Got the basic Gyro, and it was good. I wasn't sure about the Bella sauce prior to ordering. It is different than the standard tzatziki sauce, but it was very good. They had a fairly long line that day, but they kept it moving very well. I was impressed with the speed of getting my food after the order. I have seen to many trucks that are quick to take your order, and money, and then it takes forever to get your lunch. I will eat lunch at this truck again, if and when, I see them. read more

I go out of my way to find this food truck. It used to be right outside my office and now I walk about 15 minutes to get to the next closest location. I have considered taking a campus bus to get to yet another location on campus. If I bring my lunch and they are within distance, my lunch will wait until the next day. I get the possibilites salad with gyro meat and it is fabulous. Everything is fresh and crispy, staff is friendly and greets you by name after a couple visits. The only thing is they are not quick, your food is freshly prepared while you wait and there can tend to be a large crowd/line. I'd just suggest you be first in line. read more

This food truck was at my apartment place today and the staff was by no means friendly. Every time my dog would bark the guy building my pita would say "god" and when I tried to tell him what I wanted on my pita he refused to take my order that way and requested I tell him only after he asks. He acted the same way towards my boyfriend when he was ordering. He would not even give us a chance to ask a question! Not impressed with their lack of customer service and will not return service because of this incident. read more

I love that this food truck comes around to college campuses! They came to Mount Carmel Nursing School and it was great and very convenient. The food truck accepts cards also which was excellent. This place was AWESOME! Came here at the start of Park Street Festival to fill our bellies before indulging in some brews. I loved the variety of pita options they had and they had vegan/vegetarian options on the menu as well. I went with the Falafel Pita with no cheese or sauce so it was vegan. The falafel was so tasty and crispy and the pita was warm. All the toppings were fresh. My boyfriend and our 2 friends all had the gyros and said they were awesome. I also loved the choices of hot sauce available at the front of the truck. AND there was a check-in offer here for free fries with your pita purchase! Love finding those Yelp deals! The guys working the truck were super cool and friendly and even though the line was long, getting our food took no time at all. I would definitely stop again when I see them out and about. read more

I am a big fan! I have had the luxury of finding the truck at small events with little to no line which is not normal. Their pitas are really good quality and I love that they let you customize each one. I really enjoy the teriyaki chicken pita and the buffalo chicken. Now I would advise to skip the fries though. They are clearly just from a frozen bag and the two times I have tried them they weren't cooked well. The fries though will not make me pull the star rating down though. Go get some pitas! read more

I have been a pitabilities customer for over a year. I have purchased food from them numerous times when they visit my work- OSU Medical Center. I have always enjoyed the food I received. Today I had an extremely negative interaction with the staff. When placing my order the gentleman asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, etc. on my pita. I said no to all of the toppings. He paused and then replied "so no vegetables? Nothing healthy going on this sandwich?" to which I politely laughed and said no. He then followed up by asking if I wanted a side salad or fries to which I said I wanted fries. He replied by saying "oh! But we're going to get fries?!" to which I plainly said yes. My diet choices are driven by gastroparesis, a rare stomach condition that does not permit me to eat raw foods such as the toppings I was offered. I do not understand why, when I am choosing to give the truck $11 of my own money, they feel the need to comment on my order. Regardless of my dietary needs this is completely inexcusable. I will not be spending my money with this truck in the future. read more

I love, love, love the idea of food trucks! More often than not though, they're miso re at best. That was definitely not my experience with Pitabilities! I was able to try this food truck at the Columbus Crew game on Sunday after my mom told me it was her favorite place to eat at the stadium. I figured with her stamp of approval it'd be better than some but nothing special. Boy was I wrong! The long line should have been an indicator or what I was about to experience! They have a decent sized menu but also advertise that if they have the ingredients they'll put together whatever you'd please. I had the Chicken teriyaki pita and my mind was blown! I love a good pita sandwich and this one was one for the record books! Super soft pita bread with amazing chicken! Unlike chicken you'll find on some sandwiches elsewhere, this chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and well seasoned! The sauce they used was perfection! It had a hint of cucumber flavor that did not pull away from the delicious teriyaki sauce that coated the chicken. I am envious of Columbus for this gem of a food truck and will be seeking it out the next time I'm in town for sure! read more

I looove Pitabilities! I work in the Rhodes Tower downtown and they set up camp right next door at the Pearl Alley Farmer's Market on Tuesdays and Fridays. I usually get their chicken pita and it is so yummy! All their ingredients are always very fresh and in season. The chicken is always tender and very well-seasoned. I also love their fries! If I had one complaint, it would be that their Bella sauce is not very similar to traditional tzatziki sauce, but it is still very good! Prepare to wait for a bit longer than you would at a traditional brick and mortar restaurant, but that is always to be expected with food trucks. read more

Pitabilities comes to the parking lot near where I work. They've been coming for 6 or so months. The first few times were wonderful, I couldn't decide what I wanted because everything was awesome. Good food and tons of it! The last three "tries" (because that's what it was) was less than stellar. Got a "Possibility salad w/ Gyro meat" overcooked meat, lettuce was brown and they didn't put any toppings on it, such as the grilled onions, peppers, olives. It was just (brown) lettuce, tomato, feta and meat. and the smallest amount of "Bella sauce their house dressing. Next try, just pita chips and hummus OK but the hummus was watery and tasted sour. I did not feel well after that. Then today: a regular Gyro, crispy almost jerky like meat, small tiny little pita (You can tell they are cutting costs by cutting size), and the toppings were soggy like the vegetables were just washed. Stopped by while they were in the Free Newsie's parking lot on Saturday. I should have known better than to order when I saw their bottle of hand sanitizer looked so gross I didn't want to touch it. But I threw caution to the wind and ordered the chicken pita. The olives were the good kind, but everything else in the pita had a horrible consistency. The chicken was soggy, they skipped the tomatoes I asked for, the lettuce was limp, and there was so much mayo it spilled out the sides. (The guy said it was "sauce," but it had no flavor at all just runny white stuff.) I ate less than 1/2 the sandwich before getting disgusted and giving up. My husband's Philly Cheese steak was so-so. He said tasted like those frozen Steak-ems he used to make when he was a bachelor. read more

I patronized Pitabilities at the Columbus Commons food truck lunch when I was in the mood for some grilled chicken. I attempted to go to Paddy Wagon but, after waiting in line for 15 min, I was told the chicken would take another 15 minutes to cook. A bit of an inconvenience, since I don't want to be the extern that takes over an hour lunch break! So I opted for Pitabilities. The line was not too long, but there was a crowd of people waiting for their food. This cart was certainly attracting attention, so I was excited to see what all the fuss was about. I ordered a chicken pita with all the fixin's, shoe string fries, and a soda. All in all, about $12, which I found to be a bit pricey for what it was...the drink alone was $3! I normally would have passed and gotten one for 65 cents at the office, but it was 90 degrees, and I'm glad I did, because I waited 20 minutes for my food. The food itself was tasty, but not memorable. The chicken was very moist, but the pita was very soggy and fell apart. I die for a good food truck, but this was not much different than what I typically find at the gyro stands I stumble upon at 2am after a night on Park Street! Definitely opt for "That Food Truck" instead. As far as gyros go, Loops in Grandview are the best I've found in the area. Happy food truck exploring! read more
