Very great pizza I'm from California if I was in Denver I'd go to this spot weekly. Give them a shot!

Whoa, I live across the street from these guys and somehow ignored reviewing them? My bad! The service is always excellent and food comes out fast. You can eat inside or on the patio--both are great. I've also been known to run over like a gremlin and grab my pizzas and go back home. I've had the hot honey pepperoni, which is greasy in the best of ways. My fave so far is the white pizza, though. It's just decadent and I think about it a lot. Don't skip the garlic knots! read more

The pepperoni pizza with hot honey was something I'd never had. We tried it and it was delicious. Also, the Caesar salad was so good- fresh and very tangy dressing. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant is brightly painted with a lot of cool, colorful murals. Background music was cool too! They've been open 4 months and I think you should check them out. This was the second time visiting Pizza 3.14. The first time was in November when my husband was interviewing for a position in Denver. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally nice and helped us with all our needs. My son and I stayed and had a beer from the great selection they have in store. Their beers on tap are exceptionally good and local to Denver! Once our pizza was ready to go, we took it back to our room and enjoyed it. After he got the job, we brought a bunch of people who helped us move boxes and the service was the same, exceptional! We all ordered beer and sat inside the restaurant that has a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Pizza 3.14 due to the quality of flour they use to make their crusts. This is honestly the best pizza joint in denver. The food was just off the charts and everyone in my group loved it. Place wasn't too busy but still had a fair amount of people when I came. Funky new pizza spot downtown that just opened over the weekend. Solid thin crust w quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. I should have grabbed more pics, but we were enjoying the food and music. Great staff too. They already have a successful spot up in Boulder, but I love that they opened a Denver location so I can get there more often. The white pizza is definitely a highlight. The Mike's pepperoni w hot honey is also highly recommended. Oh, and the garlic knots are actually garlicky, and some of the best I've had in CO. read more

In town for a concert and was looking some good pizza. This place is great. Smallish, edgy with a legit thin tasty pizza. Beer was cold and the wings were pretty good too. My wife is picky and really liked it too. I wouldn't call it ny style but more of an artisan with a great crust. read more

Wow! This pizza is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. I'm picky when it comes to pizza and often disappointed. I have to say this place hits. I will definitely be back. I got a pepperoni pizza with thin sliced red onions and pineapple. It was incredible. We also got a Greek salad that was super good and it came full of toppings. The people working and preparing the food, seemed like the owners. They were so kind. You could tell they really cared about your experience. Hubby and I were staying at a hotel in downtown Denver and had a late night craving for pizza to go, so we looked on Yelp for nearby pizza places. When we saw the listing for Pizza 3.14 Denver, we thought with such a clever name, we've got to try it!! Boy, were we ever pleasantly surprised! The pizza crust was thin and crispy, just the way we like it, and the meats/veggies were fresh and delicious! The young lady that helped with our order was so friendly and we had a fun chat while waiting for the pizza to cook. If and when we're back in the area, we will definitely go there again. Ordered 10-inch pork pepperoni and garlic knots for delivery. Food came quickly, but it was just okay. Better than bowling alley pizza, but I would not order again. The crust was overly crispy, the cheese wasn't stringy and there was either no sauce or very little sauce. The pepperoni okay. The garlic knots were very greasy and not as doughy as I like. For reference, I really liked Pizzeria Locale for their fresh ingredients and I didn't mind iPie for their super cheap prices. These two places recently closed, so I was excited to try 3.14. This is closer to STL style than CHI style. The crust has a slight crisp but mostly just chewy tortilla like. The cheese and sauce were fine. I couldn't get past the crust and fact they advertise as a CHI thin crust when they share little in common. Also didn't like the sausage. Didn't have hardly any spice and I couldn't taste any fennel, which is a must. The cheese sticks were good. It's a fine late night pizza because it won't fill you up too much. I thought I'd give this place a second try, especially after telling David, the owner who took my order, that the first time I was here (when they opened in June), I was not impressed by the pizza at all: hardly any tomato sauce or cheese, although the amount of toppings were adequate at best. He assured me that this time I'd be pleased. I DEFINITELY should have opened the box in front of him to see what I was overpaying for, but I politely took his word and awaited what I'd see when I got home. I certainly would have declined to pay for the pizza and would have immediately left had I looked at it in the restaurant...something I have never done before, but his warranted it. This miserable waste of money again lacked sauce, but it did have a lot of cheese on it. What irks me the most is that I paid for two ingredients, sausage and mushroom, and no exaggeration: there couldn't have been more than three or four puny morsels of each spread thinly across the medium size pie. I was very remiss in not taking a photo of it and posting it for your displeasure. What an effing ripoff! Together they did not even comprise a normal portion of even ONE topping! }:-( This overpriced, stingy, pathetic excuse for a pizza parlor may be conveniently located just across the street, but I should have taken into account the many negative comments I've heard from neighbors about their experiences with Pizza 3.14 in addition to my initial underwhelming purchase. The ONLY redeeming aspect of the joint is that at least homeless no longer camp out and defecate on its patio. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! read more
