However, if you're looking for a cool place to hang out or to keep your kiddos entertained, then I would come here. OK, so for this pizza , it's kind of being off the beaten path. We have heard some good things, and we love a good arcade. Although the arcade side is small, my kids ended up having an A-blast. I loved the air hockey table. There is something about when that Puck pings off the side. you hear it throughout the whole restaurant, and you want to go and investigate. Wasn't the best pizza I ever had, but it was good, and it was flavorful. Some negative things printer paper menus. The paper menu's where tacky, in my opinion. My sheet of paper looked like somebody took a Bite out of it didn't like that are waitress Molina. She was almost cocky and borderline rude with her demeanor. Did that affect her tip? I gotta say, the food and atmosphere here impressed me. They got music, games, pool, and great food. The food here is generally ok. I would say their pizza is on the better end of things in Jacksonville - there isn't much competition but most of the pizza around town is...rough. Good burgers, nachos, boneless wings, but for the love of god don't order the garlic pizza. I am an avid fan of garlic, I love it, and I used to think there was no such thing as too much garlic...but instead of chopping/mincing the garlic and putting it on the pizza, they put whole chunks of it on that they clearly just pulled out of some pre peeled jar. It was bizarre, and honestly gross. Garlic tastes more garlic-y the more its manipulated (chopped up), this was just an unpleasant mass of garlic that was probably 5-6x the amount of garlic any place would normally put on. read more

As much disappointment as a person can endure. The interior of Pizza Bonez promises fun for all the family. Arcade style games line the one side of the Restaurant including Skee Ball (Ice Ball), Basketball shoot out, Motorcycle Racing, Car Racing. There are also 2 pool tables and an ice hokey table. There is a well stocked bar, and several large TVs for watching sports. The name and sign design flow throughout the Restaurant from front door to back area. Unfortunately the food falls dramatically short of the building. This Reviewer had a Meat Lovers pizza medium sized pan. Although cooked all the way through the dough, it is still oddly easily foldable. The pizza sauce had little to no flavor. The toppings and cheese however very good. My Wife attempted to try the Fish and Chips, the Fish was so greasey that merely touching it lightly with her fork caused a puddle of grease to form on top of the fish. The Breading completely falling off the fish leaving the breading as mushy as the fish itself. The Chips or Fries were good but COVERED in Sea salt, completely destroying the pallet. We held an awards get together for our softball team here and they accommodated us so well. We had to up our reservation by almost doubling, earlier in the day and they had no problem. Food was okay. Our server was great. However our kids meals were supposed to come with a game card. One of my kids card worked, the other one only allowed her to play one game, one time (small ball claw machine) for $10! When I asked the staff if it was normal to only play one game for $10 they said no and they got I assume the manager where I again had to explain we only tried playing one game. I felt like he acted as if I was lying. My daughter is 3 so I was the only one to swipe the card. He then brings it back to me and told me he fixed it. So we went to play a game with ping pong balls and it took the money but the game didn't work at all. So I went back up there and explained it and he told me he fixed it again but was again acting kinda rude and non understanding. So after the 3rd time trying the card and it wouldn't work on any of the games I gave up and we had to leave where only my son could get prizes with his tickets and my daughter got nothing because she wasn't able to get a single ticket or a working game. Just really sucked how I felt like I was being treated by the manager. Even the girls working the prize counter told him that the ping pong ball game doesn't work on one side because it's jammed. Uh uh. Never again. We waited 30 minutes for a table and 20 minutes for a drink. At the 20 minute mark my husband got up and asked a server to at least take our drink order. She did. We waited an additional 15 minutes after that only to have servers smirk in our faces but not serve us. It was so weird. After an hour or so wasted we just left.
