The owner was unable to get a contractor to get the phone out that night, so he worked all day the next day to retrieve the phone himself so I wouldn't have to wait another day. Crazy ordeal, but just an example of how much they are willing to do to help out their customers even when they weren't at fault. I will absolutely be coming back any time I am in Fredericksburg.
