PSA Gainesville! Just a warning -- I ordered pizza from Domino's (7625 Linton Hall Rd Gainesville, VA 20155) and ended up with BRUTAL food poisoning. We're talking severe stomach cramps + hours of misery only hours after eating it. Be careful, y'all -- I wouldn't wish this on anyone! I reached out to the store and nobody got back to me (I was constantly told manager was not there). I also reached out to corporate who forwarded my situation to the store.... Still no feedback. I would pretty much conclude that customer service at this location is non existent, like their management. Sincerely disappointed seeing that this is one of the largest chains in the USA. 2 WORDS..... DO BETTER!!!! I would suggest by starting by making sure your employees are trained in food handling procedures as well as hand washing. read more

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza this evening - with extra pepperoni and large pepperoni, extra Italian sausage, bacon, onions, green bell peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. Plus a side of wings. Pizza was really good, but I prefer the wings to have crispier skin. Next time will have to throw the wings in the broiler for a bit to properly crisp up the skin. Ok, I stand corrected. They did deliver correctly this time. I missed the extra requested item. Past orders have not been accurate, so I was frustrated at first glance. The reason for my review is that their customer service is sadly lacking. They simply cannot get an order correct. I had earned enough points for a free pizza, at checkout as always, I elected contactless as my immune system is low due to being in the hospital for 2 weeks for abdominal issues. The delivery guy said he needed a signature and wouldn't give me my pizza until I signed the receipt. My father stepped in and said leave it or we will call the manager. He later did leave the pizza but the argument should have never happened. I called the store manager and she said she "can't fire him". I didn't ask for that rather for her to be aware her employee demanded me to sign for a pre paid pizza and argued how he was standing away from the door and he wouldn't "give me my pizza" until I did so. read more

Ordered on a Wednesday night at 7.20-- a medium cheese pizza and a two liter. Was quoted at 35-45 minutes.. the, now cold, kinda burnt pizza came an hour later, with no two liter. Plus, I could taste pepperoni and even found a small piece. Really disappointed. read more

I wish I could say it was an awesome experience, but it was definitely a hassle to order from here. We ordered a large order of 3 pizzas and 16 wings with cheesy breadsticks. I paid extra for the marinara and upon delivery (which was fast and the reason why I am giving 3 stars) I did not get the marinara. I called the store and explained the situation, which was fine because we decided we wanted to order some cinnamon breadsticks and asked if they could also bring the marinara with them. The person on the phone made sure that I got my marinara, but this time one order of breadsticks were good, the other order was about half the size of the first order. It looked like mini versions of the cinnamon twists and very hard and crunchy. We aren't going to call back and we'll make sure to order from a different dominos in the area. read more

Domino's gave me an online coupon for a free medium pizza for delivery only. So I went to redeem the coupon and go through the whole ordering process only to be informed at the end that my order didn't meet the nearly 20 dollar minimum order for delivery. So I would have to order almost 20 bucks worth of extra stuff to get my "free" pizza. Why can't they just send the free pizza? They charge 4.99 for delivery fee anyway. Just went to Domino's to pick up my pizza that i ordered through the APP. When i went in the i asked the guy a young man working the box to make sure there's no garlic on the crust, as instructed through a sticker they normally place on the outside of the box. This guy open up the pizza box and placed his finger on the pizza crust and said no there's no garlic. I ask him why did he put his finger on the pizza pie and he said that he just washed his hands and they were clean. You are working the cash register touching money and credit cards and your hands are clean. I left and did not pay or take the pizza. THIS IS THE NASTIEST PIZZA PLACE IN GAINESVILLE, VA. Three topping large pizza for$7.99?!? Say whaaaaa???!? All I have to do is pick it up myself..For reals? Yep, and it's good pizza too. This location: clean, fast and easy to get to. FOOD: hot, fresh and good. Employees: want to get your order correct and they want you to have it quickly. I haven't had an issue with bad customer service. I have had one out of three toppings incorrect, once...However,when given the number of orders I've placed here and having that one topping be the only mistake, this place freakin rocks. There's an entire menu of saucy cheesy garlic and butter laden delicacies to try so what are any of us waiting for? Let's try them..All of them..Pasta, sandwiches..chicken..Garlic knots.. I used to order from here but stopped since they turned me off. One guy making the pizza with his bare hands went to assist with the phone. Looking at his fingers, he had flour on them and it looked like dried blood on one finger. After he assisted with the phone calls, he went back to making the pizza. He did not wash his hands. The manager on duty when I picked up my carry out order was one of the most customer service minded individuals I've ever met. My order had accidentally been taken by their delivery driver; they remade my order in a timely fashion and gave it to me for free. The manager was professional and polite and apologized repeatedly for any inconvenience. I was shocked to get my food and a complete refund. Never again will I ever order pizza from this store! I spent $70.00 on an extra large pepperoni pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, a large pizza with light sauce and extra cheese with spinach, jalapeño peppers and green peppers. We also ordered a salad, wings, and bread. Anyway, both pizzas came with extra sauce and barely any cheese! I had to take everything off the pizzas and add cheese. My family doesn't like sauce very much so all the sauce had to come off. Thank goodness I had cheese that I could put back on the pizza but all the toppings we paid for went in the trash! My family happens to really like Domino's Pizza. This particular store is tip top, on the ball, and so on. We usually order online and watch the "Pizza Tracker" show the progress of our order, from dough to my door. They are so proficient that you'd think that they still have their 30 minute guarantee in place (from back in the day). To my knowledge, they don't have that time guarantee, but they've never taken more than 30 minutes to get me my pizzas. I rarely give 5 stars to food chains but this Dominos location is exceptional. They get my order right every single time and deliver in less than 30 minutes. When I ask for my Pizza to be well done, it's actually well done and not burnt. When I ask for extra cheese there's actually extra cheese. Not to mention that when it's delivered, the pizza tastes like I'm eating it straight out of the oven. The staff is so nice and courteous, I couldn't recommend this place more! read more

A few years ago, we never had problems here. Since I tried using the Dominoes app over a year ago, it's been downhill! We always add the bread bites to the order and add their garlic dipping sauce to go with it. Almost 95% of the time that's omitted. When I would call up to alert them to the mistake, they would offer to give us a free order the next time. But of course it would be wrong again. I was told that the app didn't convey my request for the sauce so I would add a comment on the order and it would still be wrong. So I resorted to calling my order in and would explain the problem and would be assured it would be right and I asked to speak to the manager who apologized and he would also make sure it was right and guess what? The order was STILL wrong! The last time I decided to try one more time I again explained the problem when I called in and at no time have I ever raised my voice or not tipped the carrier. The order was wrong (can we say it in unison) AGAIN so I sent it back and of course when it came, everything else was cold. My son said he stopped ordering from this store too as it was obvious they don't care and he goes to a Manassas Dominoes and picks it up. I wrote an email to the company but this is a franchise so apparently the mothership is just like this store and doesn't care. read more

I used to dislike Domino's Pizza very much but now things have changed. I have to give a lot of credit to Domino's...their crust has a strong garlic flavor and delicious along with re-hauling their recipe. My favorite is pepperoni, that is the type of pizza I have had from there and it is very good and flavorful, plenty of cheese and flavor along with the pepperoni, of course. read more
