    Rodeo burger

Well the atmosphere is a little overwhelming, so much in a little area with no direction is a little offish but the smash kitchen is a must try! The service was nothing short of amazing. Now- to the food. The rodeo burger hit every spot i didnt know i had. Its such a strange mix with savory bacon to crispy onions and jalapeños with pickle???!?? It works though!! Def win. I spent some time in pittsburgh and have been missing the Chicago dogs. They have themmmmmmm! WITH THE RIGHT STUFF (minus bun) but sport peppers!!! This place made me wish i had more room in my stomach. It is a little expensive- a burger and dog (no fries) and coke cost me 22$ without tip. BUT worth every penny. I cant wait until i can review it again. This place is a MUST TRY.

    Kimchi burger

Overall it was good. The parm fries were yummy! Got the weekly special, a kimchi burger, and unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The fried item in the burger was cold, chewy and dense. Very off-putting texture and not what I was expecting. But it was okay. Service was quick. And the communal seating was nice and bright.

Best burger and fries ever! The server was super sweet. You order your food, go sit in a general area (I think there's multiple different restaurants in there), and get your food brought to you. Really cute place. Truffle fries were amazing

Food was excellent. Service was very friendly. We arrived around 12:30 p on a Sunday. Only a few people in the place. You order what you want at the counter, sit in the dining area and they bring the food to the table. We waited about 10 minutes. Everything looked great! I had the Brooklyn Rodeo with a side of Parmesan Truffle fries, my wife ordered the class smash burger and ordered a side of jalapeño poppers. Everything looked and tasted great! When we left, the place was bustling with patrons.

Bestie and I have had this restaurant on our list to try for a while and after the Jville Christmas Parade was just a good time as any to grab a bite to eat. Love the mural on the wall saying Overruled btw. We walked in the back way and as usual the Biagio building was fun and inviting. The young lady behind the bar was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us her recommendation. I ordered The Classic with Parmesan truffle fries and a Liquid Death (her recommendation) and it came out quickly and perfectly done! The cheese melted into the juicy smashed patties making them gooey and delicious (seriously, best smashed burger I've ever had), pickles were thin sliced and covered the whole burger so you got a piece in every bite, and that house sauce should come on everything!! All in all an amazing burger. Fries were hot, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside and seasoned well. Liquid death which I had never tried was a good, ice cold, water. Definitely will be back to try another flavor of burger!!

The burger was phenomenal and the fries were just the right amount of crispy. It was complemented by the kind and positive staff! Not to mention that the ambience is off the charts! I would definitely come back here again.

Overall atmosphere was AMAZING! Food.... AMAZING! Service... FANTASTIC! I could not recommend this place enough. Me and my sister were a little cautious because this buisness has not been open for too long, but they proved us wrong. Everyone was nice, and very welcoming!

Well, I have finally found the closest thing to what I enjoyed over 50 years ago. Awesome dogs with thick meat sauce, sweet onions and mustard. They also put coleslaw on them, but I had to go with my boyhood passion, so no coleslaw for me. A friend told me that he had never had a dog with coleslaw before, but he thoroughly enjoyed it. The shake was pretty dang good too. I will be back this weekend again!

Everything--from the atmosphere to the execution--is top tier. But what really sets you apart is your attention to detail and genuine care for your customers. Our waitress tonight, Kaila, was absolutely phenomenal. She picked up on something most people would overlook--I don't use straws--and brought my drink without one, without me even having to ask. That may seem small to some, but to me, that level of awareness and intentional service speaks volumes. It's those little things that create unforgettable experiences and separate good businesses from truly great ones. Kaila absolutely crushed it tonight, and it's clear your team is operating at a very high level. Keep doing what you're doing--you've built something special.

I could taste no blackening seasoning and the portion of meat in the pasta was incredible light. A colleague had the shrimp and grits and he said they were really good. My third colleague had the weekly special - pesto ziti. He said the meatballs were good, but the rest of the dish lacked flavor. The inside of the restaurant is divided into two with a large bar / lounge area that looked inviting. The dining side was comfortable, but dated. I would absolutely give them another try next time I'm in Jacksonville.

Located in a relatively convenient spot from anywhere in the Jacksonville area, the restaurant has lots of room for customers, and so I've often found a table even in some of the traditionally busier times of day. The food and the service are always reliably great. Omelets, pancakes, French toast, and even hash browns (which, in most other diners, along with their fellow traveler in undesirability, grits, are best avoided), are far better than most other diners. A lot of thought, care, and, presumably, serious on-the-job training must go into the food. The efficiency and dependably rigorous quality are not surprising in a military town. If you're visiting from elsewhere, you will be humbled by the atmosphere, at certain times, when the young service members are having meaningful, hushed meals with their beloveds. Thinking of the hard work, brutal training, and potential life-threatening danger that such absurdly young looking people are enduring will make your worries about mice in the garage, smudged eyeglasses, and forgetting your travel pillow feel awfully insignificant and trivial. Unless you're a fleshly flaneur like me, in which case, a travel pillow and a heating blanket, are still pretty nice. Service is fast and just the right amount of attentive and friendly. On my most recent visit, Elaina was particular kind and efficient.

I asked our very helpful and sweet server Jersey if she had only 2 choices with one being chicken fried chicken or the daily special Taco Salad, which would she go with and she said the taco salad. So, that's what I ordered. It was very tasty, loaded with 2 types of cheese a side of Jalapeño (which I gave to hubby) alot of fresh tomatoes and lettuce, a side of salsa and sour cream served in a somewhat crispy tortilla shell. And the shell is the only reason for a 4 star vs 5, the shell wasn't as light and crispy as I like it. It tasted as if they fried it several hours ago and honestly, I get why they did it that way as it saves time but the shell just left me disappointed. Hubby ordered a patty melt with fries. We came into town to scope out the Jacksonville Landing for future bass fishing mornings and when I told him we were stopping in here for lunch he already knew he was having the melt. I mean, he thought about it for 90 minutes lol. I've had their melts before and it is yummy. I think though the fries were the star on his plate. They were crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside and topped with something akin to Old Bay Seasoning. And they were HOT! Y'all, i mean, they're only fries but rhey were PERFECT! I am seriously alreasy looking forward to our 1st fishing adventure just so we can have lunch at the Kettle once we've caught all the bass. Jersey was quite attentive, but not hovering and warm friendly like only you'll find in the south. Oh, bestie told me to get the chocolate torte because she said, literally, "it's life altering." However, I forgot to so, just another thing for me to enjoy after our initial fishing trip. In some ways, you can go home again.
