    Sauce

Sauce sizes have gone down, that and they don't even fill them more than half way. Lame.

Im giving this place 5 stars even though one order I had was pretty bad. I like consistency and service. And this place has it. My second time here and every time I walk in, I'm greeted by every pizza guy associate, front, cooks, delivery. Pretty cool place to be. It's not the cheapest compared to Pizza Hut near the area, but the quality of the ingredients and the bread is a lot better. The only down side was the chicken wings I ordered. The size wasn't worth the deal. I got like 3 pinky size wings and 2 normal size. For $.30 a wing it wasn't worth it. The pizza came out great as always, but I'll definitely not order sides unless it's consistent in wing size.. I recommend this place to anyone if you're in the hatch/crows landing area. Check in using Yelp and get free ice cream. Can't go wrong with that! Updated: 01/02/16 Ordered online and delivery was quick. Pizza came piping hot! Thanks again pizza guys on great service!

It was so good we ate it before I could take a picture of it just sayin lol

I've always heard of pizza guys and I've never tried them . Saw the high reviews so I decided to try them it was delicious. I ordered through Eat24/yelp which caused a couple of kinks so I do recommend just checking the menu and calling it in . Service was friendly and prompt delivery guy was cool and polite. 5 stars and I'll be back! Came back again got the great check in offer of a free ice cream and a free 2liter for picking up! Excellent customer service prompt no push back order was delicious (two large one pep one combo! ) they get a double down on the five star review even better with out Eat24/yelp

Last night while placing an order, I was hassled quite a bit regarding a coupon I had for a 'Large Speciality pizza for $15.99'. The young lady taking the order didn't tell me what the total was and when I asked (assuming after I had already been charged), I was placed on a long hold and then a gentleman answered asking if I had a question. I again said I was waiting for my total and he advised me they do not have a coupon for a large speciality of $15.99, he has one for $17.99 and that was what they could do. I told him I was specifically looking at the coupon and gave him the offer code, at which point he advised me that was online only. I told him the coupon did not state 'online only' and in looking at the backside of the flyer, there was one that said 'online only' but it wasn't for a large speciality pizza. After a lot of pushback and going back and forth (including he could cancel the order I had already been charged for and I could order online to save the $2), he agreed to cancel that order and honor the $15.99 coupon. I've been ordering from Pizza Guys (with coupons) for quite some time now and while I will continue to do so because the food is delicious, I don't appreciate the hassle and hope staff and management will be made aware of what their current offers and deals are so there is no further inconvenience to other customers ordering. If it was an error on the part of the ad company, it should be addressed with them. I've attached photos of an old coupon flyer (showing ALL coupons have offer codes - not just online only) as well as the current flyer I was attempting to use.

Been here twice now and it's consistently good with great staff/service. I prefer the bar side of…read morethe restaurant (though we don't drink)- it had small town piano-bar type vibes. It's quieter and less busy. You can tell the staff take pride in cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant. The pasta is definitely fresh/ homemade. I disagree STRONGLY with the other review that suggested it's pasta-roni style sauce. The ingredients are fresh and food was good. We've tried the Rigatoni, Gnocchi, Lasagna, Fettuccine, Lobster Ravioli, Mango Panna Cotta, and Torta Al Cioccolato and their fresh hot bread; all were enjoyable. When we've come the staff took some time to tell us a bit about the family history- passed along traditions and it's clear the recipes as well. This is a family-oriented legacy for these folks. And there's honor in that. If you're into just food, vibes, and low prices- this is NOT your venue. This is a place to celebrate a family (the owners) sharing a bit of themselves with you and yours. Note- people who complain typically mention price without thinking it's not just the food cost, but the lease, utilities, the insurance, staff wages. You're not going to get out to dinner here less than $60 for 2 (with a nominal tip and no booze). But THATS THE POINT- I'm thankful for the care, time, and heart that is put into each dish. We will be back and share this oddly-located, pretty tasty place with our friends and family.

I can't eat a lot at one time, so despite some adverse reviews I'd seen online about the fried calamari and shrimp, I went ahead and ordered it-and I'm so glad I did! It was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked-not greasy at all! My hubby had the meatball sub-despite it not really being available during dinner hours, but he's not really a fan of pasta, so the waitress (and chef) kindly made special accommodations for him. We didn't ask, they helpfully offered to do so. Hubby said the red sauce was really good, and he enjoyed the sandwich. I felt bad because they appeared short staffed for the amount of business they had, and they had run out of a few things, but the pressed on gamely and made the best of it. All of the staff was kind and very helpful. We will definitely be going back again soon! I want to try the yummy sounding seafood risotto.

She took our order and recommended some of her favorite dishes, which turned out to be great choices. The food was very good. I had the spicy shrimp and salmon pasta, and I really enjoyed it. Audrey, the hostess, was also wonderful. She had only been working there for two weeks, but she was doing a little bit of everything. It seemed the restaurant was short-staffed, and she handled the busy evening with a positive attitude. Overall, the restaurant offers great value for the quality of the food and service. I would happily return.

It was Cesar's first time there, and I told him he wouldn't be disappointed. When the food came out, his portion was noticeably taller than the others, but I didn't think much of it at first. As we started eating, I noticed both Misha and Cesar pushing most of the pasta aside. When I looked closer, the majority of the dish seemed to be mostly ricotta cheese. Neither of them ate more than a few bites before stopping altogether. I politely let the waitress know the lasagna just didn't seem like the quality we were used to. She immediately took the plates to the back and brought us the bill, still charging for all three dishes. I asked if I could speak with the manager, and she told me she was the manager. I explained that we were simply disappointed with the meal and would have gladly shown what the issue was, but she told me the dishes had already been thrown away. She said she had shown the chef and that he makes it the same way every time. She eventually removed two of the lasagnas from the bill, but then came back and said the chef's response was, "If you never come back again, that's fine." That honestly surprised me more than the food itself. I've owned a business for 30 years, and I can't imagine ever responding to a customer that way, especially a returning one. I'm not writing this out of anger -- just genuine disappointment. We had always enjoyed coming here, but after tonight, unfortunately, we won't be returning.

So now was really howling it was yummy and decent experience since I was taking mom out with us too. And let me tell you, we were so happy with our service and food. The chef's are absolutely amazing, the waitress was kind and very competent. We honestly have nothing but positive things to say. I always strive for a wholesome healthy kids menu as we have two crunchy kids (6 and 3) and hate when us adults eat wholesome food and the kids menu is garbage, and let me tell you their food was all made from scratch, so wholesome and delicious. They shared a kids pizza with white sauce, chicken nuggets meal (which is a breaded Milanesa style cut up) with big curly fries that gave potatoe wedges vibes, and we had Garlic Spicy Chicken pasta which's was so absolutely delicious and full of bold flavors, my a rib eye steak meal that very well cooked full of flavor and juicy, and an adult size chicken Alfredo pasta. We were so happy, and went back the next day for lunch. This was 5/10/26... and today it's 5/13 and we're heading back there again! Highly recommend. I did think about taking pics, but I was so hungry and in the moment. Ambiance is nice and kid friendly, which we appreciate.
