I love this place! Just went here for the first time yesterday with my husband. Great date night place! But it's also a place I will come back to with my kids! Mandee, our server was outstanding! I don't think owners/management realize how valuable staff can be but I do hope they know what a gem they have with her! From the moment she greeted our table to the moment we walked out the door she was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and never made us feel like we overstayed our welcome, although I'm sure we did. Bar drinks were amazing... hence why we were there longer than expected. Cheese curds were also great. Pizza was mediocre BUT because of Mandee we will be back! Tonight while my large group was there for a surprise birthday party, they could not find our reservation. We stayed calm when asking about our reservation and the manager proceeded to berate my sister, get close enough to her face for her to smell his breath, and cussed her out. One of the men in our party proceeded to stand up for her because the manager was cussing in her face and telling her they could fight while sticking his finger in her face. He proceeded to also cuss out the male standing up for her and threatened to kick him out. I stepped up and said that he was being extremely disrespectful and that he shouldn't be sticking his finger in a customer's face for asking about a forgotten reservation. The managers name is Jason and he is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Our large 25 person party will never again step foot in this establishment with this man in a position of authority. When she finally checked up on us, I didn't even want the beer anymore, and I was hoping we would probably get our SMALL pizza soon. Pizzas shouldn't take that long to make. But, sure enough, we waited ANOTHER 20 mins. for this stupid, overpriced, small pizza, until we finally got it. At this point 40+ mins. of waiting for a SMALL PIZZA had gone by. In the time it took for the waitress to check on us and the pizza to get to our table, we had already decided that we wouldn't be back. The pizza was good, but again, NOT worth the price or the ridiculous wait. This review is to let the Management know how they have been perceived by customers. Came to eat dinner Tuesday night May 18, was seated by hostess, waited about 20 min before going up to find out what happened. We saw customers seated and getting service within 5. When I spoke to the Manager and told him we had waited 20 min, he said "now that is an exaggeration" when I went on to try to say something else, he cut me off and just said we will take your order. We stayed, because we like the food and the waitstaff service, but the condescending attitude, and rude behavior by the Manager is not acceptable and so we will not be back. My parents will not be back and my brother and sister (who just moved to the area and live right across the street) will not come. So this is just to let the restaurant know why they are losing customers, no amount of discounting makes up for rude behavior. read more

I ordered a togo order of the South Pacific pizza + mild buffalo wings. I substituted the teriyaki drizzle on my pizza with a BBQ sauce drizzle. I thought the pizza was really good! I really enjoyed that the pineapple and jalapeños were fresh and not from a can. The wings were decent. I wouldn't be opposed to trying them again & maybe a new flavor. The owner of this restaurant is a sweetheart, but her staff is extremely unfriendly! The bartenders are very unwelcoming! Also, I don't recommend have a party there, the staff is not proficient enough to handle large groups. My wife made a reservation two week before our planed party and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes for a waitress to start taking drink orders. I'd like to mention there was a party of like 20 people next to us (looked like bachelorette party) which made me worry the service would be slow but that wasn't an issue. Also great beer selection if you're a beer lover like myself. I personally thought it was fairly priced since the pizza was top notch . Coming from big city VA beach area where we had great local pizza option we had been disappointed in the options around here until now, we're relieved to have pizza worth eating again! Manager was extremely rude, we asked for her over and over and then finally 30 minutes later we get to speak to the owner because the manager is too busy to accomodate us. She was very apologetic. Couldnt believe what she saw in front of her food wise on our table. She wanted to make it right but we had already waited so long to sit, order, drink, and eat just to be so disappointed that we were just ready to go. We had to get the owner to come out once again and explain that the nachos and burgers were all taken off the ticket by her because of the state the food was prepared. We got there around 8:55pm, got seated at 9pm. When we first arrived no one greeted us, we had to walk up to workers to ask if we can get a table. The arcade room is much larger than expected and also has great prizes. I was surprised to see a Kate Spade bracelet as one of the prize options! Now that's my type of arcade prize. The karaoke was a hit! I would recommend the business to place the words of the songs on the tv screens in the dining areas and make the music loud enough for those in dining to hear. The next thing that surprised me was how truly delicious the pizza was! I am a major pizza fan and don't grade it easily, however the buffalo chicken blue cheese pizza is a winner! Disappointed...was great when it first opened. We live a mile away and frequently get takeout. For the past 10 or so orders some part of the order has been messed up or missing, and frequently takes 20-30 min longer than stated to be ready for pickup. At this point we've had a majority of the menu, the only thing that is consistent is the cheese bites and Mack and cheese. Tonight got some hot burgers but the BBQ chicken pizza was the victim.
