This location will not give you an order if you're a third party driver and don't have a hot bag. This is a requirement THEYRE mandating on drivers that don't work for them and work under a different contract THAT DOESN'T make that requirement. Therefore, having a client wait 3 different times as their driver continuously gets denied the exchange of the order and their pizza sits there. read more

We came here to eat dinner only to be met with a bad attitude from the female worker at the front counter. It was a big difference from the other workers (Dusty, Leslie, and Nicole) who we have always experienced exceptional customer service from. Enjoy paying $32 for a large, subpar chain pizza? Does it sound fun to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out why your loyalty points aren't applying to your order? If either of these sound good to you, then order from this location. You'll arrive to find a sign stating that due to "fraud" and "guest experiences" they aren't participating in their company's loyalty program. We've had multiple problems with this location in the past, including delivering us someone else's order, and waiting 2 hrs past delivery time for an order that never arrived because their driver called in and they didn't notify customers with existing orders. This store, unlike others, closes at 9, but they still ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT after they close. When we showed up to grab the pizza, the store employees were really rude about it, so we called the next day. A person named Bri said to come in in person because they couldn't refund over the phone. Unfortunately we weren't able to come in until the next day, when we were told by someone who at first claimed to be the owner, then claimed to be the manager, that even though they took her money and delivered NOTHING, they would not give a refund. I have ordered 3 large specialty pizzas in the last month from "H" Street in Modesto. The first one was extremely light on ingredients, it was cut very irregular, but it was ok. The second one I ordered pan crust, crust was regular, cut very irregular and extremely light on ingredients. The third, also no pan crust. Most of the ingredients were just completely missing and cut very irregular. I was pretty upset about this one, so I decided to call them. I was told I could bring back the pizza and they would re-make it. Just because it's close to work doesn't mean I want to drive back there from home! I wanted to speak to the person that made it but was told that shift had ended, and she was the only one there. Really? 6:30 in the evening? I picked up at 5:45 approx. I've never got good service here, but the service I got here last week was the final straw. I always order online, because the service here is so slow. I showed up 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready. Another woman was already there waiting, no one was around. We waited about 5 min before anyone came out. My son requested Round Table about 3 months ago so we gave it another shot. We have been getting pizza there since.
