Pasta primavera
Nahsee Y.

We really wanted to try this place. This location serves a tomahawk steak and we wanted to try what else they had to offer prior to actually going to order it the next time. Place wasn't too busy they weekday we went. Our server started off fantastic. He got our drink orders to us quickly. Appetizers came out on time. We waited a bit for the entrees, as my husband did order the lamb chops. After finishing our entrees we wait almost 20 to 30 minutes before our server returned. No idea where he or any of the other staff disappeared to. Drinks were good. Food presentation was bad, but food tasted fine. The bruschetta just didn't look amazing but all the elements were there. The crab cakes were good but why did it have beans as a topping? My pasta dish was good, but the server asked if I wanted parmesan on top I said just a little and he literally dumped a spoonful of grated cheese on top of the pasta. It was fine, but for the amount you were paying this isn't it. Been to better places with better food and service at that price point. Won't be returning for the tomahawk.

Sebby's has a bit of everything and the quality is amazing. We were quickly seated without reservations on a Friday at 5:30, very friendly server. We were told that appetizers and cocktails were 50% off before 6 so we ordered the pork belly and a couple cocktails. Tasty pork belly with some chili flakes on the side to make them as spicy as you like, and I love spicy! Ordered the filet Diane and the steak had a nice crust and the sauce was delicious. The interior has been fixed up since Nash's was here, much more classy now. They have two bars but I was told the back bar may become a quality wine cellar in the future. Looking forward to seeing this place grow and continue to improve! Just what Visalia needed a quality Italian/ Steakhouse with a nice bar.

Watermelon Lemon Drop

Absolutely fantastic experience all around. The owner was so lovely and was so hands on. Food had amazing flavor and was made to perfection. Came out quickly too! Drinks were delicious as well. The restaurant itself was so lovely especially with local art on display and for sale, very community forward. All the staff was very sweet. Would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!

Short Rib tacos - appetizer - delicious (minus the pico- I don't like onions & tomatoes)

Wonderful meal! I had the Lamb and it was fantastic! The service was great, lovely atmosphere: soft jazz. Parking may be an issue in late evenings

Owner was the most attentive & kindest and made sure our dinner was Far more than our expectations and our experience was nothing less than PERFECTION.His smile and character is contagious!!!! He executed EXCELLENT service. Our drinks was made well and not watered down He served us with love and made us feel like family. This is now our favorite spot for all occasions. Please do yourself a favor and stop by. Sebbys will definitely not disappoint.!!!

New owners!! It's not Nash's anymore... that's the first question I asked haha. These owners are from little Italy and brought some of their dishes over from that menu if you miss the Italian YUM. Immediately upon walking in we noticed the decor was just gorgeous, no more rickety set up tables & chairs, plus bad food! Sebbys GM, Jason, happened to be there & showed us how they completely remodeled the bars, seating, and decor. It feels upscale and classy now. My husband and I sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks . If you like watermelon, you need to try the watermelon lemon drop! Kennedy scored with this one. I asked her for a tahin rim and it tasted just like a delicious Mexican candy shot, but more lemony. Sebbys also has brunch, dinner specials for two, and they will have a DJ & nightlife after 10pm on Fri & Sat nights. Stop in! It's totally worth a try.

I was shocked this place wasn't popping off for brunch. The food was absolutely amazing! We had a large table reservation so I was able to order off the full menu and had the chicken piccata and it was AMAZING! My friends got the charcuterie board, steak and eggs, chilaquiles, lemon blueberry French toast, artichoke dip, braised pork belly... we were all so impressed! Ice cold champagne , non alcoholic options, and our server was very attentive and had great suggestions! We will definitely be back!

We called the day of to make reservations at 6 pm for a birthday celebration dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Warm bread was delivered to the table. We brought our wine from home - $15 corkage fee. We had trout, short ribs and a steak. (These ranged in price from $35 to $39 per entree.) All were served with vegetables and all were fantastic. The birthday girl was brought ice cream with caramel swirled on it for a dessert. Fabulous place! Some people dressed up, some were casual. There's a full bar on the west side of the restaurant.

