I ordered my meal as a wrap but I was given it on a white bread baguette. The staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful Some tips: You can make your meal a combo and get chips or fries and a drink. They also have cookie options and I'm not sure if you can substitute chips for that. I asked if I could sub my drink for a cookie and I was told no. The friendly crew of young ladies greet everyone with a warm "Hi!" and clearly know their regulars by heart. This time around, I was craving liver and onions, and Lonnie's delivered. Second time here and it was even better than the first!! I had been told numerous times that these people also own Williston Brewery, not true. The Brewery next to them is not owned by Williston Brewery, nor the Pit 105, totally seperate owners. The owners of the Pit 105 are extremely down to earth, really cool, friendly people! I had the half rack of ribs with beans & the chips. Best ribs I've had in 20 yrs! The bark was superb and they were very meaty. The beans and chips were excellent as well. Tons of food! I couldn't finish the half rack and then the owner brought me bread pudding, on the house! I almost shed a tear it was that good! I'm not a big fan of bread pudding, but this desert is now in my top 3 of all time! This is no doubt, hands down, best food in Williston!! read more

Amazing barbecue! We shared the carnivore feast which came with brisket, pulled pork, wings, ribs, fries, corn bread and Texas toast. We also ordered a side of Mac and cheese. The brisket had a phenomenal smoky flavor, the meat was falling off the ribs. You can get the wings boneless or bone-in. Many options for the wing sauce. Right next door with inside access is Busted Knuckles Brewery which have a great variety of beers and IPA's which you are allowed to purchase and take back to your table. This is our favorite restaurant in Williston! There are a lot of items on the menu and we've never been disappointed with what we've ordered. The prices are reasonable and portion sizes are big! I also think the restaurant could improve how the back dining room is managed during colder months. That area tends to be very cold when it first opens in the evening, and guests are often seated there before the room has had time to warm up. It would make a big difference if the area was opened and heated before seating guests, since most people naturally prefer to sit somewhere warm when it's freezing outside. Unfortunately, when customers ask to move to a warmer area, it can feel like the request is treated more as an annoyance than an effort to make guests comfortable. At a restaurant of this caliber, hospitality starts at the front door. The food and servers are excellent, but the front-of-house experience could definitely use improvement.

My halibut was also very skimpy and the Brussels sprouts were burnt, $38. Not once did the server even come back to ask how the food was or I would have had her get me a different side. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food. The food itself was good, minus burnt Brussels sprouts but it's a good thing we got an appetizer too or we would have still been hungry. The server is lucky my date left 20 because I said to leave 10 and I don't even know if that was deserved. I am in the industry and we always overtip but not in this case when it's more than obvious the server doesn't even want to be there. So all in all it was not a good experience.
