FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! We decided to have the chefs tasting and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is kind of small and feels tight. But somehow they make it work. I did however feel I could've used more room. The service felt rushed. Street parking is very minimal, but there's a valet lot around the corner $20... Back to the food, ALL of it was out of this world. Def ask for the chefs tasting , it will not disappoint

Hands down the best experience right now in South Miami, you will be transported to Italy. I have to say I mistakenly walked into the wrong restaurant when I dined here and it was the best mixup I've ever experienced. Opted to sit outside as it was a cool night and while sitting on the sidewalk the energy from inside was still present. Everyone from the host to the chef created a seamless and impeccable experience. There was never a need to call over a server to refill a glass of water or wine. The servers were also very knowledgeable of the menu and presented each plate to the table explaining how it should be experienced if the dish required. The food while reminiscent of simple Italian flavors was not simple in creativity and execution. It was a true elevated meal with clear roots in Italian cuisine. Everything from the bread to the inventive tiramisu was delicious. Overall if you are looking to splurge on a meal I would recommend this restaurant any day of the week.

When I was in Italy, my main determinant if I stopped at a restaurant was if they had a Gambero it's a basic symbol that says whether or not a restaurant is legit or not and I was so happy to see that Chef Marco Guigliano brought a gambero to Miami. We came to try Mano Libera's seasonal menu and we could not be in better hands. From the amuse bouche to the stellar drinks like the Love in Portofino and Japan Rising, we were starting very well. The staff was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, they make the experience even more enjoyable. Their bao comes in the most gorgeous plate, carefully holding the bao to perfection and inside is delicious sausage and ricotta cheese. The bite is a gorgeous contrast of the meaty sausage, the refreshing cheese and the slight twinge of sweetness from the bao. Then we had the stuffed zucchini blossom, an explosion of flavor in one bite. Literally. This beef carpaccio is pure art work, layers and layers of the perfect flavors where each transport you in a different way carpaccio, puff pastry, truffles and balsamic pearls. Wow. For a refreshing take came the tuna tartare, they did a great job of adding crunch to every bite with nori chips, wasabi popcorn and lemon caviar. We refreshed with fashion Mano libera which was a gorgeous acknowledgment to a an old fashion but with rum and a delicious orange foam. We then got to try two of their pastas their gorgeous linguine that was packed with zucchini and was so light. But for me... that gnochetti is pure art, it's light but that ragu really stands out in aromatics and dimension. We ended with a gorgeous pistachio ice cream with pistachio butter and actual pistachios, pure heaven for me and their rendition of a tiramisu which was straight out of an art museum. This is the spot to visit in South Miami.

Amazing Italian food, amazing ambience and an outstanding experience overall. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Marco truly made our visit unforgettable with his kindness, attention, and professionalism. I highly recommend Mano Libera 100%!

We just returned from Italy and came across this on Instagram. The food is amazing, the service is incredible, and the chef is a true artist who really appreciates his craft. The staff is also from Italy, adding to the authentic experience.

Save your money. The only good thing about this place is the gelato. We went in for a dinner, we were looking for something special and we left without founding it. Food is bland and overpriced. Service terrible, I had one of the servers backside literally in my face half the dinner. We ordered a lot of different items to give this place a good try but none of the dishes were worth a second chance. The server should have guided our experience better, our first few courses came out way too fast, he was Cuban guy trying to speak Italian not knowing his attempt resulted gross and borderline offensive, and very repetitive, it felt way over the top almost forced. Ambiance is bad too the place is way too loud, poor design. In a nutshell: save your money this place is nothing special, definitely not worth the buzz nor the prices they charge. Dinner for 2, no proteins ordered and no alcohol ~$300

I've been here twice and both times had a great dinner. The second time my wife and I ordered the Chef experience and it Did NOT disappoint!!! The pistachio Ice Cream was over top, never had an ice cream this damn good. The service was excellent and old fashion was good. The chef came out to our table to greet us. The ambiance was great as well. Definitely

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Traditional Italian with a personal touch from the chef. Taste, presentation and flavor were incredible and probably the best, most professional service I've experience in Miami in a while. The millefoglie di manzo was phenomenal!

Nice new restaurant in South Miami. The truffle pasta was honestly the best part. We got the branzino for 2 which they deboned table side for us. Branzino tasted great. Pistachio ice cream also great but it was $30... appetizers also good! Overall, very good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Did enjoy it tho!

So, let's get into it: I don't know about you, but the one thing I do not enjoy doing is driving and circling around, being lost, just to find an establishment. So, I love that this restaurant is so easy to find with good signage, lots of nearby parking, both street and lots. Anywho, once I parked, the manager Judd was so friendly and kind and directed me to the table where my friend was seated. He overheard that I was kind of speaking loud over the music when I barely had a voice due to losing it from another event, so he kindly turned down the music for us. Once there, service was quick and attentive. I got a Fresh Paloma for my drink and the Seared Salmon for dinner. The drink was a good size and tasted good, no complaints there. As for the dinner, WOW. This was delicious, I would get this again. The flavors were there and the portions were just perfect (not too much and not too little, I usually never get enough or leave with leftovers). Also, not overpriced for Miami in my opinion. Aside from that, I did try some of my friend's off-menu pasta and it was really yummy. Furthermore, they have great weekly specials: (Note, subject to change. Please check Instagram or call for Current Week): Tuesday: Burgers and Bottles, $10 Burgers and Half off Select Bottles of Wine Wednesday: Double Loyalty Points and Fire, Flour & Fizz ($12 Pizzas, $12 Aperol Spritz, $7 Prosecco, 5pm-close) Thursday Ladies Night: Complimentary Bubbly for Ladies 4pm-7pm Sunday: 10am-4pm Bloody Mary Bar Go check it out, I don't think you'll regret it. Let me know what you think! :)

We ordered the T-bone and the Korean BBQ steak. Both were fantastic. The T-bone was cooked perfectly medium and was incredibly juicy. The Korean BBQ steak felt like the riskier choice, but it paid off. It had fantastic flavor, with a little bit of a kick, and was a nice leaner option. The surprise star of the meal was the Brussels sprouts. These are hands down some of the best I've had at a restaurant. The combination of savory ham, sweet jam, and tangy blue cheese sauce worked beautifully. If you're a blue cheese fan, do not skip this one! For dessert, we shared the Beauty Cake. It was rich without being overly sweet, which I appreciated. The hazelnut crunch and scoop of ice cream on the side took it to another level. And of course, you can't leave without trying one of their cookies. Consider it mandatory. Service was excellent throughout the evening. Our waiter checked in regularly, offered great recommendations, and helped make the celebration feel special. We had great seats near the bar, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the overall vibe was lively without being overwhelming. My only minor let-down was the condition of the bathrooms. It was a busy night, so I understand they were getting a lot of traffic, but they could have used a quick check-in and cleaning during service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food, attentive service, and a fun atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and working my way through more of the menu.