A Local Gem for Pizza Lovers…read more If you are looking for great pizza locally, The Planing Mill is absolutely it. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take their craft seriously. Between the freshly made dough and the perfect char from the wood-fired grill, the taste is consistently top-tier. I am particularly picky about texture; I love my pies to be flavorful but with enough substance that they don't crumble or flop over. There's nothing worse than a pizza that is too wet or undercooked, but The Mill nails the bake every time. The Highlights: * The Food: We went for The Kitchen Sink for our date night pie, and as always, it didn't disappoint. It's loaded with toppings but maintains that perfect structural integrity. * The Drinks: They have a solid tap list to complement the meal. I washed my slices down with a crisp sour, while my wife opted for a cider. * The Vibe: It's the perfect spot for a casual yet high-quality meal. The night started and ended perfectly. It is always a pleasure to visit a place that stays so consistent with its quality. Whether it's a date night or just a craving for a real wood-fired crust, this is the spot!

The food was absolutely amazing! No complaints about the food whatsoever!…read more BUT the service... is... weird, unfriendly and confusing. When we walked in I smiled at the hostess and was greeted with RBF lol not really a big deal, I understand not everyone is friendly. We were quickly seated with menus. Our server came over to take our drink and food order. We were able to do a half and half pizza which I appreciated. Our food arrived in a timely manner and everything, down to the marinara sauce was delicious. While we watched other customers be given drink refills, even though the soda machine is out where the tables are, so we were confused on if we were to get our own refills or our server would do that for us. I could have asked what the protocol was but felt really stupid doing so when our server was the only one not getting drink refills for her tables. Our server may not have refilled our soda but we watched her refill her soda from the machine and head to the back haha When we were ready to leave we were again very confused on what the protocol was because it took a very long time for our server to come to our table with our bill, I wasn't sure if I needed to go to the register was and pay there or if our server would bring the POS to our table like other servers were doing to their tables. We were unsure if we needed to get our own box or if our waitress would bring what we needed. We also didn't see to-go containers for our leftover salad, so I asked the waitress for a container for that and asked if we just grab a pizza box or if she gets it for us. She said she could get it for us and seemed fine to do so, but again I felt dumb because I watched her walk over and grab the pizza box and a to-go container for the salad that was right next to it. I feel like there should maybe be more communication like "go ahead and help yourself to soda or I'd be happy to refill your drinks for you" and "I can get you a to-go box if any are needed", you know something along those lines. Even a sign above the soda machine and to-go containers would work so staff doesn't have to tell each customer. We were kindly acknowledged by one of the other servers as we were walking out which was nice. The restaurant is comfortable with large tables with a bar that is in the corner so you don't have to listen to loud drunk people.

Yes they're at the food court in the mall, so the ambiance can be loud and filled with mall goers. But don't let any of that stop you from enjoying some of the best pizza, pasta and meatballs in the valley! Pro Tip: go for the Stromboli. Doesn't matter which one, they're all fantastic! My favorite though is the pepperoni and jalapeño! If you haven't had a Stromboli it's in the family of a calzone, except this is a rectangle of pizza dough that's stuffed and folded lengthwise over the filling into a cylinder. It has a nice crispy outside with a soft gooey inside filled with mozz and toppings! Out of all the slices I would choose from, I personally like the original pepperoni. Thin crust, super huge slice! You can get a slice and a drink for a decent price! They even have a thick crust version of their pizzas which are so good! The meatballs and the baked ziti are by far the best you'll find in town! These other italian restaurants charging almost 15/20 dollars for poor quality! You can get 3 meatballs here for cheap and you get a garlic knot with your baked ziti! Pro Tip #2: ask for extra sauce with your ziti! My wife loves it with extra sauce and it's so so good! I know you're probably craving some pizza after reading this review! So get in your car and head to Villa Italian Kitchen! If you're lazy like me, order through DoorDash! Quality always remains the best and greatest! I know what I'm having tonight!

The arancini were perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, creamy center. They were topped generously with fresh parmesan and paired with a rich pink sauce that really elevated the flavor--definitely a standout appetizer. The rigatoni with chicken cutlet was just as impressive. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chicken cutlet was tender, crispy, and full of flavor. The pink sauce (labeled as spicy vodka) was absolutely delicious--more savory and creamy than spicy, which made it super enjoyable and well-balanced. Overall, everything was cooked beautifully and full of flavor. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend trying both dishes.

If a restaurant is going to add that kind of charge, it should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers order or make reservations. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The steaks were badly overcooked, the food was mediocre at best, and there were large flies throughout the restaurant, which made the meal even more unpleasant. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but being busy does not give a business a free pass to surprise customers with excessive charges or deliver poor food and service. The 20% surcharge felt unfair and left a very bad impression. I willnot return, and I would strongly recommend that customers check their bill carefully before paying.
