I heard the driver on the bench, checked a moment later, and found the pizza face-down on the porch. I was in a meeting and couldn't deal with it immediately. By the time I got back to it, the restaurant was closed. I ordered a second pizza and expected the first would be refunded. I left feedback in the app--crickets. Reached out to customer service--was offered a 20% coupon ($8 off a $40 ruined order). That's not how you handle loyal customers. I've deleted the Slice app, and I won't be ordering from Pizza Express again. Customer retention clearly isn't a priority. Penny wise and pound foolish.

You cannot beat their pizza! Their two for deal is great and It is the only pizza my kids will eat. And they love It!!! The star is friendly, they get your order done quickly and I have never had a bad pie from here. Yeah definitely recommend trying them. Never had just a slice so I can't comment on that. read more

I usually grab a slice from here on the way home from work. Always fresh slices and the staff is great. What really impressed me was when I ordered delivery, the pizza showed up fast and the entire pie still tasted like it was fresh out of the oven. My #1 pizza spot for sure. read more
