We were very happy with the service we received here! We are moving to California and we thought our guns were not compliant with the ridiculous laws over there. Fortunately Logan took the time to look into the laws and we were able to learn that our guns are ok under the import law! So thankful that they took the time to look into everything for us. During our visit there we were asked multiple times by other staff members if we had been helped. We really felt taken care of while we were here. We were also able to find a Cali compliant shot gun and trade our old one in. This is DEFINITELY our go to gun shop now. No respect for customer after trying to feed me several lines of crap. I purchased a 380 as a gift. Several months later, after Christmas, I realized that it would not function. It wouldn't chamber a round. When I returned to Pistol Parlour they tried to tell the first round should be loaded manually. After a moment to reflect on what was being said, I asked if the manufacturer would agree. Then they asked if the magazine was fully loaded, yes, and they said to not load more than 4 rounds. Again, I asked if the manufacturer would agree. They took the pistol to a back room for a few minutes, return saying they had just been able to chamber 4 rounds. Who in their right mind would want this pistol. They offered no assistance other than to give me the manufacturer contact info. I contacted them, returned the pistol at no cost, it was repaired and returned. No thanks to Pistol Parlour. Never again will I use them and don't believe anyone else should use them when they can't identify a defective gun. read more

Very nice gun shop. It's fairly large and they have a ton of AR-15's, some AR-10's, and what surprised me was that they had a .338 LAPUA for sale...that's not a common gun to see in a gun store. Hell, I only saw 1 for sale at the last gun show. I was so tempted to buy it....but I'm saving up for a different model. The guys here were super helpful and allowed me to check out several guns. I'm not one who will buy right away, so I didn't leave with a firearm, but I did get several magazines and other accessories I was shopping for. Over the last year I have purchased a large amount of products from the Pistol Parlour and I want to start with two things: The salesman are knowledgeable (when they pay attention to you) and they have an excellent selection. Now for the bad: -Everything is priced high. (Justified because of the large selection I guess) -Very difficult to get help. -As a young man or any age woman it is almost impossible to be taken seriously. (Both my wife and Mother in law were ignored completely.) -The owner is critical of his employees in front of customers. -The owner repeatedly mocked me to his employees and mumbled threats under his breathe to me. -FFL transfer fee is high. In conclusion, the staff has always been great, I do not regret paying the price I did for what was purchased here, but I will NEVER return after the complete disrespect that was shown to me by the owner. read more

Bought a used pistol AR-15 from them,it's never worked properly. I brought it back hoping they could fix the problem, left it at the shop for a week and when I received it back(supposedly fixed) it was still doing the same thing.The younger gentleman claimed he had put 100 rounds though it flawlessly. I don't believe that considering I Still can't get it to fire more then one round without jamming. I've tried 3 kinds of ammo Doesn't change anything,but when I use my other AR 15's upper it works flawlessly. Update. Total rip-off shop. Offered me $550 trade in credit on a 1500 dollar rifle. And that was buying their gun at full sticker price. Had the gun appraised at 1200 by another local gun shop. Walked in at 5:52 and all the guns were already put up and they were ready to go, the first kid I talked to was a typical 21 year old who was ready to go home (no blaming him I was that way) I already knew what I wanted and asked if he could get it and again I could tell he wanted to go home and he was still super nice and cool about it...I was the ass walking it 8 min before closing. Enters whom I can only describe as dad, he asks what I wanted, went right to the back and got it and again I said I would come back the next day because it was closing time. All he kept saying was nope, we got you, we will sell it and the whole time with a smile. The"mom" was so nice, friendly and funny. They were also going to let another guy in who wanted to look at shotguns but he felt so bad he just left. In the end I was out by 6:02, with what could only be my best customer experience ever. So much so that my friend went the next day and got a new gun just based on what I told her. These guys are awesome so much to the fact that everyone I have told is going there now and my veterans friends are spreading the word. read more

I used to be a regular and come in about once a week and knew the employees until a guy ripped up my 4473 for helping my dad READ it. I wasn't filling it out only reading it because he forgot his glasses. During the second one he asked me where to sign it and I pointed and the guy runs up and starts talking to me like a piece of shit! He was Asian, normally that wouldn't matter but as a black man married to a Mexican women we only get helped from the only non white employee. Not surprised at all though. Stellar service! I've read some reviews stating they treat young people and women disrespectfully. This is untrue. As a young female I have visited this location multiple times and treated with the upmost respect and taken very seriously when it came to my needs. I recently purchased a UTG Scope for my rifle and had them install it. A week later on my day off I went to the range and realized the scope was shattered. I didn't mistreat it or damage it. I went back to Pistol Parlor because I could not find my receipt, and like a dummy I paid in cash. I explained to Logan what my issue was and he told me that Leapers ( the company who makes the scope ) was very good to deal with and he would write me up a duplicate copy of my receipt. I walked in was completely ignored and to top it off only two people we're being helped and two other guys in the back just walking around. Douchebaggery at it's grandest. The place was crowded with kids looking at handguns. I started talking to whom I assume was the owner, he seemed to be in charge. I told him I haven't owned a gun in quite a while and was looking for a revolver for the house. He just kept saying "The revolvers are over there..." I said "Well my wife has to be able to fire it also so I want something heavier for less recoil. He just smiled blankly and kept saying "The revolvers are over there..." then took a call on his cell and turned his back on me. The store is a cluster in the worst I've ever seen. I took a friend their to buy a firearm because it was close to her. She was looking for something to conceal carry. The employee kept pushing her towards a 2" 357 revolver she stayed she wasn't interested in a revolver and wanted a semi auto Smith @ Wesson shield, or the Glock 42 or 43.She was advised they jam all the time and don't cycle. Needless to say we went else where and shot all three and she went with the Glock 43 at one one of their competitors which were more knowledgeable and non comincion. I have shopped at many PHX gun stores over the last five years... all have their pros & cons. PISTOL PARLOUR IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. The staff has 'expert level' knowledge, is friendly and accommodating, especially EDDY. Even when the store is packed w/ customers, he patiently spent the time necessary for me to make my decision, sometimes while juggling questions from other customers. When I purchase from PP, whether guns, parts or accessories, I have full confidence that my purchase is right for me and at a good price...meeting or beating the competition (even on-line sometimes). PP has a large inventory of all things gun related & if they don't have it, they were able to quickly obtain it for me. I have also used PP as an FFL for out of state purchases as well, they are helpful and interested in my purchase, offering good advice even though I did not purchase through them. PP offer's in-house and 3rd party gun related services, including cerekote, which I have used...all are first rate. I have recommended several people to them, every single one has had the same experience. This review is based on multiple visits, where I have made purchases and otherwise, my experience was consistent...courteous, respectful and helpful customer service. I now drive across town, (Surprise to Mesa, 50+ miles), passing many other stores, to shop at Pistol Parlour and it has been well worth it... every time. Do yourself a favor, do the same. read more
