I just ordered 4 large pizzas for my daughters birthday party with 24 kids. When we called and made the ordered we were assured plates enough for the party. After given the pizzas, I asked for plates. He threw about 4 on the counter. After telling him about the party and how many kids, he stated he couldn't help me and I could only have 4 plates per large pizza because the store is only given so many. Their order system online is complete trash. If it works... key word IF, it takes forever to get your pizza and it is usually cold by the time you get it. If you don't mind paying cash and cold pizza order from here. If not go else where. I called and attempted to place my order over the phone so they could charge my credit card and they wouldn't match their online prices. At that point I just gave up and went to Little Caesars. Sure it isn't the same type of pizza but I was able to get my pizza fix for a quarter of the price and I dind't have to deal with any of their issues! Pizza Guys offer online coupons for their pizza promotions. When you order online then go to the store to pick it up they tell you that coupon doesn't exist and attempt to charge you more. This has happened more than once at the Rocklin Pizza Guys. The employee's have no idea what is being offered online. Very frustrating and nobody there that knows anything. Sad very sad! read more

However after having the office listening on speakerphone to the great lack of customer service and what an asshole the owner is i felt the need to complain. I have a confirmation sheet printed for the order i made and can show it at anyones request just to prove my point. I ordered a pizza put in my work address and credit card info then went to the next screen where i had to confirm my address. The address for my work was there so i submitted my order and halfway through it asked me to sign in using my mobile number so i did. Still said my work address so i did my final submission and printed the proof. Hour and 15 later i get a call saying no one is at my house so i call the guy back and im informed its not his prob he just delivers so i call the store. From the beginning the owner, claiming to be named "ready" ( not sure on the spelling he hung up before i could even get a full name) would not let me finish my sentences. Not only was he constantly cutting me off and clearly had no customer service skills what do ever, but when i got tired of me interrupting me and not letting me finish i finally talked over him like he had been doing to me. At that point he got nasty and called me incompetent at a computer which I've been using my whole life (pretty sure a computer programmer can use a computer ha) and then just hung up. Talk about unprofessional, rude, and insulting. Luckily the whole office heard since the ass was on speaker phone and we have the order confirmation. We are all going to make a report to the better business beareau with our proof...so if anyone has had experiences like this please do reach out. This is my first time ever ordering from pizza guys. And it was a disaster. I ordered a small pizza with bbq sauce mozzarella, pepperoni, and olives and got pizza dough, cheese, pepperoni, and olives. NO SAUCE AT ALL. And then my 10 piece " lemon pepper " wings were wings as skinny as your ginger with little to no meat and no seasoning at all. For a $36 order I expected A LOT more. Very disappointed. read more

Not impressed. We ordered pizza to be delivered to the venue where we had my son's birthday party in Loomis. Seriously, the venue is 5 minutes away from the Pizza Guys. The pizza took over an hour to get there, it was cold when it arrived. I called twice to get an update on the status of the delivery since we were on a time limit at the venue and a bunch of hungry 5 year olds. Twice I was told he was on the way and would be there in 5 minutes. Not! Not sure what the deal was, but I will never order from them again. Over an hour for two cheese pizza's? We order from this location all the time and tonight ( Feb. 6, 2013 ) was the first complaint we ever had. Nicholas the Manager called me back the same evening and we talked and I explained the problem to him. He made it right with me before getting off the phone and I told him we would be back in the future. This is the most inefficient, unhelpful pizza place in the Rocklin/Roseville/Sacramento area. I placed a delivery order that took over an hour. When I called to get an update to see where the order was, the phone rang for TEN MINUTES. All that was offered was $10 off on my next purchase. ...RIGHT, like I really want go through this fun waiting game again. Comcast could have delivered it sooner. I call in my order and show up 20 minutes later to pick it up. The pizza is always of the same good quality for a great price. They offer a free 2 liter of soda or small container of ice-cream. I have been using them for over a year and I will continue. Never had their delivery though. Every pick-up experience has been pleasant. This place is horrible. I decided to give them at try. 1hr and half delivery time. Ordered a half veggie and half combo. The driver literally ran off and when I opened the box none of the pizza was cooked. All veggies and meat where raw. It was as if it wasn't put through the over at all. So I had to cook it for another half an hour. IT WAS SICK & DISGUSTING!! I called to ask for a refund the next day. I was told by the Assistant Manager that I should have called that night. It was 9 pm by the time we tried to eat the pizza. Im not calling to make a complaint that late. He tried to give me another pizza Why Would I Want Another Gross Pizza. Very unsatisfied customer. We ordered the gameday special about 3 days ago. $20 for a large 2 topping and wings on the side...... With the delivery charge of $3.00(ridiculous 15% delivery charge???) came out to about $24.50.........they said 20-25 minutes and it took over an hour, so with the $1.00 tip we should have been at $26.50....... look at my bank account today and they charged over $4.00 more than what we signed off on...... only criminals work here avoid this place at all cost. read more

Wow - terrible customer service. They sent me a coupon, buy one, get one free. I called to place my order. The young gentleman I spoke with was very friendly. I ordered my 2 pizzas, one garlic chicken, one half BBQ chicken, half Hawaiian. I told him I had the coupon. I then hear some talking in the background, and some muffling of the phone (like it was being covered up). The young man comes back on to inform me that his manager has told him that I cannot do a half and half pizza with the buy one get one coupon. Really? Why, because it will take 1 extra minute to make? The pizzas are the same price. I thought you sent out coupons to attract new customers. Well, I think you missed the point. Worst service ever! Couldn't get my order right over the phone, when I came and went through my pizzas, one of the pizzas wasn't finished so they had to take it back and redo it.
