I have seen the owner fixing the kerosene space heater in the restaurant and, without washing his hands, going back to making the dough for the pizza. Service - 0. The same owner yells at customers who question his food or ask him to put on gloves. To top it off, I was overcharged on my credit card. Since they don't provide detailed receipts, I had to verbally prove I was overcharged in front of other customers. All while the angry owner was shouting at me. The counter staff was polite and friendly, top notch. The mint chip had chunks of ice throughout it and the strawberry cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it. Ice I could maybe understand but plastic?! I had taken the ice cream to go so I wasn't able to go back & show the owner what I had found. Overall, Knot Just Pizza is a nice place to stop in at to grab a bite to eat.
