Jack quickly sent an inspired menu that was perfect. Every single bite of food was beyond delicious. And the staff was super helpful, meticulous and a pleasure. All guests were raving. I will definitely be using SRO for any party in the future! I didn't give much direction because we're fairly easy and I didn't have much of a plan in my head but Jack knocked it out of the park! (I write this while eating some of the leftovers - I wish we had more leftover!!)

First time here for lunch and i loved it... its a cute little cafe in cute little Bronxville!…read more They have everything from pastries to wraps to salads. Its an AWESOME lunch spot! The wrap i had was a Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, and Sweet Potatoe wrap... omg Thanksgiving festivities in my mouth! What a creative wrap and so delish! It comes with a side (my meal, i only got half a wrap, plus a bottle of water, came out to $5.50 NOT BAD!).... they first gave me a pesto pasta salad, but then offered that i could instead have a beet salad so i went with that. All their wraps looked really delish... kinda creative too, not just the usual grilled chicken wraps. They also have daily specials such as meatloaf, fried chicken, steak, and FRESH FISH FRIDAYS! Can't wait to go back and try something else... and of course the pastries!

Adorable little place across the street from the Bronxville MetroNorth station. Bronxville itself…read moreis very upscale, but Over the Moon is a more down-to-earth place where you can get a nice lunch. This place is tiny but well-kept. Grab one of the (small) tables near the front window so that you can people-watch, or simply watch the trains roll on by if that's more of your thing. They make a very good hot chocolate, although the coffee/espresso machine that they have is minuscule, so it will take awhile to get your drink. They also have really good wraps and side dishes. I'm not usually a big wrap person, but I bought the shrimp wrap here and it was great. It came with a side of tomatoes and mozzarella and a side of green beans - all quite good, and the food inspired jealousy when I brought it with me to my grad school class. Eben T. is right in that this place is a tad on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it. It's a low-key hangout operated by some very nice people in hipper-than-thou Bronxville, and my only sorrow is that I'm not in Bronxville often enough anymore to take advantage of this charming little establishment.

The woman behind the register repeated what I said and then proceeded to load the round sandwich in the bag. I was charged $11.91! I thought OK, maybe the sandwiches are really large??? When I got home, I unwrapped the sandwich. If anything it was smaller than most deli sandwiches. Lots of bread and very little meat. definitely not an overstuffed sandwich! Usually you can get a wedge for less money. Hmmmm... maybe this is a typical sandwich here? I'm not sure.

I finally decided to go in and get a meal to go. The first thing is that they have ALOT to choose from and EVERYTHING looks nice and fresh. They have plenty of veggie offerings (greens, corn, beans, etc), pasta, chicken, fish, oxtails, mac and cheese, etc. they even do smoothies. I ordered bbq chicken with green beans and mac and cheese. The servings they give you are HUGE (three pieces of chicken and a large scoop of mac and beans). So what's the problem you ask??? The food had NO seasoning whatsoever. Not the mac, not the green beans, not the chicken. I was sooooo disappointed because everything looked amazing. Now I will say that I've gone to other Caribbean restaurants and always order Caribbean entrees (like oxtails) so maybe that's what I should have ordered. So I'm going to be fair and try them once again and get my usual Oxtail meal and hopefully I will be pleased. Update to come soon.

I don't want to keep add my own seasonings at home. SPICE IT UP. & BRING ON THE FLAVA cuz we can take it! Lol. I ordered on Uber eats from the Bronx. The wait is about an hour or more. This dinner was $17. Plus delivery fees. I definitely recommend Flavas if you're in the Bronx looking for a great option.
