It took some time, but I finally made the call. I was very disappointed with what came to my door. The pizza was not as it used to be. Any ingredients were not as fresh as they used to be. Donato would be in the restaurant early in the morning prepping everything that he was gonna serve for that day. This team wouldn't put in an extra 20 min to even care about what is going out the door. It's been a few times now that I have called the location to try to order food but the chicken parm is horrible. The sauce is lacking and I would never order a pizza from them again. Also customer service has gone down at a 90° angle. I know Donato and Mary would be very unhappy with what they built in the Dr. Phillips area. Funny, I first met Donato back when he was a chef at an Italian restaurant in front of the Walmart on Kirkman. I won't order from this business again, and I would suggest anybody thinking of possibly ordering from them to try somewhere else.. It's a sad day where you can't really find an amazing mom and pop Italian restaurant in the area. I would suggest Vincenzo on international Drive is fantastic, but they are expensive.
