I ordered a large pizza with vegetables for delivery. Turns out the vegetables were rotten and the pizza smelled very bad. I had to drive 15 minutes to get my refund and when I finally got there the employee/manager told me straight to my face that he didn't see anything wrong with the pizza. Why would I order and pay a pizza for delivery and then drive 15 minutes at 10pm to return it? Also, why are you not concern for the well being of your customers? I do not recomend this place for safety reasons and their customer service is awful. Never ate here. I tried ordering online and it doesn't offer the kabob platter. So I compromised and since it was my first web order over $20, I got an offer for a free medium pizza which could not be accepted for some reason. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered claimed that I could order through her for my free pizza. First I couldn't get a 6 pc wings, it had to be 10 and I could not get two flavors unless I ordered 20. After ordering all this stuff, she tells me I can't get my free pizza. I told her screw it. I like Pizza in general. Not a bad Pizza place. Less greasy than Pizza Hut, seems a bit healthier than Domino's.

The pizza was good however, be aware that they over charge you. My credit card was billed an extra $4....when I called to inquire they said that was added as a tip. Which I DID NOT authorize! got a coupon in the mail 2 large 1 topping pizza's and a liter soda for $11.99. When I called the guy said that was not the coupon, even though I was looking at it. The total came to $18.57 I asked if I gave the driver the coupon I had would they give me the price and he said no he could give me a dollar off. needless to say something shady is going on. read more

Hands down best pizza I've had in VA. They offer halal options and my family eats there at least once a week. Our favorite is their specials under ten dollars. We usually feed the whole family (family of 3) with an awesome pizza for $10. Can't beat that! I'd pay $25 for the pizza though, we like it that much. read more

Just ordered the 2 large 2 topping pizzas w/Bolicinna stix and a 2 liter for 24.99. I've read previous review and seen no current negative nor positive reviews so I thought maybe the owner seen its reviews and made some changes, sadly enough probably not or the owner just does not care. I must commend the place for speedy delivery but maybe they should take their time making something their customers can enjoy. It took a total of 20 mins upon me placing my order and it being delivered. The first pizza should have been double pepperoni the second should have been pepperoni and bacon. If they aren't going to honor the special just say hey we have a 1 topping large pizza for such and such price instead of trying to lure 1 time customers, which is what I am because I will never order from here again fool me once. The pizza itself is pretty plain not enough cheese the dough is like cardboard. Overall I'm pretty sad because my husband wanted Pizza Hut, it's drastically cheaper and the crust is better, although they tend to skimp on toppings and cheese as well. Wife and I are limited to our delivery options but we got this menu in our door, and thought we'd give it a try. First time we ordered; it was like they waited to see if we remembered food bc they were an 1.5 late and when we called they said "oh driver is leaving store now". 25 mins later for the 1 mile drive. We got our food. It was definitely old and we were missing our fries. Called they said they would bring them to us, NEVER CAME!!! 2nd attempt/worse mistake on our part. The yelp coupon redirects you to wrong location, placed order waited for food just to be called 30 mins later with a cancellation saying they don't deliver to where I'm at, only to realize the link ordered from the wrong location. They don't listen and will mess up your order. Make sure they repeat the order perfectly. They had a deal for a one topping pizza, so I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they forgot the one topping. Also, I ordered boneless chicken because I cannot eat chicken from the bone, and they gave me chicken wings on the bone. Double check your your order. Chances are they will mess it up. read more

I got poisoned by this place because I told the guy in the front that the pics in his advertisement don't look the food we actually get. He then proceeded to the back and made my food "special order" I guess. I ordered the gyro. 20 minutes after I ate it at home, I got violently ill. I felt like I was on my deathbed all night with perfuse sweating, paleness and trouble breathing followed and accompanied by projectile vomiting. Who knows what he fed me and he looked like he might have possibly been the owner of this place. I did notice during my first and last visit there that it is incredibly dirty also. I should have known better in many aspects but got caught out there on a hungry night, settled and ultimately paid for it! Smh read more

Pizza and subs are really good, starters/appetizers are terrible. Some delivery items tend not to get delivered (ranch, soda) then the driver gets mad because he has to get it and gives you an attitude because he didnt bring something you ordered and still expects a tip. Just stick with ordering pizza and subs and youll be ok. Dont ask for extra sauce, ranch or soda because there is a big chance you wont get it. Pizza and subs 4 stars. Made an order online. The website says we are 5.52 miles from the store. When the pizza arrived, the delivery boy told us not to order from there again because we lived too far away. Funny, the ordering system online works and says that they deliver within 7 miles, so false advertisement? Wife called to complain and was called a dumb American by the manager. I used to work for Pizza Boli's in Dumfries and I can tell you firsthand if you do not want to get sick or be really pissed and turnt off from ever eating pizza again do not eat here. The place where the food is cooked is unsanitary. Most of the toppings that are on the pizza are handled with bare hands and not gloved hands. Most of the employees who make the pizza do not wash their hands. There have been times when some of the pizza makers would drop toppings on the floor by accident and still put them back on the pizza. Alot of the food is not stored properly, and the delivery is slow because people mess up the orders not paying attention to what the customer wants. Do not eat at pizza boli's. I definitely wasn't thrilled with what I received when I ordered from them this evening. I ordered a Gyro--which was very good (the only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) as well as their "Boneless Wings"--which are glorified chicken nuggets (very soggy, and tiny too!). It cost $7.99 for an order of 8. I asked for them with Buffalo Sauce and was told "that's really spicy." I said that was fine and that I'd just take some blue cheese sauce with it. When I got the "wings," there wasn't any buffalo sauce on them whatsoever...apparently it was too spicy for my own good. The Gyro was only supposed to be $5.99 (I asked for the price in advance), but somehow between the two items, my bill came to $17.14. When I asked why, they just told me it would arrive in 35-40 minutes and hung up. The bill I received when the food arrived had absolutely no explanation for how the price worked. So I basically paid nearly $20 (actually, exactly $20 including the tip) for a small sandwich and some nuggets. Not thrilled. I called them and all the guy said was "Well, we repeat the order, so I guess next time we'll just try to make sure you understand it." Cool. Great customer servicing there.
