As an influencer, I was interested in checking out this restaurant after it was recommended to me. Unfortunately, my first experience was extremely disappointing. I called with a simple question about the food, and the customer service was terrible. There was no "Hello," no "How can I help you?" and before I could even finish, a lady employee hung up on me. I had been polite throughout the call and even said "thank you." If you don't want to work, then don't work but at least treat your customers with basic respect. Good manners and customer service cost nothing. Someone recommended this place to me, but based on this experience, you've lost a customer. I hope management addresses how customers are being treated because no one should be spoken to--or hung up on--like that. I heard about Indian style pizzas here and ordered takeout only for that. Even thought they have a regular menu, my goal was to just eat the Indian pizzas. This is a hole in the wall place. No place to sit and eat really. So more of a takeout place. I got the following: - Mumbai Paav Bhaji pizza: very flavorful and yummy. Not as spicy as I thought it would be. - Malai Kofta pizza: loved it. The jalapeños add a bit of kick to it. But the kofta sauce was delicious. - Chilli Paneer pizza: ordered this for my friend and she loved it. My hubby got the Chilli Chicken pizza and loved it. Great, flavorful food! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try Indian pizza for the first time. All the vegetarian pizzas are delicious, and the seasoning on the house fries is really nice. My one knock is the price. I would say the pizza is a bit overpriced. I love this place. I think I have had it 8 times since I've moved here, and I think it is my go to pizza place. They have regular pizza options, but I mainly go for the indian style pizzas. The authenticity in indian spices and taste is what bring the best out of indian pizzas. The ambiance of the place is not the best since there really isn't many sitting options. I believe most if not all orders are meant for to go. The location is in a business district, so one would not really know its a pizza location from driving outside the area. The service was prompt and the people there were very nice! I had place a late order and they were able to accommodate and get the order to me on a timely manner. They do take phone orders, but I think its best to use one of the many delivery services available. Like I said they have plenty of food options, not just indian pizzas, and I feel like they provide a great taste to their calzones and wings. I tried this place for the very first time today (10/18/22) through DoorDash and everything arrived stone cold!! It took over 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive, but much to my disappointment. Everything was completely flavorless!! The Quattro Formaggio pizza was stone cold and completely flavorless. The wings I ordered with celery and carrot sticks never came with them. And the gyro I ordered with NO onions and with a ginger ale and a bag of chips came with chopped up beef WITH onions and NO bag of chips!! I was craving for some Indian pizza and had heard a lot about this place so thought of giving it a try. To be honest, the pizza was delicious. Plus the best part is they made the custom edits perfectly. The tandoor sauce was light, toppings were well cut and in good amount and the crust was thin. I used Grubhub to order my food from this restaurant, so this review is strictly for the food. I ordered the tandoori pizza and the steak and cheese w/ fries. The steak and cheese barely had any meat (as shown in the pictures) and way too much mayo. The lettuce....well, it was clearly not fresh. Aside from these, the sub itself was very basic. The fries were delicious; battered fries and not too heavily salted. The pizza...well, I feel like the toppings did not complement each other. The chicken didn't have a tandoori flavor. Ordered regular Pizzas and these guys served spicy pizzas. I called them and manager and the lady on the call were rude. It was 9:25 PM in the night and the manager wanted me to get the spicy pizzas to the restaurant, so he can taste it, and if he feels spicy, he is going to make regular spice pizzas and give it to us. So I guess this is a whole genre in India, but in my experience, it's really unique and the flavours of the Indian pizzas were really good. We got the butter chicken and the malai kofta, both of which tasted great. The crust and the cheese weren't all that interesting, though, so it was really just the toppings and I couldn't see getting one of the non-specialties. It was also fairly expensive - 20$ for what is realistically a medium pizza. But I can definitely see us ordering here again, just because of how interesting it is. read more

I ordered a pizza that I specifically picked because, unlike the others, it did not include green bell peppers. Nobody in my family likes or will eat green bell peppers or things that have touched them. They are bad, and everything touched by them then tastes overwhelmingly of bad. I called to complain (while looking at the company website, btw, and at the item description on their own page) and they told me it was my fault I didn't know they'd decided to add that topping to the dish on some updated menu that was unavailable to me. Do I feel bad about how stern I was with the guy? I'm hoping he was the owner or related to the owner. It's not workers' fault when people do stupid crap like that. They were trying to tell me since it was my fault I ordered online I should just remember better for next time. I was adamant enough that they offered a discount on the next time I order a pizza of a certain size there and a free slice of a dessert (that they made me pick at the time instead of when I place my "next order"). I'm also told I can only use these credits on top of an order I place at full price of sufficient size. TLDNR; If you hate green bell peppers, never never never. read more
