The dressing is no where near to Greek dressing. I recently ordered an Italian Sub and they ruined it by adding mayonnaise. In all my life, I've never purchased an Italian sub with mayonnaise nor have I ever received an Italian sub with mayonnaise. I think maybe once or twice I've been asked if I want mayonnaise. I'd have no problem if they added olive oil without asking but adding mayonnaise without asking (for an Italian sub) is ridiculous. Don't bother going to this place. They don't know what they are doing in my opinion.

The only criticism I have is that SOME of the guys working there need to be a little more mindful about not handling your money while also handling your food. Yes, they wear gloves but that is still unsanitary.

For family pizza nights, OTTO has become one of our regular places and everyone always leaves happy. One of the biggest reasons I've continued coming back over the years is the staff. Bobby, Maggie, Josh, Liz, Hannah, Kelsey, Chris, and the rest of the team have always been friendly and welcoming faces whether I'm grabbing a Maine Lunch at the bar or bringing my family in for dinner.
