Service was great. The staff had lots of suggestions to improve my choices. Food was delicious as always.

Ordered the Protein Power Bowl to get the 1.5 scoops of chicken. The guy at the first station (thin silver wire glasses and beard) seemed to be trying to scoop up the small dark colored pieces of chicken and avoiding the larger pieces in the metal bin. When I got home, I realized almost half of the chicken was dry hard and leathery pieces. read more

The guy with glasses that helped me was great; he came back from break, washed his hands thoroughly, and served me kindly immediately. The other guy with the semi athletic build needs to stop chatting and do his job. Kept me waiting for 5 minutes because he was talking about gyms with another customer like bro just serve me my food while you yap ffs. I watched him almost mess up two online/delivery orders after that so I'm glad I was served by the other guy I come to this location a lot and the workers are good people but if you order online, they will almost always forget something. The food is pretty great tho read more

This is the second time I've received uncooked rice in my meal. I will not be going back again. The last time, they forgot to include the extra chicken, and I also didn't receive the hummus and feta cheese that I ordered and paid for. The first time they made a mistake, they apologized and were very nice. However, this time I decided to leave a review because I don't plan to return. They started off well, but now it feels like they're just doing whatever without paying attention to quality or orders. read more

The food is amazing, fresh & addictive! Pickle sauce is incredible on chicken bowl or swarma. The place was clean & great ambiance music. Service was fast even with a line. Highly recommend read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch in between errands and it was great. Ordered 2 quesopitas and they were amazing. We added their white chicken, spicy hummus, tahini, garlic, feta, cucumbers, mild peppers to the quesopitas. The chicken and veggies were so fresh and tasty. They have a simple diner like seating vibe. An easy stop if you want to have a quicker lunch. I noticed the table needed to be cleaned they came and cleaned it even though they were understaffed and so busy. One of the kind workers even opened the door for us as we left and kindly wished us happy holidays. The food and customer service were phenomenal! Making this my go to spot for lunch here on out! read more

So I decided to try this place out. Placed an order online for pickup, everything very easy. Got txt that the order was ready and went there about 15 minutes later and it wasn't ready yet. So something is not working with their communication tool. It was busy inside, some people also waiting for pickup, some placing orders. I had a chance to look around and wasn't very impressed. The kitchen and the ordering area looked a little dirty. We had a wrap with gyro meat, vegan bowl with falafel and their lentil soup. The food was good. Lentil soup was very flavorful but more Indian than middle eastern. Bowl was a nice size, falafel very tasty and a lot of veggies. Sandwich big and tasty I'm part of their reward program do I may visit in the future. read more

Good things first: Great food Helpful staff On time "Bad thing" Portions of protein could be bigger They run great specials/discounts if you are on the email list (I just purchased a great deal which was sent to me via email). While I do prefer some other Mediterranean restaurants for lamb dishes, overall I'd highly recommend coming here for lunch and for catering small gatherings. read more

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I tried Pita Way for the first time today after seeing it on my DoorDash app. Someone had told me they catered food from here for a birthday party, too. I tried the curry stew and sandwich. The curry stew is over rice and is yummy. You can pick what to put inside your sandwich. read more

The white chicken, yellow rice with almond and raisins, as well as the lentil soup are delicious. The guys and gals are friendly here. I like the fact that the chicken isn't oily or burnt. read more

I ate here about 3 times so far. Never a disappointment. I love the way the cucumbers and other condiments are cut up small so you're able to to taste it in every bite. I try the white and orange/red sauce together 10/10 read more

This is a new go-to for mediterranean in Troy! The service is always super fast and friendly. They're very kind in responding to my allergy questions. They're vegan-friendly. The weird 2007 music is always blaring. I love it. It's a Subway-style fast casual build your bowl / sandwich as you walk down the line . I usually do the rice bowl and add lettuce with grilled chicken and all the pickles, plus garlic sauce and hummus. Everything has a lot of flavor, so I think it's overkill to add their dressing? But get it on the side and you decide. It's a touch expensive ($14 ea?) but for me one bowl gives me leftovers. I love that it's so easy to order on their website as well and just waltz in to pick up! read more

One of my friends (fellow Yelper Becki B., actually) always RAVES about Pita Way, and I finally got to try it out today. We're in the midst of the COVID-19 situation, so I did curbside carryout and ordered on their website on my phone. They quoted me about 20 minutes but I arrived in 15 minutes, called their phone number, and my order was brought out fairly quickly. The "sandweech" (their spelling, not mine, haha) is $7.99 and very tasty. I got tomatoes, garlic, tourshi (some sort of sweet pepper, I think), and cucumber in it, as well as white meat chicken. The serving is not large but for most people it should fill you up. I also added baklava for $1.50, and it was DELICIOUS but a very small portion. Next time I'd maybe try the "quesopita" that my friend gets, it's like a quesadilla but with your choice of Mediterranean meats. Overall, Pita Way was pretty tasty but my favorite is Mr. Kabob, down the street, and that has not changed (the portions are a lot larger, also). read more

They had a huge sign outside saying BOGO yesterday so I went in and got a couple bowls to try. I ordered one with white meat chicken and the other with the crispy chicken and both were really good. Only complaint is the bowls they use are really shallow compared to all the other make-your-own places. I'm not sure if this was because of the bogo promo or if it's what they actually use. For the bogo price it was worth it, but for $14 non bogo price it wouldn't be in my option when all the other places give you double the portion. Overall pretty good though, everything was nice and fresh! read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful; food is always so good! Introduced my husband to Pita Way last weekend and he is now a believer too! We split a sandweech (late lunch, so more a snack), but it was filling and so good. Definitely recommend a sandweech--you get a bite of everything at the same time--and I highly recommend the fried chicken (it takes a little extra, since they fry the chicken to order) w pickles, tomatoes, pickled cabbage, pickled turnips, yellow rice, hummus, garlic spread, and the house-made sauce. So damn good!! read more

