I had an appointment with here in January but an emergency prevented me from going. I was kind of a mess from the emergency and the woman over the phone could tell when we spoke to cancel my appointment. She asked me what was wrong and I wasn't able to hold in my tears. In our brief moments over the phone, she asked me about my situation and tried to console me and see if she could help- I could tell she cared about my well-being. I forgot to mention I HATE dentist office. Thankfully the last few years only required cleanings. Now a tooth ache and a fear of the pain that was coming. Dr. Eric was AMAZING. He explained everything until he was sure I understood my options. Showed me the x-ray and explained what I was looking at. Gave me time to make a decision and then came back to make sure I was ok before proceeding. Usually we are afraid of the unknown, but he made sure I knew everything he was doing and that was so helpful and calming. He was patient and kind. He offered humor and a smile throughout the entire visit. If and when I have to return, this is who I would go back to. Thank you Dr. Eric for your patience and your amazing service. NIGHTMARE. After my brilliant prosthodontist since the 1990's retired,and one of the bridges that…read morekeeps my TMJ in check wore out, I came back the Gelb Center, where Harold Gelb and his team had treated my TMJ in the 1980's and 1990's, giving me a pain-free life for nearly 40 years. I paid Dr. Lenchner $12,450 for a three-tooth replacement bridge specifically to keep my TMJ in check. Higher than the normal cost, but I assumed (wrongly) that the high fee was because he was a TMJ expert. WRONG. Lenchner's bridge never fit properly. It immediately threw my spine out of alignment, compressing my vagal nerves, creating severe pain and nausea for over a month, despite repeated visits to him for adjustments. Plus, 7 chiropractic visits attempting to solve the problem. My chiropractor observed that the spine in my neck had become like a corkscrew. Finally, after weeks of severe pain, he removed his bridge and glued the old bridge back in. Pain and nausea gone right away. So I had basically paid him $12,450 to be in severe pain for many weeks. Then, 36 hours after he glued the old bridge back in, after eating only liquids, it fell out in my mouth. I have never had ANY bridge fall out in my mouth before! DO NOT USE MICHAEL LENCHNER. FIND A COMPETENT PROSTHODONTIST!

Before entering the dentist office there was a pediatric dentist sign instead of the actual name of the dental office. 2. The dental assistant was nonchalant and she had her airpods on, while attending to her patients which is very unprofessional. 3. The hygiene in this dental office is disgusting. The dental operatory light used on patients was filled with bacteria and mold and it was slightly. 4. The dental office's roof was under construction, the wires and the pipes were visible. 5. The dental hygienist did not know how to clean teeth, I might as well should have brushed my teeth at home. There was no listerine provided or any goodies. There was no dental suction system. 6. I had to wait an hour to be attended, there was only one dental hygienist attending all patients. While waiting to be attended the receptionist had numerous phone calls from patients stating that they were billed incorrectly for services. 7. The main dentist was yelling at one of his patients next door, which this obviously shows there is no bedside manner. 8. The dental hygienist was trying to sell me fluoride for $60.00, which is very expensive and in other places they charge $40.00 for flouride. That being said, I would not recommend anyone to come to Perfect Dental Care.

As soon as I stepped in the office I felt comfortable. It was more inviting than my primary care M.D. with free WiFi to boot! The receptionist was friendly, upbeat, and very accommodating considering I have not been to a dentist in quite a bit of time. I was seen quickly and the hygienist was extremely personable. She knew I was anxious and explained each step and made great conversation to ease my fears. At no point did I feel uncomfortable and Dr. Raimondi even personally visited me to review my experience as well as explain a few things regarding my x-rays. Other crowns are slowly getting problems, and it's less than 4 years old. These crowns maxed out my insurance allowance, and I had to pay more than $600 each. I can't talk about the billing problem here, since my review is becoming longer and longer. The Pyon dentist said, "I'm really good at doing crowns; they will last more than 10 years." I believed it.
