Ted had me on a routine, and within days I could see an improvement on stairs, and just walking around in general. After the sessions, Ted started me on a strengthening program, and even offered a cheaper conditioning package. When conditioning started, I was welcomed, recognized and assisted. The assisting techs are nice, they will stop to check on me never pushing and always offering. I like this place and am happy with the care.

I rely on reviews and felt it was only fair to be honest about my experience at this location. My first two sessions were with Josephine and went well and I was feeling confident in their abilities to help me with the pain in my knee. On my third session, I was scheduled with Ally, a PT assistant, which I had no problem with. She was very sweet, however, from the very beginning, she set me up to begin my exercises and walked away. I've never had a physical therapist not spend time with me to make sure I was doing my exercises correctly and with proper form. Not only was I on my own, but I had to walk over her to tell her I was finished. Each time, she walked back and spent the majority of her/my time socializing and laughing with the guy who always checked me in. When she told me I was finished for that session, I asked her if she wanted to put ice on my knee like the last time, and she asked me if I wanted ice. I look perplexed and asked her if she thought I needed to be iced. She asked me if I was in pain and if I wanted to be iced, that would be fine. I told her that I didn't think I needed to make my own itinerary and she started talking about "modality" and how she was only looking at notes on the laptop to see what was done before. When I went to do my final exercise, I couldn't remember the exact position my rear leg on the floor was supposed to be, so the guy (Ryan, I think), proceeded to show me and Josie happened to be standing next to us and had to correct him when I said that it didn't feel like it was the correct way to do it. He started nodding his head and telling me I was now doing correctly, as if he was taking credit for showing me how to do it. If I hadn't been in such shock, I would have remembered to tell Ally that Josie also manipulated my leg back and forth and spent a good amount of time massaging cocoa butter on my thigh and knee, which she must not have seen in the notes, or didn't feel like doing. Extremely disappointing. After doing some research about ATI, the consensus was that they are considered a "mill" in the physical therapy industry. Next time, I will have to do my research when choosing a physical therapy facility, or try to remember who I used for my sessions in the past. I always got the same therapist and they spent the entire time with me because they genuinely care about the people they are working with. Another observation, I went at different times and it was practically empty each time.

I didn't think it was too cool to have to walk up steps to enter the building due to some visitors may be elderly also. It was no problem for me though. The greeter at the front door was very friendly as well as other workers that we saw as we walked throughout. Because it was Sunday it was good to see both individuals even though in different places had the chance to attend a worship service. That was impressive. It was very clean. Jordan is responsible and kind even though I don't always enjoy the process because I'm sore after, but my shoulder has improved as has my posture because those things are connected. My right shoulder went through some things and now we are working on that. I also appreciate that if I hurt something, we can work on whatever I hurt for that session. The office is small and works for me because it is always me and my PT specialist, which is Jordan, when he's working on me because he doesn't schedule a bunch of people at the same time. I've been coming long enough that I have witnessed a change in executive assistants and both have been super nice and helpful in scheduling me out so I'm just on a set time to come in. No complaints from me, just keeping on my progress to get better.

I'm always able to get in and out in a timely manner no matter what time of day it is. The receptionist onsite is kind as well as the one who answers the phone when you call to schedule appointments. The doctor is attentive and provides a great overview so that you understand exactly what is happening with your neck, back and / or spine. I will update my review after I complete treatment. I also find the physical therapists to be quite entertaining and I appreciate that the diversity in the office reflects the community that I live in.
