Mi sucursal favorita en términos de decoración. Menú extenso y variado, siendo los tacos de tartare de mis artículos favoritos en el menú. El shot de leche de tigre me parece muy bien recomendado, y la chicha morada es una de mis favoritas en lugares de comida Peruana en Miami. Last night we ate out with friends at Pisco y Nazca and it was a true celebration of Peruvian flavors. We started with the classic ceviche that was ultra-fresh, perfectly tangy, and vibrant. We also ordered the lomo saltado, a savory stir-fry of beef, fries, and soy sauce, delivered that bold Asian Latin fusion we crave. And although everything was quite on the spot, I must say that the standout was the Chanchito Nikkei: melt-in-your-mouth braised pork belly over creamy arborio rice, with Nueske's bacon, sweet plantains, and a soy-honey glaze, a heavenly bite every time. Another favorite that we ordered was the "Pescado a lo Macho" with crispy fish, shrimp, calamari, mussels, and a luscious spicy ají cream sauce. To top it off, the chef surprised us with a complimentary Causa Crocante, crispy panko shrimp over whipped potatoes, finished with rocoto aioli and avocado cream. Pure joy on a plate. With warm, attentive service to match, Pisco y Nazca isn't just a restaurant, it's a must-flavor journey. Go with friends and go hungry!
Pisco y Nazca always prepares the ceviche just right. I love the combination of citrus with the fish. The staff was welcoming and my waiter was very attentive. The restaurant is nicely decorated with comfortable chairs and low music that you can still have an intimate conversation. Definitely will be back to try other dishes.
Unfortunately there were no vegan and only one vegetarian option with the fried Yuccas. Very disappointing knowing that traditional Peruvian cuisine offers many such options and particularly in today's climate when most restaurants offer such options. Happy Hour drinks were well priced and atmosphere with center bar and indoor and outdoor seating was nice which warranted the stars.
It was a Saturday night & the place was packed!! Music was great. Amazing decor for Photos. Food was fantastic. We had a party of 10 & the staff did not skip a beat! Will absolutely be back.
I've been to Pisco y Nazca for happy hours many times. The music is great, the service is amazing and they have a pretty good option for small plates and great drinks. I decided to come to happy hour on Friday for a quick drink and it was just as I remembered. Great service, delicious drinks for a great price. I had a pisco sour and it was as good as I remembered. This time I didn't eat anything but I will return for food as Peruvian is one of my favorite food.
My friends and I decided to try out their Miami Spice brunch special and it did not disappoint. Come hungry! It definitely is a lot of food and everything you try can be shared. We sat in their beautiful terrace and Carlos who was our waiter was extremely nice and attentive. He offered suggestions and recommendations on the best plates to try. A must try if you are dining on Miracle Mile! The drinks are also especially tasty and flavorful.
**Happy hour EVERYDAY 4-7pm** at the bar What an amazing experience Rafael served us on a Saturday and he was great. Always made sure our drinks were full and we were happy!! The drinks did not disappoint! The mango margarita is a must order. Various happy hour bites to try and those were great too.
Nearby restaurant had a 30 minute wait, so I saw Peruvian here and was seated right away at 7:30 on a Saturday night. My go-to dish is always Lomo Saltado and they had it in a sushi roll style here! $17.50 for wok seared tenderloin, soy and oyster sauce, queso fresco, panko bread crumbs, shoestring potatoes, and aji Amarillo aioli. I added the Marisos chaufa, which includes wok Seared shrimp and calamari and I subbed the fried rice for quinoa. The sushi was pretty unique and worth trying. Quinoa was just ok. I generally love Peruvian food and this just seemed average unfortunately, beyond the novelty of the sushi roll. Service was excellent though!
Came here with friends for Wednesday happy hour specials. You do have to sit at the bar to be able to partake in the specials. Benefit of going to happy hour there Wednesday is that instead of it being the 4pm-7pm on other weekdays, it's 4-8pm. As a group we ordered both drinks and the food specials. We all enjoyed our $14 margaritas. We also ordered the salchipapas ($6), ceviche tradicional ($5), tuna tartare ($7), anticucho de pollo ($8), causa crocante ($9). I think my favorites were the ceviche and tuna tartare--would order those again. Service was good at the bar (not too many guests on a Wednesday night), and we were able to order all of our food before the $8. Parking available via street parking or parking garages nearby. All in all I think they have pretty decent happy hour with both food and drink specials. Would definitely consider doing again.
Love Peruvian food, this place did not disappoint but in terms of authenticity it was slacking a lot of items. Can go here for the staples (lomo saltado, chaufas, pisco flights) but real deal anticucheros are missing. The ambience was lovely, definitely get your pictures in. Outside is more entertaining than inside if you like people watching and want to avoid rhe cold A/C.
Ok so we have been here for dinner before and knew the food was good. But, if you hare looking for a brunch spot that not only has great food, service and worth the price. Today we all chose to do the Pre Fix Brunch menu and every plate was amazing. We all ordered something different so we could taste everything. All four of us decided that there was not a single dish that was not delicious. From the tostadas to the avocado toast they were all prepared perfectly. The main dishes like the ceviche was a perfect blend and not to acidic. The pork belly was so tender it melted in your mouth. Not sure how we ate any more, but if you like dessert, save room they are all amazing.
So I made reservations for a family Mother's Day diner. Quite frankly we were disappointed. Where do I start,,, It's my first time at the coral gables location. You'd expect it to be more of a top tier experience compared to Doral. So my experience went a little like this...... Typically on Mother's Day we go out for dinner somewhere nice. My mom wanted Peruvian so, I suggested to do Pisco y Nazca. We were i group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything was good upon arrival. We were seated at a good table towards the end of the restaurant with our backs towards the kitchen. The restaurant was pretty busy, the ambiance was a little bit eccentric and jumpy with the music selection playing. Honestly It was all over the place, soft pop, Latin trap , to house music, reggaeton....... With all due respect, Who ever selected that play list needs to get they're music privileges revoked. It's like there's a vibe crises going on. Now anyone who knows me , knows I'm a huge ceviche enthusiast. Everyone ordered the traditional ceviche but with different spicy levels. Surprisingly they didn't have any papa huacaina which is typical Peruvian app. I settled for the yucca huacaina. A Lomo saltado roll and 4 regular lomo salteados. The kids ordered from the cute kids menu. I usually like my ceviche really spicy. I recall crystal clear our waiter asking how spicy I would I like mine...... needless to say to they all came out exactly the same , no spicy flavor at all and when I told her about it not being spicy, she offered to bring me some spicy sauce on the side. That was my our first disappointment of the night. The ceviche wasn't bad at all but it wasn't how originally ordered it. They took really long to with everyone's lomo salteado and when it came out they were pretty mediocre. Meat was too salty and hard to chew. Which was the second and huge disappointment for us. The Yucca huacaina came out with the roll.... Which should of been the first thing out. We still made the best of it, our cocktails were great, dessert was good, but I was let down and kinda felt pressure on me because I was one who suggested Pisco y Nazca. Im not sure what was going on the kitchen tonight but hopefully management gets down to the bottom of the issue and sorts things out. Thank you.

