The best delivery pizza in the area. I always order the Colosso pizza, it's all about the Colosso crust. Closest to NY-style, foldable pizza in the area that I have found. Tastes amazing, always great ingredients. They follow your instructions to the "T" which is always appreciated. I don't get anything but their pizza, so can't speak to their other items. My family and I liked what we ordered. My husband ordered a white pizza with bacon and pepperoni and I ordered regular pizza with bacon, jalapeños, pineapple. We thought the pizza was pretty good the crust was crispy, soft and chewy. Overall good flavor no complaints. Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I called in to make sure they got my order from online and the person on the other line was very friendly. The pizza came in good time. We also ordered wings, which were OK. My husband liked them. We've ordered here constantly and usually never have any issues, recently ordered a mac and cheese pizza for pick up. Had my sister pick up for me and she said she was waiting up front for 15 minutes before anybody greeted her. In those 15 minutes she heard the workers laughing and screaming loudly in the back. She called me to let me know and I told her to call the restaurant and right as she was about to a girl came up, helped her out, and gave her the pizza. When my sister checked the pizza in the car it was burnt pretty bad and barley had any mac and cheese. She was too frustrated already so our mom had to go in with me on the phone to ask them to remake it, it seemed like the first girl didn't have a problem with it but I guess after her telling the manager on duty she came up to the phone to see what was the problem. After I told her she implied that they were too busy in the back to make another one and I told her that it didn't sound like it from them laughing and screaming in the back for the first 15 minutes my sister went in and wasn't greeted. She obviously saw the pizza and didn't see anything wrong with it. They did make another one but I don't know, if you're not going to be ready to greet anyone or even make your pizza right then why are you even working. After our mom left that time with me talking to them through the phone it looked like they were still just messing around, the tv with the menu wasn't even turned on so they obviously weren't busy working. What happened to the chocolate chip cookies? I was introduced to this place when they delivered to our neighborhood pool for a pool party. I ate the cookies and cannolis first and they were great! I'm not a fan of their pizza, but they have pizza rolls that are soft and flavorful. So, I happened to be at the shopping Plaza and thought I could stop in here and get something quick. Oh boy was I wrong. I ordered in person some chicken tenders, pizza rolls and cheese sticks. Not something special or big in my mind. Well after about 20mins of waiting and lots of people coming in picking up their orders I asked how much long. The response was a few more minutes. Well another 15mins(35minutes) total they had my order ready. Well, I didnt look at the whole order because I was in a hurry. Once I got to my vehicle I looked at my order and they got it wrong. I ordered cheese sticks and I was given bread sticks?? So I'm already running late because of how long it took them to get my order done. I went back inside to ask if what they gave me was cheese sticks. Their reply was no those are breadsticks. I asked how long to make an order of cheese sticks they said about 15mins. Which now at this time would have been close to 1 hour to get my order correct?? So said just give me my money back for the cheese sticks and for whatever reason NONE of the employees could figure out how that was done??? After waiting another 10mins while they tried to figure out how to refund me my money. I told them Nevermind. I have an appointment to get too and told them to keep the money because I'm Never returning to this store. Sorry service, Sorry employees that cant figure out what an order is. Sorry store over all. If you go to this store dont pay before You get your order. Keep your money until they get your order done or you may end up Pissed Off. Okay, so we just moved to Virginia this summer. There was a flyer up at our pool, so we figured we'd try out their pizza. It was just okay, but I figured out, after the second time eating it, that their sauce gave me heartburn. So- we stopped ordering. Fast forward a few months, to our neighborhood's fall festival. They were giving samples from a lot of local eateries, Vocelli's being one of them. We passed their booth at first, since we've had it before and I knew it didn't agree with me. Then I saw someone eating what looked to be a cheesy knot of deliciousness- and I heard them call it a pepperoni roll. They confirmed it had no sauce, so I figured that it was worth trying. I will be honest, and say that I loved it. Their pepperoni rolls are just garlic knots, with cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in them, and they're guiltily good. So, on an occasion or two, we've ordered them, instead of pizza on movie night at our house. A few weeks ago, we ordered a batch of the rolls and a pizza to have leftovers around. I ordered online a half meat/half hawaiian pizza. When we got home, we had half a pizza with sauce and cheese and toppings, and half a pizza with absolutely nothing on it, but pineapple. No sauce, no cheese, no ham or bacon- just bread with pineapple. And they baked it that way. And as soon as you picked a piece up, the pineapple fell right off. It was completely comical- and annoying. Especially because now we weren't going to have the leftover pizza! I looked at the receipt, and it said exactly what we had in hand. Half Meat pizza, half hawaiian (no mozzarella, no sauce, no bacon) So, I figured that I somehow messed up the online ordering process and took the hit myself. My kids survived, they had pepperoni rolls to fill their bellies. I took a mental note that I need to make sure that that never happens again. I did think it was odd, that no one called me to check on that odd order, though. Fast forward a few weeks, and we attempted a similar order. I figured out the issue, though, and it wasn't that I was a moron- their online ordering process is whacked. You can't just click that you want a hawaiian pizza and it all go though happily. You have to click hawaiian, then go through all the steps to verify the toppings on the pizza or it just deletes all of them!?!? There isn't just a happy hawaiian pizza, you have to verify every last detail of it. Although if you choose another of their artisan pizzas, it doesn't work like that, at least I don't think so. Bottom line- verify your order completely if you do order on line, or don't order online and call in the order. If not, you might just get bread with a side of baked pineapple, which I can verify is nasty. Thankfully, I ordered correctly and made sure we got a real pizza with sauce, and cheese and everything and it as good- light sauce is the way to go. And Pepperoni rolls. I wanted to like this place, I really did - but every time we've ordered pizza here we've gotten grease with a side of "pizza". When pulling a slice from the pie, the cheese just slides off because it's so oily and you're just left with a terrible mess. The worse thing is, we didn't even order any toppings that would secrete a ton of oils, it was just cheese! I'm surprised the tomato sauce actually stays on, but that's not the point of a good pizza.
