I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I've been disappointed both times I ordered through Uber Eats. Each time, my order was either incorrect or missing items entirely. I ordered grape leaves twice and never received them either time. The chicken was also very dry, which made the meal less enjoyable. I was hoping this would become a go-to spot, but the inconsistency is hard to overlook. Be wary if you're ordering delivery -- double check everything. read more

We were looking for a quick place to eat after a long day. This was nearby and had great reviews, so we gave it a go. The place is rather unassuming, but the food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. If I lived in the area, this would be on my regular takeout order list. What a fantastic place. So welcoming to out of towners, not to mention the delicious food. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. Located in Groveland, just outside of Clermont. They are right off of Highway 50. This is a food truck but don't let that sway you from checking them out. The owner was so nice and is very accommodating. For example, I watched him take food to a customer's car because they were sitting in the car waiting for the food and didn't hear him calling out to them. I told him another set of customers were letting them know already but he said, no problem, Ill just take it to them. The menu seems kind of limited but it really isn't because he made it sound like you can vary the items. They have a falafel salad and I asked if I just wanted falafels on the side, could I do that. He said, no problem, you want it on the side or in a wrap, he can do it, whatever you want! Nice! I got the chicken shawarma wrap. It was a generous size and very good. Diana was fantastic! She was incredibly open, helpful, and was able to help us decide what we wanted to get, as we have some specific food intolerances and such. The food and service was absolutely amazing!! The environment was fun and welcoming!! We do full time on the road and this is the BEST Mediterranean Greek Halal food we have found from Miami to Pensacola!! We went back two nights in a row, the food was super fresh and delicious! We got baklava, chicken on rice (shawarma), two falafel platters, and a piece of honey cake - everything is made to order and was even great after being reheated on the next day! Home made falafel was the best I've ever had and Diana had just finished prepping it an hour before we had gotten there!! So fresh and flavorful that we are going back again tonight for another round!! Definitely a must try for anyone in town who loves fresh food delivered fast at an excellent value!! Great gyros! Visited this food truck for the first time after seeing it on our way tot he taco truck and made a uturn just to try something new. We ordered two lamb gyros, hummus and salad combo, honey cake and butter cookie. All were fresh, but my favs were the gyros. The hummus tasted different that the traditional American hummus, which is probably why I didn't like it and the desserts were also not for me, but my husband loved the butter cookie. It was too hard for me and the honey cake reminded me of honey drenched cornbread. Again, not for me. I'll definitely return for the gyros! read more

We used Uber eats so we did not see the place/ambiance but whoever answered the phone was super nice when my husband called to ask a few questions. I've seen this place pop up on yelp numerous times, so we finally gave them a shot. Needless to say I was very disappointed, one for the food and two because of the crappy service. I asked kindly please no lettuce on my Gyro and of course lettuce was on my Gyro fries were soggy and almost not cooked all the way. They barley had any sauce on it the meat was poorly cut in chunks. I went to get my free dessert and they ended up charging me 3 something for a baklava that was tiny as heck ‍‍ so they ended up giving us a free cake witch was super tiny as while. This new food truck popped up in Groveland recently & we've been dying to try it after seeing the bright "Open" sign on the stretch of darkness through Hwy 50. My husband & I were finishing a conversation so we didn't get out of our truck right away & the owner came out & took our order from the window. Sweetest man. And it appears to be a family business with everyone pitching in. Their daughter even wrote us a cute note on our box, see the attached photo. Although it's a food truck, the setup appears to be semi-permanent with fencing around their area, flowers planted, & a little set of table & chairs. It was $11.82 for my husband & I to both get combos & they were yummy! And they gave us a honey cake on the house as a thank you for trying them out! Menu posted on the side of the truck in photo. Wonderful!!! We were on an adventure fun day in which explored the Webster Flea Market. On our way back to Orlando we researched for a place to eat. Our daughter said she found a place...Pita Hut!
