Great pizza! We ordered a tomato and basil pizza and an Italian coast pizza. Total was around 25 bucks for two medium pizzas, so pretty good. The tomato and basil pizza was okay. The basil sticks were too much and it got to a point where we had to take them off to eat it. Everything else about the pizza was great. The dough tasted fresh and so did the toppings. However, the Italian coast pizza was one of the best veggie pizzas I have ever had. It was so good I don't even know how to put it in words. 9/10 will be back for more and will recommend to anyone read more

OMG!! This place is a small family run place but the pizzas are AMAZING! They really think outside the box and created a crazy selection of pizzas in like 8? sizes!!! I mean who do you know that makes a pizza with carnitas and refried beans???? And a Philly cheesesteak pizza??? And they are DELICIOUS!!! Not Pizza Hut, Little Caesars or Dominoes. (At least I don't think they do!!) They have some salads, some desserts, a TON of unbelievably awesome pizzas, wings and sodas and probably more that I forgot to write about. Ever had FETA CHEESE on a pizza??? It is devine!!! And they deliver!!. We were sold after our very first pizza! Tonight we ordered a Hawaiian pan pizza for the first time for a 50th birthday. Our family has been enjoying Pizza101's pizzas for years. Only once did they mess up our order and when they did, the manager apologized and gave us credit for a free pizza. And that was years ago. From the workers who answer the phone, to the cashiers and the drivers... we have never had a bad experience. There are times of the year when they are busy, but when it's the big game day... well you just need to show some patience. Our family loves their thin crust. Overall one of our favorite pizza spots. The pizza here is always delicious. I used to order from here regularly about 4 years ago. I moved and recently started ordering again. I always get delivery and have never had any issues, always within quoted time. In fact, this week my delivery was 30 mins from my online order time. I find myself craving the pizza here. I had an incredibly disappointing experience tonight. I order 14 wings and they were the size of 2 quarters. All of them. You pay a premium for wings and you should get legitimate wings. When I called to express my dissatisfaction I was told they would give me a new order but since we had eaten a couple that was no longer an option. What was to guarantee the next batch would be better anyways? I then asked for a refund and was told they don't do that anymore. Absolutely terrible. read more

I have been buying from this place since they opened. I thought I would try the GIANT today, what a disappointment! If they would have told me that they take a 16" dough and stretch it out to fit the 20" screen. Toppings were almost nonexistent, and the extra cheese I ordered must have been put on the next pizza they were making. I order the same toppings every time, but the sausage tasted rancid. We live close by and always order Pizza from Pizza 101 but tonight I am very disappointed! We ordered a Pastrami's Pizza to be delivered and when our Pizza was delivered it was a plain Pastrami Pizza! We called back and spoke to a manager and explained what happened. The male manager said he would send the proper Pizza out to us as soon as he could on a Friday night but he wanted the wrong Pizza back. I am leaving the establishment as I'm writing this. I have been a customer for 5+ years but I leave disappointed today. The workers were all over the place, their hair was all over the place (no hair net), not drying hands after washing then returning to make pizza (no gloves), making pizza and dipping in ingredients with rings (jewelry) on. One employee fixed his hat & hair while standing over the pizza dough and returned to work without washing his hands. A guy was taking orders (dealing with money) and returned to work; he washed his hands but shook them off...not dried and proceeded to work. I have been a huge fan of this establishment but I care about cleanliness just as much as I care about taste!!! I always order delivery but I'm glad I came in today in order to see this. On June 14,2020, I order a pizza, mozzarella sticks and wings to celebrate my birthday. I've been ordering their pizza for 10 years, and never had issue. When I got my pizza it look like it was drop or driver was driving fast. My pizza was all over and bunched up. We still ate the pizza making sure it wasn't dropped on the ground or been tampered with it. The wings and mozzarella stick where good.. We were disappointed and it ruined my Bday Dinner with Family. I was at a car meet last night June 6th where the old Ralph's used to be. I was getting hungry during the night hours before 10pm and there was really nothing that caught my eye until I saw the words Pizza 101. I normally don't come to Fontana nor to the meets out in this area but it was fun. Normally pizza restaurants either have too much grease on their pizza less cheese on the pizza bland tomato sauce or something of the sort there's always an issue with certain mom and pop places I've been to. This one stood out to me the most because normally I get a lot of heartburn after eating pizza but I had zero symptoms of it like two other spots I go to now and I actually enjoyed the flavors and how lean and airy the crust was basically a clean pizza straight to the point. I ordered pineapple with ham and they did it with just the right amount of cheese toppings and sauce I will be back here again whether there's a car meet or not. Thanks! read more

The pastrami 101 is my absolute favorite pizza. Pastrami, pickles and mustard on a pizza! So good! I hyped it up to my family telling them about how uniquely delicious it was and talked them into having this for dinner. Our pizza was delivered in a timely manner, but there was no pickles or mustard, just sad little pastrami bits. No big deal, I can call and make this right. The person who took my call was very friendly but didn't know how to use the hold button or mute on the phone. As I was on the phone, he explained to his manager, Adrian, what had happened. And I could hear Adrians harsh response of "We will send them another pizza, but they have to give us that one back". I get that everyone is stressed right now and maybe Adrian was frustrated. I was too, but figured we would get the order corrected. I wanted the pizza I ordered and agreed to the swap. My family wasn't about to wait 45 more minutes for another pizza to be delivered. I called back and canceled the new pizza-put our own mustard on it, but sadly we were out of pickles but it was still pretty good. But an hour after the phone call another pizza shows up! But we had no pizza to send back and promptly explained this to the delivery person . He explains he needs to call his boss and they apparently told him to take the new pizza back. There's obviously some communication issues here. No fault of the customers and could be handled much differently by management. Bottom line, the food is great. Double, triple check your order on the phone, don't expect great customer service. read more

Got a decent deal on two medium pizzas for take out and find out that the place has NO NAPKINS???? Come on now. I don't think anyone eats pizza wit a fork and knife anymore (or ever did), but knowing that it is a "hands on" food should throw a red flag and say "hey, we better be prepared with napkins for our customers after every purchase". What's next "sorry, no boxes for your pizza... just carry it out as is and hope it gets home safe enough to enjoy". What gets me more saddened is the fact that the manager was standing there when I asked for napkins and did not even have the courtesy to apologize. This place has really gone down Hill. They probably run the place like a Chinese sweatshop by looking at all the unhappy employee faces. Anyhoo, good luck on getting great service here anytime soon. Pizza 101 gets an F for failure to communicate. I'm sure they'll be charging for smiles soon, as you come in to pick up your food. read more
