The turnover is minimal as most have been working here for many years which says a lot about the working environment. This is a beloved local establishment that gives back to the local community in many ways. It's a home away from home with good food, fairly priced menu options and an awesome ambiance. And I would put their wait staff up against the finest restaurants. What comes across is a sincerity to ensure your dining experience is something you want to repeat.
