Best ever. Great service and a lot of fun. The owners know what the are talking about and love what they are talking about.

I got the Med Caesar exactly how it comes with the dressing on the side. I didn't change anything and I'm so glad I didn't because it was delicious. The red pepper feta spread is so yummy. I want to go back and just get some of that. I added an extra piece of pita bread because I like to eat my salad kind of like a dip so I made like mini sandwiches as I went. I inhaled the entire bowl of this. It was so good and I wish we had Cairo's in Central Florida. I also tried the lavender lemonade. This is probably not for me because it's just a little too much lavender, but it definitely tasted high-quality well-made. The person at the counter was so helpful and so sweet and really nice when I ordered and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my friend and I received at Kairos. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, an elderly employee immediately began yelling at us, saying we should have only gotten water. He continued to raise his voice, yelling across the restaurant for everyone to hear, and made us pay for the drinks in a very disrespectful and embarrassing manner. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. There was no reason for us to be treated so rudely over what was clearly an honest misunderstanding. I believe this employee's behavior should be addressed, and I hope management takes appropriate action to ensure other customers are not treated the same way.

Wow, I know if you are not visiting the Florida caverns state park; which, everyone should you…read morewould probably miss this restaurant. Unless you're local to this area. I can assure you should not miss restaurant. The ambience is perfect Moroccan culture down to the red soap, dispensers and papertowels, and sinks in the restroom. I did not think it looked like a restaurant from the outside. The prices are truly surprisingly low for the quality of the food. The shish kebabs meet was tender, the rice was delicious. The lamb leg melted in your mouth. The hummus was delicious, the pita bread was fresh. I could have eaten more of the wonderful and very tasty in grape leaves, which had a little spicy. This place needs to be on your list to try. I understand it maybe a long way however, if you want, real Mediterranean Morocco food this is a place to go. It may be two hour from my house, but I'll be coming back. We met the chefs, who were very friendly, information and knowledgeable.

If you know anything about middle eastern, Turkish or Mediterranean food this place doesn't have the flavor. Had the chicken shawarma and it's made from chicken fingers, the fattoush was a bit of a joke it was iceberg lettuce (lol) and not one touch of sumac. While the food was meh I wouldn't call this Mediterranean by any stretch of the imagination. If I didn't know Mediterranean maybe it would somehow fool me. Buddy had the lamb shank and it was tender but completely bland. Sorry, won't be back.
