was a nice start to dinner. Entrees, the chicken Parmesan which was delicious. A nice thick chunk of chicken breast with sauce and cheese and a good amount of pasta. Something so simple yet so delicious. I did notice a lot of other tables ordering it so it had to be good and it was. Then the shrimp linguine, another flavorful dish. Classic sauce with nice big pieces of shrimp all tossed together. Classic dish and delicious. Lastly, one of their pizzas. They're all the same size which can be good for sharing or a main. It was an easy eat as its thin crust. The sauce and all the topping were excellent. The different options all looked amazing and what we got was quite tasty. Even the crust was tasty. Overall, we finally walked in after many times walking by and I can see why people love this place. The food was great. April 23, 2026 Located on the Linq Promenade, I dined here after checking in for my stay at the Linq Hotel. The place has a nice vibe and good music was playing. Since they didn't serve pizza slices (you can only purchase full pies from the restaurant), I opted for a salad and meatballs. Not to worry, they do have a business next door that does sell slices. To wash it down, I had water and a Stella. The salad was delicious with a nice taste of lemon and anchovy in the dressing. I'm not a huge fan of croutons and picked off more than I ate. The lettuce was classic romaine, fresh and delicious. When the meatballs arrived, they were hot and flavorful. The server was very friendly and checked on me enough. What a delicious find and experience! We just happened upon Flour & Barley while walking through the LINQ Promenade. We were seated by a nice hostess and were waited and served by the bartender (table near the bar). He was so pleasant and welcoming .. very nice touch. The pizza was awesome. Perfect crust and the perfect size for 2 people to share. We had a sausage and mushroom pizza .. which also came with pine nuts, which we opted not to have. Our first night in Vegas, we were hungry and discovered Flour & Barley, just outside the door of the Flamingo Hotel where we were staying. The Linq Promenade was quite a surprise to us, filled with delicious offerings, and oh so convenient. Our first and third night, we chose Flour & Barley. There weren't a lot of people in the restaurant - that kind of scared us in the beginning, but since Las Vegas tourism seems to be down this sort of made sense. The inside of this restaurant was an upscale pizzeria type vibe. Our server recommended the gluten-free pizza called the Calabrese and we shared a Greek salad. The Greek salad was fresh, crisp, and full of vegetables and had a little bit sweet Greek vinaigrette tossed into it. It hit the spot for me. The gluten-free pizza was different since it was deep dish. Hubby and I enjoyed it as it's different from most of the thin gluten-free crusts you get at most restaurants. Walked in and were seated quickly at a half booth table for two. Upon sitting, the booth bench flipped up which was wild. It was very bright inside and loud. No one sitting at the bar and we figured out why! The drinks were tiny and weak. No flavor. Many people had the canned beers that seemed to be popular. The waitress checked in on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. The food was very flavorful and enough for a hungry family of 4 to share with plenty of left overs. My friend and I have walked past this place on previous stays at the LINQ, but we were in a hurry on our last night in LV for a work project and this place is just few short steps away. The service is attentive and we sat down right away. They tell you up front that there's only one size pizza which is 11". Turns out a Gianna with Italian sausage, mushrooms and pine nuts on red sauce on a perfectly baked thin crust sharing the mozz sticks were just right even after walking all day. Pine nuts are a great idea for pizza and one I'll be emulating at home! We think the appetizer was baked. The outer crust was perfectly browned and crisp but no oil residue left on the plate. This place is in the middle of the bustling Linq promenade but it is worth the weaving through crowds to get to! We ordered ahead so that by the time we walked up, our food would be ready to eat! When we arrived we asked if we could sit at the bar area to eat our food and they let us, even brought us ice waters without us asking ! Everyone working here deserves props for being friendly and hospitable. The gluten free pizza was soooo freakin good. Firstly? The dough was soooo fluffy and thick! It was deep dish style and wow - that blew my mind how good it was! The tomato sauce they use is also sooo flavorful. It was very much filling! I wanted to eat it again and again ! Now, is it expensive because it's a special pizza? Yes. But is it worth it? Absolutely. I just wish there were more locations because celiacs need more places like this!! read more

We've been to Flour & Barley twice while visiting Vegas, and it's been great both times. The patio is spacious with heat lamps, and service is fast and friendly. They have solid options for both meat-eaters and vegans. I had the vegan pizza both times--red sauce, vegan cheese, roasted tomatoes, vegan sausage, and mushrooms. It came out hot and flavorful. The thin crust is soft and not the easiest to eat, so it's best folded or eaten with a fork. A nice option on the Strip for pizza lovers. We'll be back! read more

The food was average at best, we started with the calamari which was very disappointing, there were maybe 10 pieces and the rest of the plate was fried peppers & lemons which I know were used to fill up the dish. The main courses were just ok with the red sauce on the spaghetti with meatballs tasting watery. The pizza toppings and options were plentiful but the crust a bit soggy. They need a thicker more substantial sauce to do the pie and justice. The pies are more than enough to feed one person. If you want to share with someone, it is advisable to get an appetizer if you exercise portion control. , maybe two appetizers if you intend to eat a lot. We had the brussel sprouts, which everyone seems to offer these days with mixed results. Theirs however, was a huge portion for an appetizer and not only does it come with bacon, but also potatoes. The bartender ended up being our server and he was just short with us and gave really bad energy. Beet and citrus salad- really good and refreshing. Gluten free pizza -for an additional five dollars you can get the gluten crust on any pizza. We picked the Gianna (I think that's what it's called the one with sausages and mushrooms). Whoever is cooking back there didn't care since all the toppings were thrown in the middle instead of evenly spread out. Crust was super thick and more like focaccia bread. Was walking the High Roller alley on the Las Vegas strip and saw 'Flour & Barley'. The pizza crav'n hit so visit we did. Restaurant is large with spaced out seating and there is a bar area. Hostess and servers were bubbly and helpful with menu selections. We ordered 'the Big Apple' pizza which is 2x pepperoni and mozzarella. Pizzas are abt 10". Pizza was HOT, sauce was flavorful, and the mozzarella stretched out a good 16-20 inches. Highly recommend. read more
