I have been going here since I moved to Port Orchard and I love the service here. The owner makes sure everyone is feels comfortable and good in her nail salon. The pedicures are amazing my toes always look so good and my feet always feel brand new. They just got a new nail tech her name is Terry she is amazing with the designs. She put such hard work and pride into her work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services. The other nail techs there are also great I just don't know their names . I am OBSESSED with Lovely Nails! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was friendly, clean, and super welcoming. But the real star of the show was BELLA! She did a full set using builder gel and OH. MY. GOD. These are honestly the best nails I've ever had. They're strong, perfectly shaped, beautifully finished, and look so luxurious! I would not recommend this place at all! they charged me 155 dollars for nails I didn't want then when I tried to correct them on how I wanted my nails done they said they would and didn't. They were talking a lot of crap about me talking about the quality of my nails. I did not like the vibe and I showed up just in time to get my nails done with my girls. I would never come back here. They were very unprofessional.. they charged me before completing my nails. On top of this they did not do the right color and used a spay painting airbrush to do the design. read more

Lovely Nails has been the best in Kitsap County and I've tried dozens of places. All the nail techs are very experienced and will give you exactly what you want. I often request nail art and get so many compliments! Belle, Hanna (I'm pretty sure that's her name) and Tina do a beautiful job and I really enjoy my pedicures there. Never a chip, bubble or peeling off nail polish. I get gel since it lasts so long and so shiny that they look like they're wet. They do walk-ins but I like setting my appointments. They are pretty busy on Friday and Saturdays so I like going during the week. read more

This wouldn't be my go to place. Staff was nice, however, their work was not worth the $100 I spent. They charged for a manicure with a full set and I didn't even receive the manicure. My nails started lifting within four days. Plus, the nail polish on my toes chipped the following day. My daughter and I went in for a fill w/ Gel polish. They did a horrible job, I wanted round and got points even after I stopped and reminded them Round! My daughter wanted square/round and got squared/sharp points. Then came the nightmare polish job. Mine was the wrong color completely! I asked for a light translucent silver and got Gold. I asked them to change it. My daughter asked for similar to mine and ended with thick white nasty blotchy job. The next day we left for Hawaii. The blotchy crappy polish was completely off in 2 days. By the 4th day our acrylics started falling off. I will Never return to this place and Do Not Recommend it at all!! read more

I've gone to this salon several times and have had a straight manicure, gels, pedicure, and waxing. All of the ladies are very sweet, the place is super clean, and the service is spectacular. And if you need a further endorsement - I live 44 miles away and drive to get to them. They're that good. I don't normally review, but after reading past reviews and seeing the pitiful rating, I had to say something. If I have to complain about something it is that this place is a well kept secret and you might have to wait for service. read more

Came with a neighbor who had been here previous, but my first time. They accept walk-ins like most nail salons. We were asked what we wanted to have done which we both said "mani/pedi" to which the response was yes, we can get you in. They were busy, so we waited for 20 minutes. Then they separated us ... me in a chair for a foot soak and my friend at the nail station. We wait another 15 minutes, now separate ... my feet prunes at this point in time! We both had appointments and when asked how much longer, we were told a "few minutes". We ended up just leaving because who really knew how much longer we would be waiting. When we were leaving, the guy who works there tells us to call and make an appointment next time. I told him to set expectations on wait time as this is not his first time at the rodeo and then we can make a determination to stay and leave, but not after 35 minutes of waiting! Outside of not having customer service and the ability to set customer expectations, the place was dingy. Two chairs were not working and I saw them drop tools on the ground and continue to use on customers. EWWW! read more

Decided to try a local nail salon and Lovely Nails was close. $33 for a mannie/peddie. They only accept CASH right now, but said a machine was going to be installed next week. Lady doing my mannie/peddie was gentle, skilled and plesant to chat with. She offered extra service like flowers or french tips, but I just got the basics. Quite happy with the service and out come. Really sad when you go to a place to get your nail fixed (my gel polish had a chunk out of it) and their posted price is $3.00 and they charge you $5.00. It's no wonder there was no one in this nail salon. If you want to get taken advantage of I'd suggest you go to this place, otherwise there are plenty of other nail salons in town. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend. They were several minutes late opening. I was the only customer there when they opened. In total, my manicure and pedicure took two hours. With other places I'm typically in and out wishing 1 hour. The person doing my pedicure used a nail brush on the tops of my feet. It was very uncomfortable (painful) and not a treatment I've experienced with any other pedicure. They didn't have gel colors to match their samples. read more

I walked in here for a pedicure before leaving for vacation since it was close to my house. First, they only take cash which they don't really advertise, except for one very old sign on a far wall. Luckily, they let me leave my license and walk over to the Safeway to get cash to pay for the pedicure since I only had $5 on me. The lady doing my pedicure messed the paint up once or twice and had to fix it. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the quality walking out, but when the paint started chipping like 3 days later I was even more underwhelmed. Usually I can make it 2 weeks before the paint starts to chip. I'm going to guess it was a result of the inattention she paid while doing my nails...and because I don't even think she put a top coat on. read more

I have tried this place a couple times and each time am dissatisfied. I went with my mom and sister and we were getting manicures and pedicures and they said we could have them at the same time. Thats a lie, by the time they got to me my pedicure water was cold. The lady doing my moms feet stopped half way through to work on someone else. One lady cut my cuticle so far I started bleeding and it got swollen a few days later. They filed my nails to short which was not how I wanted them, so I did them myself. I wanted a simple chevron pattern on my manicure that they made look so tacky and like I did them myself. I will never go back. read more

First time, the lady applied GEL when I had asked twice for acrylics, my nails were crooked, and all different lengths, not a big deal, just hadn't planned on paying for gels.. Second time, I had chunks of my nails chipping off when I was still in the salon.. The third time I went the girl insisted on painting my nails how she preferred, which was fine, but she didn't know how to do what she insisted on doing. They were rude, you can't get anything done how you want here, its all how they want it, and the prices seem to differ every time for the exact same service and polish.. I've been getting my nails done for years and never had an issue until I tried this place. Third time is not a charm. I will not be going back... read more
