I mean, I did have to go pay Honda $1500 to fix their problems. I did stop by there and ask them if the boss would call 2 or 3 different times as well. after they did terrible work and ripped me off. they will not take any responsibility and still say it's anything they did when I have video proof.

Westlake put on Diagnostic Machine & listed Everything Needed to be done. I opted for everything that needed to make safe & price was under $1500. During the 2days they worked on it? I was looking online to sell for Parts! It's running better than day we got it! Sorry for Long review but they DEF deserve your Business! They are Not friends of mine actually I can't even remember New owners name but I should. I was too shocked @ price & that I can promise you. So I'm not getting new tires or an oil change for my Review. Oh speaking of but still 5 ..I used to get Emails of their specials for the month.. like Oil change or set of tires for $?? They have a really sketchy looking invoice and even the manager agrees. My main problem was the over 100% mark up on the synthetic oil. 6 qts for $100... its like $45 worth of oil. The manager acts like he doesn't know what the price of oil is and looks at another invoice to see if the prices is right...Then he gives me a customer service number, which I have yet to hear back from because no one answered. We will never be back. I hope that profit was worth losing a lifetime customer and other customers from all of the bad PR on the internet. To others using them make sure you get an estimate up front. Bring your own oil. They also like to put a ton of no charges on the bill to make the rape and pillaging not seem so brutal. So, I have to send my car to a real honest mechanic to make sure they really did those freebies. I hope this helps others avoid getting beat over the head. FJB!

Owner said bring it by we'll look at this this afternoon. He's had the truck for two weeks now and I still don't have anything fixed. I've spoke to him 5/6 time and each time the truck is going to be ready tomorrow which has been lie. He's told me several times his employees never show up to work. He said he ordered part they be here soon. Then two days later ford doesn't make these parts any longer so he gotta start over. Told him at the start of the second weekends I'm already a week behind and I have to have truck fixed or not. He again lied said he handle it. I called Thursday and Friday to come and get my truck werher fixed or not and he doesn't answer the phone, I'm assuming because he tired of lying to his customer.