First time at Pisco in the Gables. Came to try out the Miami Spice Menu, absolutely amazing. From the exceptional service , the outdoor vibe and delicious food. The star of the appetizer was the Tuna Tar tar tacos which were fresh light and delicious. The burger was amazing cooked to perfection and had a little sweet kick to it. The Avocado toast with Steak was also a hit. The desserts were amazing as well but by the time we were done with our food , extremely full to even enjoy but still were able to taste and they were both delicious. Totally worth visiting for the miami spice brunch. Well worth it for the price. read more

Came for date night to close off a busy week. I had the arroz con pollo which was amazing! I love the Peruvian cilantro rice that is used for arroz con pollo. I was given the option of chicken breast or dark meat which I appreciate since I am not a fan of dark meat. Our waiter was amazing! Gave great recommendations, introduced us to the specials and spring menu, as well as recommending his favorite drinks. For a Saturday night it wasn't busy and we were easily down. Came to Pisco Y Nazca's Coral Gables location this weekend to celebrate a belated birthday and Mother's Day. We made it during the later part of brunch so still had the option to order a few items off that menu and could get the unlimited drinks but only for 20 min so opted out of the drink option. We were sat right in front of the bathrooms by the host. I asked if we could move elsewhere as there were other booths available. She said they were smaller since we were a party of 5. My partner ended up checking and the booths were exactly the same size so we requested to move so we could sit in a more ample space with natural light vs a corner facing the bathroom and kitchen. Our server was so so kind and helpful throughout our visit so no complaints on that end. We started with 4 pisco sours and a beer. The piscos were tasty! Very fresh. A little on the sweet side but still enjoyable. We started with tequeños that were yummy with two dipping sauces and for the entree I ordered the causa crocante which is a fried shrimp with mashed potato and ordered the avocado toast off the brunch menu. My family ordered the chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. The crocante was good. The mashed potato for the causa is cold so it's an interesting dynamic with the hot shrimp but great flavor. The avocado toast was a bust unfortunately. The avocado didn't seem fresh but rather one of those refrigerated spreads. The bread was barely toasted and it was overly salted. We had to send it back. We ended the meal with a sweet treat, we ordered the brownie. It came with ice cream and was big enough to share with the table. Definitely a good spot for food and a good time! Happy hour is a great deal. read more
I've been to a few different locations, but I think this one is my favorite. Our server Diego took awesome care of us and offered great recommendations for us. We decided with their fixed lunch special option that was only $25. Not bad for a 3 course meal. We ordered the tostones, which were flavorful, aji de gallina, my favorite thing to order, and the flan for desert. If you're looking for delicious food and great service you can't go wrong with any of their locations. read more

Food and service was great! Really pretty interior and plenty of seating. Staff was super nice. I personally loved the carne con chaufas and the ceviche sampler! Delicious flavors. The ceviche doesnt come with chips so be sure to order plantain chips on the side! Bryant was our server and was super friendly and helpful! read more
Sat at the bar and Rafa was our bartender and server. He went over and beyond. Great service and great recommendations. Would come back here again. Had the chicken causa and chicken as appetizer both delish. Lomo saltado would be a 3 out of 5. Not much flavorful and very salty. read more

