Ordered the new sweet heat bbq sub Friday March 28th from the Atlas Walk Way location and got extremely bad food poisoning and was unable to even leave my bad for the next day and a half. With only three customers in the store things looked good for fast and efficient service. Sadly we were proved to be wrong. My wife ordered a simple sandwich and was left waiting for an age. When we got the sandwich the order was completely wrong. Wrong type, wrong size, and wrong fillings. On returning to the desk the manager showed annoyance and apathy generally associated with teenagers asked to do the dishes. He threw the sandwich in the trash and asked what we wanted him to do? The answer was simple, a full refund and we wandered across the road to Panera where we were served with a smile in reasonable time getting an order exactly correct. I've been back twice since my original review and they seemed to have worked out some of the kinks. I discovered that the "Wreck" is the best sandwich and everyone should try it at least once. Also, the more the fixins, the better the sandwich. They still didn't have any live music and the big space still exists. My family recently opened up a new business in this same shopping center and I've heard good things about Potbelly from when my brother lived in the DC area. Went here with my parents a few weeks ago and the food is very good...there's something delicious about a toasted sub. Went here over the weekend with my mom while we were checking on the store. We went in the store at 8:35pm not knowing that they closed at 9pm. We thought we'd be okay though because my family is good at eating quick!! We like our food!! There were a few people in front of us ordering and we got our food and sat down at 8:45pm. The girl who took our order seemed irritated. She didn't provide the most welcoming service. We made sure to eat quickly so we wouldn't keep the staff past the closing time. The gentleman who finished preparing our sandwiches and took our money was hanging all over his girlfriend the entire time we were eating. A make out session is not what I want to see while I'm trying to eat a quick bite. We got out of the restaurant before 9pm. I hate being those people that linger after closing. But you would've thought we inconvenienced the staff that evening the way that I felt after leaving. The only redeeming quality was the taste and quality of our food. We'll be back for sure.
