Pizza itself was ok (they forgot the sauce though lol). Toppings were correct. Cheese was correct. Delivery was very very late, 20 minutes past the delivery window, and I'm literally down the road! I recommend picking it up so you can correct problems on site. Also they outsource delivery to a service called slice. You need to download their app to "track" it but when you download the app, and register, your order still doesn't show up. Outsourcing delivery to a crappy delivery service doesn't absolve the restaurant of the responsibility to get the food to the customer on time and when they pick a bad service to go with, it just makes everyone look bad. read more

First, as I have mentioned in previous reviews we have pizza fans in our house. Funny thing, one of the twins went for a cheeseburger versus Pizza but that is a different thing right now. Pizza eating Twin said = Pizza ok. My wife had the greek pizza, she said awesome! Cheeseburger eating twin -= Ok I had the Gyro and it was good. The pita was toasted and I prefer that! Worst pizza we've ever had. First off, my girlfriend went in, ordered and waited for our pizza and wings. They had a huge sign advertising a $7.99 carry out special. They charged her regular menu price, then, when she pointed out they had overcharged her, the MANAGER said there was nothing he could do about it and refused to give her the difference. By the time she got home, the pizza was cold, and we literally live 3 minutes away. We asked for a garlic pizza, and we clearly got a tomato sauce pizza. The wings had absolutely ZERO flavor, were bone dry, not a drop of sauce on them. My girlfriend called back in an attempt to get a refund, where the MANAGER argued with her, telling her no ones ever complained about their pizza. We told them we asked for a garlic pizza, and were told that he put FRESH GARLIC on it, not a garlic sauce, which is what we wanted, meaning not only were we overcharged, but he added the cost of an extra topping on top of it. We even offered to bring the food back in an exchange for our refund, as thats how bad it was, and the manager refused again, saying he'd give us store credit. Why would we want store credit for horrible food that we're NEVER gonna get again? Eventually, after 15 minutes of arguing, we hung up on the manager, as it was obvious he wasn't going to give us a refund under any circumstance. I even attempted to call their CORPORATE offices, because thats how bad the food was and how rude the service was, but their corporate number just rings and rings. No one picks up and theres no answering machine service. Worst pizza and service we've ever gotten anywhere. I'm literally creating a Yelp account to warn people to STAY AWAY because it was so bad. *This is only based on one carry-out experience.* I was in the process of moving, had no food at my apartment, and was sick of getting Domino's, so I decided to give Pizza Boli's a try. I went inside this location to place a carry-out order and ended up waiting at the counter for about five straight minutes before anyone saw me. I thought no one was working. The person who saw me just said hello and walked past me. I figured they could at least let me know that someone would be with me. But anyway, eventually someone came to the register and I placed my order of one medium veggie pizza with half olives and one chicken gyro. The guy said it would take 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I came back and everything was ready. I was happy. The car smelled amazing during the ride home. But once I dug into the pizza, I was a little disappointed because the cheese was hard, nor stringy like fresh cheese gets. And the toppings were lacking. Crust had no flavor. The only good part was that it wasn't greasy like Domino's. I like that. The chicken gyro was not good. It had slimy tomatoes, very little chicken (and what was on there tasted bleh), hard bread, and too much lettuce. I did not think any of the food was worth the $23 I spent on it. I suppose I'd try Pizza Boli's again to see if this was all just a case of bad luck. Ok you have to take it for what it is, one of the only late night options for delivery in the area, it's not going to be a five star meal. That being said... It is not a 4 star meal either for that matter, but for the class they are in, I think their pizza ranks above dominoes and pizza hut, but below papa johns. Most importantly they are consistent. The topping are always generous, the quality of the individual ingredients is above par (for the class), and I have had no delivery issues at all. Meaning the pizza has always arrived with no mistakes, in under an hour, and hot. Their wings are surprisingly good for delivery as well, meaty, tastee, and not soggy as you would usually expect from it sitting in the sauce during delivery. While the butter sauce is not on par with papa johns, I have to say I still give them bonus points for having it as the pizza is significantly cheaper. Even with no coupons I am generally able to feed a large group for very cheap. I didn't even know they delivered to me until recently as I am in Gaithersburg, but I have to say check it out, it's much better and cheaper than the alternatives! read more

First and last time we will order from this location. We paid online in advance for 2 medium and 1 large pizza, but only received 1 medium and 1 large. We were picking up the order so had to wait while they made the 2nd pizza. When I asked if the pizza was made yet or not, all I got was a timid and childish laugh in response, no apology whatsoever. Bad pizza!! First of all, the delivery guy was rude. We had paid by credit card, and it wasn't obvious where to write in the tip. When my husband realized he hadn't tipped the guy, he went after him to ensure he got paid. The delivery guy answered with a very sarcastic, "Yeah, you didn't tip me! It's right there, see??" Not super nice considering the efforts we were making to be certain he got a tip! Then the pizza was really bad! The crust was slightly burnt on bottom. There was zero tomato sauce. And the cheese was kinda hardened (as in, no stretchy mozzarella you get on fresh pizza). We finally came to the conclusion that the pizza had likely been sitting in a warming oven all day, slowly burning the bottom, evaporating the sauce, and hardening the cheese. Really bad. And the western fries we got were no better. They were thick cut with almost no seasoning. So really just dry, mealy potatoes with no flavor. Looking for late night pizza in the Germantown area? I love this place. They always deliver in half the time it says they will online and they're always incredibly nice. I have really bad stomach issues and lately all I've been eating is lo mein or white pizza, it's bland enough that my stomach can handle it but good enough that I don't feel like I'm punishing myself.
