First and foremost, I have so much to say about this Pizza Factory. Management? HORRIBLE! Do not eat here, The managers name is Crystal, her mother is employed there. Her mother is one of the worst employees I've ever seen and I've managed multiple stores in the Sacramento and San Francisco area, I know what exceptional customer service looks like. Her daughter probably has to employ her, since I'm sure she can't get hired anywhere else with her disgusting attitude. I've order from this place multiple times, most of the times I've orders I've spent close to $40 because the pizza was decent and I used to eat it all the time and when I was little when we lived in Woodlake. The type of service this company provides is just unremarkable, I would encourage anyone from eating or even ordering at this location. You'll get way better service at the one in Woodlake/Three Rivers since you're not only paying for the food but for the service as well. Crystal should reconsider having her mother work there. Had pizza delivered, I get a call saying my gate out front is locked ( it is not) went out to get the pizza from the driver, she was so rude and was complaining about sitting outside for ten minutes with my food, kept telling me the gate was locked and that I had to leave it open for my deliveries when I kept showing her the gate was clearly accessible. First of all great pizza, however that is all the Visalia location has going for them. We drive from Hanford twice a month for their pizza. Sadly the customer service stinks. We have had a handful of pleasent interactions with a few employees, however most of time it sucks. The owner-im assuming, the short hispanic lady is always rude. I ordered a to go salad and the lady replied well yeah its going to be to go because were closing soon and your going to get whats left over and its only one trip!. Another time i asked to add olives to my combination pizza and one of the girls in the back said NO, it comes with enough toppings...ok, im paying for the extra toppings and i can use a fork, lol. Nice surprise of a pizza joint as my wife and I stopped by on our way to Sequoia National Park. Admittedly we arrived nearly at closing time in hopes I could just get a pie to take back to my room. Even though the staff was cleaning up for closing time they were extremely accommodating! I know that pain guys and thank you so much for your patience! The pizza itself was pretty delicious, but the only thing keeping this review from being perfect is that I am a pizza lover and reserve the 5th star for only the best. Staff act like you're inconveniencing them with basic requests, like can you refill the lettuce so that I can get a $11 salad? Girl with the long nails assumes that you want a large single trip salad instead of asking what size you want. The best is the arcade...one machine ate my child's dollar, so I called the two numbers that were on the machine. The guy who answered said to tell the staff to refund the dollar, and that he'll settle with them that week. It was like I was asking for their first born. As stingy as they are it explains how they're able to utilize a Mercedes as their delivery vehicle...they basically rob the customers at every turn. So tonight I needed to get a pizza for my wife and our niece. The little one only eats one piece of pizza maybe two and she likes it with "just cheese and white sauce.". We love this little one to death, but it just didn't make sense to buy an entire cheese pizza just so she can eat two bites. So when I called in I asked the delightful person on the phone if I could get it as a veggie pizza, but just leave the veg off a couple of pieces. As the leader of a local organization, the words I heard over the phone are words that make me cringe at when my team says them: "we can't do that." When I asked a little more, this lovely person told me they could do half cheese or whole cheese, but thats it; that was their policy. "That's our policy" is terrible customer service, but I knew it wasn't this young person's fault. When I showed up, resolved not to preach about customer service, she handed me the pizza and said, "I left some off a few pieces." Dad made my day. This person got it, I was willing to break "the rules" and make a customer for life just for leaving a little veggie pasta pizza. Hopefully someday this person is running Papa Murphy's and gets rid of stupid policies. Walked in with my son. We love Pizza Factory normally. When I got to the counter, a young lady asked if I had a pickup order. I responded I did not and needed to order. Ahe walked away and did some other things. The phone then rang and she stopped what it was she was doing and took the phone order. Another employee came up and offered to take the phone order to which she declined. He then proceeded to walk back in the kitchen. Other employees saw my son and I waiting and did nothing. Only one section of the restaurant was open and we were forced to sit next to what seemed to be one of the staffs kids that was babysitting himself next to us.
