The Nutella dippers were great also. The Oreo dipper wasn't so great as it's an Oreo wrapped in pizza dough and fried or baked. The Oreo wasn't edible as it was very soggy. Stopped by &Pizza this evening for a Pizza and my favorite garlic knots in the entire world. The items that I wound up getting are: 1) White Pizza - The pizza is sliced into 8 squares - it's about enough to feed two people, or one really hungry person. It has a White Sox is my preference and overall it was tasty. It didn't stay hot for a 15 min car ride. 2) Garlic Knots - either soft buttery and reheat really well. They're not tough, more on chewy side and seasoned to the GODS! These are actually my FAVORITE. 3) Cinnamon knots - These were sweet and simple, the kids demolished them. Food came out quick--maybe 10 minutes tops, even though there were only 3 people working. Something that good be seen as a negative, depending on the person is that the experience felt very impersonal. The setup doesn't leave room for much interaction, so if you're someone who enjoys friendly service or chatting with staff, this isn't that kind of place. It's more order and go. There are 6 kiosks where you can order your food and a counter, but I didn't notice anyone waiting to assist customers there. The space itself is clean and wheelchair accessible. Another note is that there was no signage for the bathroom until you're already walking to the back, but once you're there, the restrooms are a good size and have changing tables. One big NEGATIVE is in the restroom that I used, the soap dispenser was not working at all. There wasn't any hand sanitizer or soap option in the restroom. First time coming to &Pizza in quite awhile. All ordering is now through kiosks. I've always disliked the seating area but now I consider this a take out only option. I like looking at the ingredients and deciding in the moment. I hate selecting here via a machine. This will probably be my last visit to this chain. $12 any pie... This was my absolute favorite pizza place, until today because the vibe is totally off. They have a kiosk to order, which moved away from their personable and welcoming atmosphere. They skimped on the toppings, and there's not much room to ask staff about different toppings, because they refer you to the kiosk. I had to ask the young lady if she put bacon on my pizza because I initially didn't see it. My daughter's cheese pizza was borderline burnt and the pizza took longer than usual. I was in town for a wedding and there was an &pizza across the street from our hotel. This was very nostalgic for me since they do not have &pizza on the west coast. I would often eat lunch at the DC locations. The flavors were just how I remembered. I got a margherita pizza with spinach & buffalo sauce. It was fantastic, but I would have loved a little more sauce. Nonetheless, this brought me back to simpler times. I was first introduced to &Pizza when they opened their Springfield location and I had a wonderful conversation outside of it with their owner that I will never forget. Seeing them expand into Woodbridge makes my whole heart smile and my stomach so much happier knowing I don't have to travel as far to enjoy their unique soda selection and pizza toppings! It has been very cool seeing them expand their brand and define it even more with this location. The white and purple color scheme with the warehouse vibes are really cool and trendy which is something they've always done right. We placed an on line order for delivery and received only the base of the pizza we ordered...no toppings. I called the number on the website, but it does not take you to the store, but rather someone that sends you a link to fill out a questionnaire about your order. There was absolutely no way to contact the store aside from driving there which I did not want to do, so we had a cold, inedible pizza. I will most likely never order from them again. Nasty. I took a risk and decided to shake things up instead of going to Chipotle for my usual vegan option. I tried this place. I order the vegan pizza with vegan mozzarella cheese and plant-based chicken. The pizza had no cheese or plant-based chicken. I'll say this is my son's favorite pizza of all time. He's so young so he doesn't understand there are tons of pizza restaurants in the world. But as of now I'm cool with that statement because it is that GOOD! You can never go wrong with a pizza from here. With the many options and choices the flavors are endless. You can build a vegetarian-friendly pie, a meat lover's pizza, or anything in between. This new location maintained the high standards I love about this place. But mainly, I want to praise the staff and employees. They had a line out the door (I went on their opening) and every worker I interacted was friendly and efficient despite the high stress they were under. Super busy location, couple doors down from the Chipotle and adjacent to the Chick-Fil-A so aim to come at off peak times for parking. Inside is nice and clean looking as the other locations I've been to. I know they've only been open a couple weeks but they nailed our pick up order.Got our custom and white pizzas exactly how we asked. Crust still solid and did not skimp on anything. Overall pizzas tasted great (nice thin crust and generous toppings), but the in-person line to order food took a long time. Definitely order ahead of time if you can. There were only three or four people ahead of us in line, but we waited 20 minutes to get to the order start area, and then it took another 10 minutes to wait/get through the post-oven area to the register. I like &pizza. But this location needs some customer service training. Ive been in here twice usually at 8pm. There is no line but they will make you wait. The guy making the dough has long dried out hair that he wears pulled back but does not cover with a hair net properly. The first time it was just on his frizzy ponytail, the second time he didn't have it on at all. His attitude gives off, I'll take your order when I'm ready. I understand they are making dough but when a customer comes in, you're supposed to stop and take the order. He straight up walked away and went in the back the first time In the middle of my order. The second time I stood there and waited 2-3 mins until he asked what I was having. That's just rude. After last night I won't be going back in to this location. read more