Very good drinks; the Mule is one of the best I had for a while, very refreshing with the ginger and lime. Perfect for a mid summer lunch in the tropics. My wife had the lichee and it was refreshing with a tropical dark and stormy with the dark rum replaced with tequila read more

Had a wonderful lunch today at Pizco y Nazca! We have early dinner plans so when we got hungry, we wanted something close by & light. What's better than ceviche & Peruvian ceviche at that?!? We stopped in & although it had been raining all day, the restaurant was still respectably full. We chose to sit outside & our fantastic waiter (who also happened to be our excellent bartender), Diego made some great suggestions. For cocktails, I chose the Lychee Chilcano & my love started with the Clasic Chilicano. Since we didn't want to spoil our appetites for our upcoming dinner, we settled on the Chef's Signature Ceviche, the Cremoso Ceviche & the Causa Sampler. Everything was delicious & service was better! We'll def be back for the incredible $22 3-course brunch! read more
We had a great time! It was happy hour when we got there, you just have to sit in the bar area. We had many drinks, and I myself drink three lychee martinis. We had appetizers that were also on the happy hour menu but as soon as they got onto the table, we devoured them so sorry for not posting any photos. They were extremely delicious. We had Tequeños, salchipapap, and tostones with Carne. This is a wonderful place if you want to go walk around the streets and enjoy the scenery. Service was good, they made a mistake and told us that the Luis martini was on the happy hour menu when it really wasn't, so they were able to discount the price. read more
Peruvian cousine is known for being one of the world's finest, so any place that claims that it is their main expertise, will probably need support from the best team to deliver it and Pizco y Nazca has it. Its in nested in the middle of the hottest and main arteries of Coral Gables, Miracle Mile. It stands out due to its pintoresque tiling that decorates its exterior. We were escorted by our lovely host Melissa to the patio/terrace area to enjoy the fresh Miami February weather. We ordered Tostones topped with pulled pork, avocado, salsa criolla, ají amarillo mojo as a first course, accompanied by house sauces. The sauces are the icing on the cake for the Tostones, make sure to ask for the Huancaina, Rocoto Agridulce, Rocoto Aioli, Huacatai, and of course, the House Ají; this last one is one of the toppings we enjoyed the most. The appetizer was followed by the Ceviche Tradicional (fish, classic leche de tigre, cancha, choclo, sweet potato) and we wrapped it up with some sweet Alfajores filled with Dulce de Leche. All of the dishes stood up to their description and portions were substantial. To top the experience, the service was impeccable. The ambient is chill and y accommodates any guest! The team was hands on every detail and all of the crew members pushed the extra mile to spoil our requests. Melissa (manager), Zamara (server), María and specially Diego from the bar, you guys delighted us with your hospitality, as well as with your charming attention. I came today to have late lunch. The place was not crowded because it's about the rain but everything here is top shelf. The bar is very beautiful. The staff is amazing. Everybody is very helpful. The prices are just right, and location is excellent right in the corner of Ponce and one of the side streets Leading to Giralda , i'm actually a customer for many years of the one in Doral, but I will be coming back here more often since it is more central I highly recommend this place. If you're in the beautiful Gables come and visit, you will not be disappointed. read more

Pisco & Nazca is always a great option for Peruvian. I usually go to the Kendall location but the Coral Gables location is also great. Daysi was our server and she was wonderful. The food was delicious and fast. The drinks were amazing! The best part, we weren't kicked out after 2 hours, and we didn't feel rushed. I'll definitely come back! read more
Highly recommend Pisco y Nazca for happy hour! The ambiance is so nice, the service good, and the drink deals great. Food portions on the HH menu a lil small, but it worked for a snacky. The selection of drinks on the happy hour menu is great and the prices very good. Mix of wine, beer, and cocktails. I got wine this time but want to come back for a Pisco cocktail. I also had papa a la huancaina and enjoyed the tasty but small portion. Happy hour is bar seating only but the bar area was really lovely and well decorated, as was the rest of the restaurant. They have lots of indoor seating as well as a patio out front. The whole place is a vibe! read more

First time at Pisco y Nasca and it did not disappoint. Our waitress Maria was exceptional. She gave us recommendations and explained every dish, which was helpful because the menu is huge. The restaurant is large with both inside and outside seating. On Fridays they have$7 espresso martinis (all day long) and they were actually good. read more

Great work in progress! We have been to Pisco and Nazca before in another location and we were glad this new one opened up since it is closer to us. The inside is renovated very nicely, and there is plenty of seating. As a beverage i got their classic lemonade; it was very refreshing. For appetizers, we got an order of their shrimp tostones and a ceviche. Both very good. All of the entrees we got were amazing, and i really recommend trying the salmon sushi roll. I forgot to take pics of them, but we also got dessert, which was a tres leches and a suspiro, a nice way to end the evening. Though the service was a little bit on the slow side, but they apologized since they just opened recently and we understood. Overall an amazing experience and would totally recommend! read more
