All I can say is that we are so lucky to find Cayla (aka Pixel and Tea)!! We had a pretty clear vision of what we wanted for our engagement photos: in a beautiful rose garden, at my fiance's favorite golf course, and most importantly somewhere we can incorporate our Taiwanese/Chinese heritage and elements. We did our research online and reached out to multiple photographers in the area. Most of them already have in mind what they think an engagement shoot should look like: in a field of lavender, somewhere scenic in the mountains, or at one of the waterfronts. These are all great locations, but my fiance and I were looking for a more personalized experience. Cayla made our vision a reality! Right from the beginning, she was helpful, organized, and communicative. She laid out what to do and prep leading up to the photo shoot. She was so generous with giving out suggestions/recommendations on shoot locations, wedding vendors, and even dress choices! We were planning our wedding in 2020 and right as we started venue shopping COVID hit! We postponed everything for a year and we finally decided that we might be waiting a LONG time if we waited for the pandemic to end, so instead we would just get married in our backyard. We hired Cayla as our photographer for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with how the day went and the pictures she took. The photos were gorgeous!!!! From the start, she quickly responded to our request for a quote, Cayla was friendly, professional, and we felt like she listened to us as we described what we were planning for our wedding.
