Pizza is fresh and yummy, also I really love their salads. My favorite is the Greek Salad with blue cheese dressing.

Great food! Cauliflower crust was a win for my husband doing keto. Kids loved the pizza and they are professional Pizza eaters. Salad bar had everything I love in a salad. Have eaten here twice since they recently opened. The food is good and so is the service. So far we've tried the pizza, the salad bar and bread twists. We would recommend them all. They have Pepsi products. My one critique would be that they need to do a better job of cleaning up after customers have left. The busing of the tables is not great. Each time we have found food on the tables and chairs and napkins and receipts on the floor under the tables. The last time, while we were eating, we actually watched them bus a table next to us and leave sausage on the table, cheese on the chair and two napkins under the table. They need to up their busing game. read more

Giving it 2 stars because I ordered online ahead of time and when I got there at the pickup time, they said it would be done in another 15min or so.... why have a pickup time to choose to have it ready by when it's not gonna be ready by that time? And for how pricey it was you would think they would at least have your order ready on time...Also the pizza that took way too long to make was pretty hard and not even that warm. The quality of the pizza at this location definitely needs improvement. As other locations, have such good and better pizza's. I will not be coming to this location again. Also the employees could use better customer service skills. Other locations are far better. The ones in Madera and Friant rd are the best ones in my opinion. read more

Service is cute. I can tell most of the workers is their first job so they're new to the work industry. I think them trying to just make some money is great. Very nice and talkative. The food does need some work, strongly recommend having your pizza cooked a little more than their usual time. The wings are like any frozen wings except I just wish it was actual chicken that is FRESH not frozen meat. Ranch is OKAY missing flavor for sure. Pizza I got was the All MEAT. it was like 5 layers of cheese, and i never complain about cheese because i LOVE mozzarella but it was just too chewy and too much cheese for me. Again strongly recommend cooking your pizza longer, as i tried eating it was very hard to tear the bread, then everything falls off the pizza. which for me is a turn off. Husband and son were told pizza would take 20 minutes. After 45 minutes my husband had to ask what the hold up was and they told him they hadn't even started it! Don't tell people 20 mins if it is going to be more than 3x that long! My husband had to cancel the order and get a refund and now they don't have time to eat anywhere else before my son has to wrestle in a tournament. I'm beyond pissed. There is no excuse. read more

On a whim, we decided to try this new Clovis Pizza Factory location and it did not disappoint! For starters, they had a special of a 10" pizza with unlimited toppings for 9.99! Sold! What a great price! And the pizza was excellent, with fresh ingredients and served piping hot! Crust was perfect in thickness and the options for three different sauces allowed for variety and personal preference. We ordered a ten inch Canadian bacon with pineapple, regular red sauce, and also a ten inch veggie pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of red, and sausage and pepperoni added. (You can also get olive oil base instead of red sauce!) A 10 inch is perfect for two adults to share (unless you have a huge appetite). I'm so glad we tried this PF! She really had to tell me that she was the owner and with no other explanation telling me that I can either accept the pizza as is or a refund, pizza wasn't even hot , I waited for 1 hour in a half for my order! I ordered at 4:40 and I didn't get my order untiAnd they forgot to give me my breadsticks! I won't ever come here again! Felt like I was being discriminated! Don't waste your time or money! Ordered a pepperoni pizza bread, cheese sticks with marinara, and a fountain soda for delivery. Order was estimated at 45 minutes showed up in respectable time around that. Food was hot and tasted good. Delivery driver was friendly. Forgot my drink and dipping sauce for breadsticks but driver did offer to run and grab them. Would definitely try again just recommend you double check your delivery orders. read more

wish I could give it a-stars. my son in law and I went there last night after taking my grandson to the little gym. it was around 7 and the baby hadn't eaten so we thought we'd get something near by. when we walked in there was a family to the right waiting in their food but no one else. I noticed it was very hot inside so I took the baby outside. literally 50 minutes later we got a pizza and what was supposed to be a 10 piece order of plain wings. we went home and I fed the baby in the car since it was almost 8pm. my son in law was the only one who ate pizza as it was around 9ish by the time we settled the baby. he got food poisoning almost immediately. huge disappointment and the kicker is while I was sitting outside a gentleman approached me and told me that if I leave a review in yelp and take a screen shot of it I can take it back to pizza factory and get a free pizza. NO THANKS ! keep your food poisoning and over heated restauran. I will never set foot in there again, Gross read more
