I ordered a medium cheese pizza, a large BBQ Chicken pizza, and 20 wings for pickup. My daughter picked up the order, so I can't speak to the ambiance. The lady who took the order over the phone was very pleasant to talk to. Anyhow, the pizzas and wings were delicious, but I'm giving them 4/5 Stars because the BBQ Chicken pizza wasn't sliced! I had to cut up the pizza using my kitchen shears. I was a bit annoyed by that. Daughter said they rushed to get the order out. Anyhow, I'll reorder in the future because they are yummy pizzas, but I will make sure the pizzas are throughly sliced. read more

This is not my first time at pizza factory but it's my first time dining in and having salad bar. Pizza factory is nostalgic for me because it was the only pizza place in the small rural town I grew up in. I was excited when it came to Clovis. Today was the best customer service and price I've paid for lunch in a while. I went in with the expectation to eat a salad and go. I came in and ordered salad bar lunch which was only $7.00. You can't get that price on lunch anywhere! To boot, the manager told me I could also grab bread sticks and they gave me a free drink with lunch. Ummm yes please I will definitely be coming back for lunch. I'm really surprised there weren't more people eating lunch here. The restaurant is clean and cute with TVs and music playing. To my amazement, I was questioned about NOT paying for the salad. The manager was direct and disrespectful. I requested an apology when she research payment -- begrudgingly she recognized her mistake and said the words in an insincere tone. There was no manager of any time at the store. So employee said Called owner would only give $5.00 off. 6/1/25 Getting lunch! I called and ordered their large veggie calzone with chicken and jalapeños added. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrive to pick up shortly later. Small wait in line and greeted by worker. Very kind. Calzone ready and handed over. Decided to order some Pizza for the kids while we watch the football game. We ordered a medium pizza and a large pizza. When we called in to place the order all we heard was please hold and we waited for about 10-12 minutes and hung up the phone. By this time we were already close by so I decided to wait and order inside. When we entered the location was pretty much empty and there was only 1 couple inside. The first impression was pretty bad the floor was pretty dirty with napkins and pizza crust. There was about 6 employees in the back. They seem fairly young. 1 female was at the register on her cell phone and I walked up to order and seemed as I was interrupting her she ask what I wanted to order. I placed my order and sat back and observed. Customer service was definitely poorly at this location and it's such a disappointment since I am a fan of pizza factory over Me and Ed's but this type of service just doesn't make sense. Honestly, I will never take my neighborhood pizza joint for granted. Ever since they opened this new location in my neighborhood, we don't go anywhere else for pizza. Good, but not great. When we order from here it's purely out of convenience. The last few times we've ordered, it's just been very meh. Our last order was a medium pie with half cheese, half pepperoni, mushroom, and black olive. The pizza crust was a little doughy in the middle and the sauce needs salt, basil, something to step up the flavor. It's been way better in the past, so something has definitely changed. The meat balls were decent and I loved all of the cheese in the pan, but once again the sauce needed that extra something. We always order for pickup, but they do have seating inside with a few TVs and I believe they sell beer? I liked the taste of the sauce but it was in over abundance and that was the consensus for all who attended the party. Gentleman at the counter was helpful when explaining options. He said it would be about 25 minutes. It was almost exactly 25 minutes. Pizza is delicious, the sauce tastes fresh and it's cooked perfectly. Ranch is good. Reminds me of the Pizza Factory I'm familiar with.
