We finally made it to Valhalla, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Easily the best breakfast we've had in Visalia. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere and a unique layout. We came with a party of seven and were seated in a private room, which made the experience even better. My kids ordered the Smiley Pancakes and the presentation alone made their day. They loved it. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Saturday 4pm 2 adults 3 children Immediate seating This is our first visit here so we took a minute to look at the menu before ordering. The kids decided on breadsticks $8.99 and cheese pizza (Large $19.99) and 2 drinks for the adults and water cups for the kiddos. The nice girl taking our order asked if we wanted ranch or pizza sauce. I asked for both. Drinks: Pepsi products, Dr. Pepper After ordering we found an open table. TV was on and playing the basketball game, great! While we waited on the pizza we filled up our drink cups and the kids asked for quarters to play a video game. Had not had their pizza in years so I decided to go for their lunch buffet which is from 11:30am-1:30pm. I arrived about 12:50pm and my choices were 2 Hawaiian pizzas. 1 combination and once slice left of Pepperoni. Which I asked if they were making any fresh pepperoni and worker didn't know. Pizza had been sitting there since 11:30 I'm assuming as it wasn't so fresh. I had myself a salad bar and a slice since no pepperoni was available. Salad bar was decent with average toppings. There was also some sort of breadsticks available which I passed since they looked old already. Also it is extra for a drink. Place was clean from what I saw but then again there want many people eating at lunch time hours. First off the Pizza and Wings are amazing here. Possibly the best in town. This location gets 3 stars simply due to its customer service. We called to order pizza and wings and got hung up on twice while on hold. They said Pizza would be ready in 20 mins we show up 25 mins later and no pizza. Another 25 mins pass and I go ask about our pizza and was told they don't put the pizza in until we arrive. WHAT'S THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD!?!?!?!?!? We recently attended Pizza Factory because it has always been a family favorite but due to the customer service we will no longer attend. My cousin order a pizza and they brought it out to her and specifically called it out by name. It turned out to be someone else's order and the manager approached us very rudely and started to blame us for the mistake. We explained to her that the employee brought it out and specifically said my cousins name. She continued to blame us for their mistake and even went as far as to take the correct pizza back after it sitting there for almost 1 hr. That same night my husband was with the kids near the arcade area and he overhears the employee who messed up accusing our party of trying to take peoples food. They really should work on their customer service skills and teaching their staff to not bad mouth customers. I guess it's hard in an establishment where even the owner is EXTREMELY rude. read more