I don't get out much at lunch time these days, so when I was running an errand, it became the perfect opportunity to give this place a try. From the name I expected it to be more of a sandwich place, so the Mediterranean angle was a little surprising, but still a good choice. The biggest positive I can say about this place was that the staff was incredibly friendly. The gave me a big greeting, were patient and helpful as I figured out what to order and they made the experience a delight. My wife and I both decided to try the Quesopita - she went for the chicken version and I had the gyro meat. You can get a sandwich like this at a million places around town, but for some reason this was unlike anything else I can recall having! Maybe it was the way it was cooked in the press, but it was absolutely delicious! We also tried the falafel and my wife had the lentil soup - both of those were very good too! I'll look forward to returning soon! read more

Oh my goodness!!! How have I never been here before recent?! I ordered a bowl vía Yelp and wow, it was amazing. The chicken was so fresh and the toppings were hefty. I liked that you Can place a carry out and pick up without having to talk to anyone. It definitely beat the 5 PM crowd! read more

This is a "small" tabbouli for $5. This wouldn't even be enough for a toddler. I'm baffled. Take your business somewhere else. Don't let them play you. Manager also had nothing to say except sorry. So besides the food being GOOD no like good GUD I wanted to write a review about the customer service. When I walked in the door I was greeted with 3 big smiles! Very welcoming. The three men in there were very attentive and friendly. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but Antonio was patient and helped me out big time. I also tried the quesopita and told him to make it the way he likes it and WHEW! It was so good! I'll be back! I had driven by this recently opened restaurant and decided tonight was the night to try it! I got a bowl with gyro meat and veggies with a lettuce base. It's basically one of those fast food Middle Eastern restaurants where you chose your base, your protein, your veggies and the dressings. The service was excellent, the lady was very helpful! (She may have been the manager). This restaurant is part of a small chain that focuses on fresh food. They are deserving of a solid 4.5 but I rounded down because you don't get tons of protein for the $ you pay, far less than say Mr Kabob Express. With that being said, I'd definitely come back here as a nice change of pace. read more

I stopped by the spot on the way to pick up Denise from work. They offered bowls wraps and an assortment of sandwiches with a Middle Eastern flair. I enjoyed the mixed vegetables and falafel but the serving size with a little small. The base of rice hummus and tabouli was not solid throughout the entire Bowl. Nevertheless I found it to be very tasty and fast. I may be back to try other dishes but I'm a little concerned about the serving sizes. read more

Placed an order thru doordash. The way this order was made was all messy! Chicken shawarma was basically huge chunks of chicken. They just weren't cut right and were HUGE! The toppings were just not spread right. They were basically sprinkled over the rice, and quantity was just not enough. Take notes from your other locations especially the Lake Orion one. They do it really well. You can make this place work, just make sure the orders are prepared well! read more

I agree with other reviewers: this location needs some more training from the original stores. The sandwiches are made much smaller than other places (I could barely tell the difference between my wife's pita or 3 toppings and mine of 10 toppings. At other locations, it was easy to tell the difference because mine would be packed to the gills. Now I feel like I'm barely getting the bang for my buck. Also, the chicken has been really suspect for me. The cuts are bad. They are fatty and big chunks. The sandwiches taste like a store trying to imitate Pita Way rather than an actual Pita Way... which is too bad because I used to tell everyone about the Clarkston Location. The people are nice, but I think a lot more training needs to happen here. I've given this location 4 tries and I think they'll get one more, but I'm not too excited about it. Hopefully they can work out these new store kinks because the owner is an awesome dude and he deserves to continue is epic success. Good luck! read more

Love this chain, so happy there is finally one close by. Super fresh Mediterranean style chipotle, highly customizable wraps or bowls with excellent soup as well. I usually go with a wrap as I love how they grill them in the panini press at the end. The chipotle sauce and the falafel are both great. You can get it super spicy with some ghost pepper seasoning added and I think they have even hotter seasonings if you're into that. I've tried the chicken lemon rice and lentil soups and they're both solid. Overall a bit higher prices than some local Mediterranean spots, but the portions are large. Definitely where I go when I'm in the mood for a highly specific healthy wrap. read more

Sadly a very bad experience. Short conclusion - Go to Estia! It's better from every possible angle. Better ingredients, more meat, more authentic, nicer inside and cheaper. I ended up not tasting the food due to the absurd comments from the person who was assembling my pita. When you start your order you are asked whether you would like hummus or garlic sauce as a base. Since neither fits inside of a pita in my opinion i declined and said I will take it later on the side. I went ahead and selected ingredients for my pita. At the end I reminded the person that I would like a small side of hummus he offered at the beginning. He said it will be $0.75. I responded that you just offered it for free 45 seconds ago. He said that on the side it's $0.75. So I clarified i just want a small amount, the same he would have placed in the pita if I said yes a minute ago. He said that it doesn't matter it will still be $0.75. And I said that it doesn't make any sense you just offered it for free. And he said that "it's the cost of the small plastic cup ". I said this is just absurd and left. It's not about the money it's about the approach to the customer. I guess they are happy they saved the highly valuable plastic ketchup cup. Good job Pita Way. I will never return. read more

I ordered the mini combo from here knowing that it would be a lot of food for just my husband and I, but wanted some leftovers. You know that you got good food when you cannot wait to eat the leftovers the next day, and that was the case with Pita Way. I ordered online which was easy and picked it up in store. My order was exactly correct and it was still hot when I got it home. My husband loved the rice and I especially enjoyed the white meat chicken.
