    Our good size pizza.

Yum!!!! We got this after watching Mat Franco. They had a quickie service window that was fast then we went inside to eat and order soda at the bar. The bartender was nice and let us sit there and eat our pizza before heading back to the Bellagio. Ambiance was chill and so friendly. And the pizza was just so good.

What a delicious find and experience! We just happened upon Flour & Barley while walking through the LINQ Promenade. We were seated by a nice hostess and were waited and served by the bartender (table near the bar). He was so pleasant and welcoming .. very nice touch. The pizza was awesome. Perfect crust and the perfect size for 2 people to share. We had a sausage and mushroom pizza .. which also came with pine nuts, which we opted not to have. I would (and will) go back in a heartbeat ... it was that good. Spotlessly clean restaurant with a number of tables throughout.

April 23, 2026 Located on the Linq Promenade, I dined here after checking in for my stay at the Linq Hotel. The place has a nice vibe and good music was playing. Since they didn't serve pizza slices (you can only purchase full pies from the restaurant), I opted for a salad and meatballs. Not to worry, they do have a business next door that does sell slices. To wash it down, I had water and a Stella. The salad was delicious with a nice taste of lemon and anchovy in the dressing. I'm not a huge fan of croutons and picked off more than I ate. The lettuce was classic romaine, fresh and delicious. When the meatballs arrived, they were hot and flavorful. The server was very friendly and checked on me enough. A nice spot to people watch, which I enjoy doing.

Stopped in and we were sat right away. We got the big apple pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Both were very good. The restaurant was very nice and bright as well.

Read about this restaurant on the gluten-free apps. Located in the promenade between the Linq and the Flamingo hotel. There weren't a lot of people in the restaurant - that kind of scared us in the beginning, but since Las Vegas tourism seems to be down this sort of made sense. The inside of this restaurant was an upscale pizzeria type vibe. Our server recommended the gluten-free pizza called the Calabrese and we shared a Greek salad. The Greek salad was fresh, crisp, and full of vegetables and had a little bit sweet Greek vinaigrette tossed into it. It hit the spot for me. The gluten-free pizza was different since it was deep dish. Hubby and I enjoyed it as it's different from most of the thin gluten-free crusts you get at most restaurants. Glad we tried it and would probably go back. - FYI there is an up charge for the gf crust as is usually the case.

My family and I came here for a late night dinner. The service was fast and friendly. We had the option to sit inside or outside. The waitress checked in on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. The food was very flavorful and enough for a hungry family of 4 to share with plenty of left overs. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Las Vegas.

Walked in and were seated quickly at a half booth table for two. Upon sitting, the booth bench flipped up which was wild. It was very bright inside and loud. No one sitting at the bar and we figured out why! The drinks were tiny and weak. No flavor. Many people had the canned beers that seemed to be popular. The gluten free pizza was excellent and perfectly cooked! We didn't get anything else because I just didn't love the vibe, lots of screaming kids and teens, and service just wasn't that great. Probably wouldn't be back.

I have walked by this place and never stopped in. This time the smell brought me in and I was so happy. It's located nicely in the alley and I sat outside. Love the people watching. Staff was friendly and they offer military and first responder discount. Pizza was really good even though just pepperoni (my fav). The crust was great and I really loved it. I will be back.

Convenient location right outside the hotel for a quick nightcap. Pizza by the slice or order a pie. Vegan options!! Not in slices. Our helper took time to curate a pie, especially for me and my eating allergies. He was working along and making it happen.

We were starving arriving for our weekend trip. We landed here and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was Chill, our waitress was friendly and attentive. The service was great. The food...it was wonderful. We ordered pizza, salad, and mozzarella sticks and it was great. Served hot and fresh. Overall would recommend.

My friend and I have walked past this place on previous stays at the LINQ, but we were in a hurry on our last night in LV for a work project and this place is just few short steps away. The service is attentive and we sat down right away. They tell you up front that there's only one size pizza which is 11". Turns out a Gianna with Italian sausage, mushrooms and pine nuts on red sauce on a perfectly baked thin crust sharing the mozz sticks were just right even after walking all day. Pine nuts are a great idea for pizza and one I'll be emulating at home! We think the appetizer was baked. The outer crust was perfectly browned and crisp but no oil residue left on the plate. I could taste the parsley and lemon zest in the batter. Both worth the calories!

Ask the Community - Flour & Barley at LINQ Las Vegas

Is the gluten free pizza cooked in a separate/dedicated gluten free oven?

I don't even know if they have gluten free pizza. It would be best to ask them as that is not a conversation I have.

Is this place still open? I can't find it on google maps when I search

It looks like it is still there. Do a search: flour and barley las vegas. It comes up. Good pizza by the slice at their window in the Linq Promenade.

Are the pizzas big enough to share 2 per person?

For two is almost not enough but a pizza and an appetizer would be good amount.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

Sure, it is known; however, it was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday. We were seated at a shell like booth and this space between the back side of the Players Club and the Cash cage, is a lovely and elegant place. Is it expensive? yes. Most other fine establishments are also expensive in Vegas. It is what it has become. Is that good? Probably not; however, it does give you the opportunity to experience something unique and special. Although we had one server, the servers worked very well together throughout our 90 minutes here and really team assisted with each other. Between the two of us, we had three drinks. You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
