I usually only get take-out or delivery pizza a few times a year, but when I do, I always turn to Papa John's. I really like their crust, sauce, and toppings the best out of any pizza chain. While it might cost more than other places, it's a situation where you get the quality that you pay for. This location has never disappointed for delivery or carry-out orders. I usually order through my phone app and head straight there, since my pizza has always been ready by the time I arrive. I've never had any issues with missing toppings or anything. The staff has always been very nice, even when it's clear that they are busy. Currently, everyone is wearing masks inside, which is nice to see. (Having worked in a pizza place during my teen years, I'm sure it's not pleasant to wear the masks, but getting the coronavirus sounds way worse.) They are also adding stickers to seal the boxes once the pizza has been made, so you know that no one touched it after it was removed from the oven. I'll definitely continue to return to this location when I get a craving. Went in to try the NY style pizza. I was very disappointed, it taste nothing like a NY style. A thin crust is closer to a NY STYLE. This is just A REGULAR pizza stretched out 20 percent more. I am a huge fan of papa John pizza but this is not the way to go!! read more

My family has been using this location for months! The pizza and service has always been amazing! Actually getting better with time! Today was a particularly amazing experience! Clyde was our delivery driver. He came up, was very careful with the pizzas (piping hot pizzas and so fresh!). He wished us a Merry Christmas, asked how our Christmas was, and we exchanged Christmas stories! The best delivery experience I have had jn my life! The Pizza was actually full of ingredients, as I requested extra toppings and cheese, which they provided. The crust was baked correctly and not too done or wet to the touch. The wings were okay, just not enough flavor. Over the last 5 years the other pizza places that I have ordered from were lacking in ingredients, regardless of the payment for extra toppings. I quit patronizing the restaurants, after three of four attempts at giving them a chance. I hope Papa Johns is better than that. read more

We order from them regularly every two weeks and have never had a problem with the food, service or management. The pizza's, wings, bread sticks, desserts are all always hot and good! Coworker called to find out daily deals for the staff at the office. Spoke to the General Manager Cory and was promptly told "don't worry about it, guy" and hung up on my coworker! Another coworker called right back to find out why the hostility? Cory claims he was "belittled" when asked about daily discounts. Cory then identified himself as the general manger of the location and has been there for the last 12 years. There's always a good special online that fits what we're looking to order. My Husband's favorite pizza is the works. I prefer to build my own 3 topping pizza. My Husband and kids really enjoy the wings. We all enjoy the garlic knots. I really appreciate the online rewards program. Customer service is really good. I'm not that impressed with this Papa John's. In this area, there's always a competition between the better of the two big chain pizza places. That is Domino's, just down the street, and Papa John's. I don't find this place to be as enjoyable and tasty. If anything, I feel like they are playing it too safe. Although the pizza is edible and tastes ok, it seems like they could do better. The dough is ok and the sauce is ok. The cheese does not have the the same amount of melt that Domino's does. The Papa John's pizza doesn't have that stringy cheese, either. The sad part is that I don't even order delivery. I pick it up and it turns out like I described. I don't think this place is as other pizza places. If you enjoy a mediocre, yet sweet pizza than try this place out! If you want a better tasting, flavorful pizza than I recommend Domino's or Presto Pizza. read more

We order from here it seems every weekend. They always have our order ready on time and greet us when we come in. One time we ordered a pizza wrong and didn't realize until we went to pick it up. They took care of us. Baking us the right pizza. They insisted on it and did not seem troubled that we made the mistake. I normally don't have a problem with Papa Johns and I order from them regularly but I really feel mistreated so I would like to write this review so management is aware that they have made a loyal customer VERY unhappy! I ordered 2 pizzas and a papdita last night on their website. Said it was going to take 45-55 minutes. Fine. I was very hungry but expected the wait. After about 50 or so minutes I see a car pull up with the Papa Johns sign on top! Yay! The driver sat in the car for what seemed like an eternity while I paced inside anxiously awaiting my delicious dinner! Suddenly the car drive off! I checked my computer and it says my pizza was delivered. I opened my door thinking maybe I missed it. You know being contactless and all maybe I didn't see him/her walk up? Nothing. So I called the store. The girl on the phone was very polite and spoke to her manager who informed her, ever so nonchalantly, that the driver had given my order to someone else and they could either cancel it or make me a new order. At this time you would think they would apologize, offer to comp it, or at least give me a discount, a coupon or at least some Papa dough! I mean this was almost $50 in pizza! But no. I told her to just remake the order, that I was hungry and just wanted my food. After about 40 minutes my pizza showed up. It was not piping hot. My papadita was burnt and one of the pizzas was supposed to have 3 toppings but they only gave me 1 topping. I gave them 2 stars bc I still like PJ's and I'm sure I will order from them again.... eventually. But I really think they need to do a better job of treating their loyal customers better. I an a very patient and understanding person and I get that people make mistakes. However when you do make a mistake you should make every effort to make it right! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just had a very scary experience at Papa Johns Pizza on Dale Blvd. When I arrived to pick up my oder an employee came in from outside without a mask and didn't put one on until I asked him to, and another young man cooking had his mask pulled down under his chin. I am a senior woman with asthma, and I didn't think my request that they mask up properly was unwarranted. However, the manager thought differently. He came at me from behind the register took his mask off and began berating me for asking that his employees keep their masks on properly. I will never go there again. I've never been so disrespected and scared just because I asked him to please take this coronavirus seriously. I can't believe the response I got. Then I call and they had me on hold to answer a simple question "where is my order" then mike gets on the phone and I ask him he told me the driver call but we couldnt get through. If you didn't already have enough reasons to boycott Papa John's here is a nice non-political one. So we bought a Papa John's Fundraiser card from a local student at some point to help raise funds at their school. There is no expiration date. We decided tonight to redeem from it and they first wouldn't take it over the phone. So I drove there in the pouring rain for carry-out. They wouldn't honor it in the store either. I called the corporate customer service who called the store on my behalf to honor it and they STILL refused. This is how Papa Johns supports our schools. This is how they support our community. This is how they honor their customers. Papa Johns has lost all my future business and I hope they lose yours too. read more
