Purchased a Margarita pizza from these folks food truck on 4/1/26. Pizza was ok though per American style had burnt crust. Having had Margarita pizza in Naples & Rome, this is radically different than the item made where it was invented. Disappointing but not unexpected. However, it was what happened later that resulted in this low rating. I authorized the purchase via my iPhone and had the amount I authorized verbally verified. However, they later added a 17% tip which I did not authorize. The amount is small, but the dishonesty is truly irritating. We'll certainly never deal with them again. If you do, make sure to get a written receipt, which they do not seem to offer by default. EDIT: After my posting here, the company to their credit has issued a refund. More importantly, however, they've changed their policies to avoid this kind of thing happening in the future. That is appreciated and will definitely earn them another shot. Thank you! read more

I had this pizza at Broken Bow Brewery, and it paired so well with the beer on this given summer day. Both personal pizzas we got were delectable: chicken and spicy red sauce + truffle with prosciutto. We gobbled them up quickly. I am a pizza snob! Yes that's correct. I know the science and the art. When I first met Mike I thought it was just a hobby but when I ate it, that changed everything. When you're young and working on a craft you can make things as they were meant to be. This is it. Mike makes everything at home, sauce, dough, basil, the works. To get this right you need a very good sauce with low acidity and crust with the right salt and humidity. I must comment on the sauce because it's made at home from home grown tomatoes. Best I have had. All I can say is that it must be tried. I have tried all the pizzas on the pop up menu and I will say they are the best in each category. I have been to Italy many times and this is the only pizza that can be compared to what you would have and taste in Italy. He does pop ups around the westchester and he can also do private events. Easily the BEST pizza I have ever had. Not only that but Mike is passionate about what he does. The first time I tried his pizza, he took the time explain the style of pizza and each ingredient included. To me, it is not just about the food itself but, the people who make it. The dough is this almost pastry like feel, light, airy and isn't a greasy pizza that will leave you feeling heavy after. The toppings are always fresh, high quality and dispersed beautifully across the dough. THE CRUST, may be my favorite part. It's crisp but still has that doughy texture, literally leaving you the perfect bite. I could go on for days, but if you have the chance, you need to try it yourself. I may be a little biased since my family is from Italy and I know good pizza. BUT THIS IS GREAT PIZZA! Mike is very meticulous about his dough and all the ingredients he uses. It shows in each pie he makes. The crust is very light and airy... the homemade sauce is perfect, (not tart nor sweet) , the different combinations of flavors just ooze out in every bite! I would of never tried hot honey on pepperoni .. I don't even like pepperoni that much.. but the hot roni cups is delicious along with all his other pies! I had a graduation party for my son Thursday night. We had about 50 people. All ages. My son heard about these guys on Instagram and wanted to try them out. Let me tell you, they were amazing! They arrived on time, brought all the supplies to cook and serve pizzas. These pizzas are so good! Plus watching them is such a treat! My guests loved everything about them and I got to enjoy my guests. I didn't serve any other food. They had a beautiful salad and offered 4 different types of artisanal pizza then created dessert pies! My guests enjoyed talking with them and creating their own as well.
